This Del Taco has been great for many years. They have always had great employees and managers. I have been coming here for decades since they opened. Today the management is terrible. A few months ago, the sweet and wonderful manager left. The new one, if you could ever figure out who it is, is rude. No ever gives you "welcome to Del Taco," or any other kind greeting. I've had times where they just look at you waiting for your order. They rarely say thank you. Alfredo is great, but the manager, Alex'is rude, loud and arrogant.When I order fries, I ask that they be extra hot. There were fries sitting there, and the gal was scooping them into the holder, I said to Alex that they are supposed to be hot, he said those are hot. I accepted that, and then I said that I love your fries when they are really hot. After the first word out of my mouth he started to say (at least 4 times) "your fries are hot like you ordered." He continued to talk over me as I was giving a complement. Finally, when he stopped, I told him that he was rude and arrogant. He started speaking in Spanish to the ladies behind him, and had them staring at me..You have a serious problem here. And why are you rotating managers? Having owned and opened two still opened pizza parlors 40 years ago, and in sales since 1966, I am amazed at how many establishments are run like yours.

Thought I would try their guacamole today, again, as the last time it was discolored and not fresh. Once again, it is not fresh and is slightly brown today. Never again. Del Taco, please correct this. Something that is not of good quality should never be served to anyone.

The customer service is so so so bad now!!! The cashier is extremely impatient with me! I just asked her a question about the order, the cashier acted like I am a dumb. I asked can I talk with the manager? And both of cashiers told they are managers, just talk with them. I asked them why their attitude is so rude. They told me they are busy and this is their attitude and never said sorry.When the order is finished, they just leave the bag on the desk and without letting me know.I totally understand that they are busy and they work hard, that's why I never complained about waiting very long time to order.But their attitude is so disrespectful and makes me feel really bad. I will never come again cause I want to enjoy a meal rather than suffer it

I see why these ppl have such low ratings. The employees are very slow. They don't know how to add xtras and so they just tell you they cant. And after all the waiting they shorted my kids on their fries. It wasn't even equivalent to a small fry. Smh. I won't be returning.

Review Update #3 - AGAIN, this location is still notorious for not filling up their fry container all the way, so you're paying for a large size fry and are actually only getting a medium size fry. Whoever works on Saturday's is now giving drive-thru customers regular sized fries in green colored fry containers when you order and pay for a large sized fry, which should be in the yellow colored fry container. This has been happening the last two times we have ordered here in November. Not cool at all Woodbridge Del Taco.This location usually skimps on the amount of cheese they put in the cheese quesadilla and they also skimp on the amount of sauce they put in the crispy chicken tacos. A lot of times their is barely any sauce or cheese on the taco.I've gone to another Del Taco nearby in the same city and they don't do any of the above that this location is and has been doing.
