Curry Do

Lots of parking available! It's pretty spacious with some seating available, and the service was quick. We went on the weekend at around 4PM, so it wasn't busy and the place was tidy. The food came out fast and the server was considerate.I got the beef belly curry with udon and they filled that bowl up! I also asked for spicy powder on the side and ended up dumping the whole thing into my bowl. The curry was super flavorful and savory, and paired nicely with the chopped up beef belly bits. The fukujinzuke was pickled well and added a nice tang to cut down on the fattiness of the beef belly. The udon's texture was good - not too chewy, but not mushy either. My only real gripe with the dish was the wonky proportions. The amount of curry and beef I had left, with no udon to be seen, left more to be desired. Thankfully my friend had extra rice so I mixed it together. My boyfriend got the chicken katsu and it was pretty standard from what I tasted. I thought the chicken was on the thinner side, but I might have gotten unlucky. Overall, I'm looking forward to trying this spot again! I think next time I'll get it with a side of rice to combine together at the end.

Stopped by to grab a quick bite, but needed to take it to-go. The layout of the restaurant was simple and it offers a lot of seating. My interaction with staff was short because I was doing takeout but they seemed very friendly!I ordered the Curry Udon with Tonkatsu. They also gave me pickled raddish, tenkasu, and extra spice seasoning on the side. I liked that the to-go container for the curry udon separated my curry and noodles in one. Curry was flavorful and stuck to my udon well. The udon noodles were not overcooked and had a nice chew to it. I liked the crispiness of the pork tonkatsu, my only complaint was that it was a little dry. Next time i'm in town I would like to try out the HH menu or Lunch specials!

So good!! I couldn't wait and took a couple bites before I took a photo and messed up the presentation. Flavors and textures, crispy chicken, perfect not mushy potatoes and carrots were all on point! Gyoza have a thin and crispy wrapper and I swear I could eat a bucket of them if I'm not careful. Server was super attentive and food came out fast - perfect for lunch. Inside was clean, modern, and had great music. I'll definitely be back!!

Food was delicious! Menu is simple- not too much to get lost in. I chose the usual tonkatsu curry to feed the craving. It was light and the pork was cooked well. Thought it was odd the menu lacked hot tea though.

We went here during lunch and there was no wait! Finally happy that they have a location in the area. Service was attentive and fast. Food came out amazing and quickly. We got the pork belly udon with extra cheese and beef belly udon with carrots and potatoes. It's very casual, great place to come and have a hearty meal or even take a date.

My go-to spot for curry! It's in a plaza on Paularino and Bristol that can get busy on a Saturday night. They do have complimentary valet, so no worries. Their menu has been upgraded since the last time I went. I tried the new Curry Sampler (for 2 people) with my friend for $45, and you get all 5 proteins and free refills on curry and rice! There's also a side of salad that comes with it. Totally worth it! Dinner was delicious. Service was quick and friendly. Tables and entire restaurant was clean. Super satisfied and I'm so glad for this closer location.

Review 5 of 2025I love Japanese Curry. I was here with a friend after Christmas who never tried the Katsu curry before. We both ordered the lunch special: Chicken Katsu curry with rice and salad. We also ordered sodas.The curry was spiced up perfectly and flavorful. The curry was little bit on sweet side. The chicken katsu was crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. My friend and I enjoyed our lunch. The service was fast.Staff were friendly.Food was deliciousAmbiance was nice. I would definitely come back again.

Great, friendly service :) The service was pretty fast too. Sometimes it gets crowded, but this time around we were seated right away.I ordered their chicken katsu curry and it was delicious! I love Japanese curry. This was one was sweet and savory, great seasoning. The dish came with tempura flakes and a side of pickled ginger which was a great combo. My only critique would be that the katsu by itself wasn't seasoned enough, but eating it WITH the curry was flavorful. Other than that, I really loved the dish!Pretty reasonably priced, so if I'm in the area again I'd stop by :)

We came in on a Thursday evening and it was pretty empty. There weren't much decorations but I did not pay too much attention at this time (I was really hungry). We both ordered the chicken katsu curry. I thought the katsu was nice and crispy but would have liked a bit more seasoning. The curry, however, did balance out the lack of seasoning from the katsu as it was super flavorful and they also provided spice powder on the side so you can control it.

Great food, variety of food choices. Great customer service from the server and the staff. Ambience is calm and pleasant.
