I was in the area and forgot to get lunch before I left work. I wanted something different that I usually don't consume on a regular basis and now have to say, Dad's soup and sandwiches will be added into my rotation of eats. Today's soup was pea soup and wow!! Anderson's has got NOTHING on this pea soup. (Solvang's famous split pea soup) It was so flavorful and my real regret today was getting a cup and not the larger sized bowl. I also got Dad's Special as well as some chips. This was so good and consumed very quickly. Not much ambience or decorations going around, however being that it's very small, it's also very well organized and clean. Dad's handwriting is also very legible.

Fantastic sandwiches, lemonade, and chips!I moved away from OC a couple years ago, and was visiting the area. I found Dad's online, and bought a couple sandwiches to share with friends. Ordered two large sandwiches: a turkey, and a beef, got chips, and a couple of their fresh lemonades for pick up. Everything was ready when I got there, and was delicious.I also ordered their cookies to give to friends, but didn't get to try one. (Bummer).The restaurant is a simple sandwich shop next to Target. Parking and getting in and out of there was easy! Nothing fancy, except the great quality of the food, and the nice people working there. Cant wait to head back to OC. Dad's is my new sandwich go to in the area. So happy I found this place and gave it a try. To the people who live in OC, try it. It's awesome.

Searched fast food and am so glad this came up. It was fast, but definitely fresh and delicious. I'm happy they use oven roasted turkey instead of smoked, and they happily made changes for me like "scooping" the bread and adding pickles (removing onion and vinaigrette). The chocolate chip cookies look amazing and were made fresh this afternoon, but I used will power - this time.

When I'm working down here. I always come and grab q sandwich here. My go to is the italiano and I grab a bag of their homemade chips. There homemade bread is amazing. They are a great mop and pop shop to go too. The service is great. Thank you guys for always taking care of us.

My hairdresser recommended this place to me and I said I was hungry for a sandwichVery clean, very put together. The young lady at the counter was friendly very helpful. .I couldn't wait to get home to eat my homemade barbecue chips, so I started while my sandwich was being made I ordered a cup of the homemade lentil soup and a half of the roasted turkey sandwich. Modified a little bit had them throw in a homemade chocolate chip cookie. Just took a bite and wanted to take a photo of it before I get started even further .I am looking forward to going back and trying the other soups and sandwiches !By the way, that is half a sandwich and half eaten chips

Was searching for a good sandwich place near me and decided to give Dad's Sandwiches a try. Ordered a couple sandwiches to-go and let me tell you, they were absolutely delicious! I ordered the Italiano on focaccia for myself- bread was soft and fresh and the sliced meat was top tier. My dad loved the Dad's Special and said it was one of the best sandwiches he's had! Potato salad and house seasoned chips (Black Pepper and Spicy Italian) were 10/10. Location has plenty of parking. Customer service was 10/10. The young man that took my order was very friendly and knowledgeable. Can't wait to come back and try more menu items!

Best freshest sandwich I have had in a long time! Don't let the Tiny shop fool you - it's big on flavor & freshness with HOMEMADE delicious food! I went for the first time today the owner was there. He was so nice and he explained to me how he makes his own bread, his own lemonades in many flavors and their own potato chips that come in unique flavors as well and everything is delicious. This is my new favorite place and it is a hidden treasure in the Target Plaza (baby target) across from Mission Viejo Mall. This dad should have a Michelin for sandwiches. :)
