My favorite Indian restaurant. This place is my go-to for ordering for delivery. - Butter Chicken - family favorite. The chicken is tender and the sauce is delicious!- Vegetable Samosas - 2 generously sized samosas. Perfectly seasoned and fresh. - Saag Paneer - My picky eater LOVES this. Like scraping the bowl clean type of love. This seems to be one of their popular dish and I can see why. - Garlic Naan - order extra. They don't skimp on the garlic. Fluffy, tasty, delicious- Aloo Gobi - perfectly cooked. Appreciate that the cauliflower isn't too mushy and that the seasoning isn't too overpowering. This place is just so good and that's coming from someone who never was a fan of Indian food until I tried Curry & Kabob.

This place had to have changed ownership because it is not the same quality as what we have enjoyed for nearly 10 years. We ordered takeout of our regular dishes: chicken tikka masala, butter chicken, saag paneer and garlic naan. We've been getting the same thing for 10 years, so we know the flavors and quality pretty darn well. It was all watery! Flavors were off. You could tell that the quality of the food was less. We barely ate any of it before saying this isn't good enough to eat. Total shame because we loved this place. To the new owners: why would you mess up a good thing? We'll be looking for a new favorite Indian place. Hope we can find one

We recently found our new go-to Indian restaurant in OC!! Curry & Kabob Bistro is a cozy spot with attentive and friendly staff, though it wasn't very crowded when we visited. This isn't to say that the restaurant isn't high quality at ALL--it's been in operation for approximately 20 years!We ordered a mixed tandoori plate, potato samosas, mushroom mattar, vegetable biryani, and garlic naan. Everything was stellar, aromatic, and satiating for a table of three. Absolutely love Curry & Kabob Bistro for a chill and casual Indian spot, whether for their lunch buffet or dinner!

My newest go-to spot! I ordered a quick lunch to-go with my sister and everything was really yummy. I got the butter chicken and my sister got the vegan daal tarka. We both got medium spice which was just the perfect amount. My butter chicken was so creamy and bursting with flavors! The perfect combination with a steamy hot pile of rice. My sisters dish was also phenomenal, there were so many flavors going on - a comfort dish for sure. We ordered a side of garlic naan and it was perfect for dipping in our entrees. I did see that they had a lunch special where you could pick 2 entrees. I wish I saw that before I ordered online so we could try a few different things. I'll keep it in mind as we will definitely be going back, they have a lunch buffet that looks really good.

I've been trying to find a solid Indian lunch buffet in OC for a while and I finally got one! $17 on the weekdays and $20 on the weekends. According to the waiter, the weekend has more selection, more desserts, and drinks included!Selection was decent on the weekday with chicken tandoori, tikka masala, chicken and lamb curries, saag, a couple halwas, and of course garlic naan and veggie pakora. All the food was mild spice nothing crazy but they do have hot sauce by the salad bar.

Girlfriend and I have been coming here for five years. Absolutely loved it. Recently, the quality of both food and service has been slipping but still OK. Until our last week when we were served the wrong item. The server was hesitant but eventually brought us our correct food item, which was shrimp vindaloo and it was completely rotten. SMELLED LIKE CHEESE!! OVERWHELMING CHEESE! They took the dish back and said they have no shrimp left. THANK THE LORD! We could see the manager standing by the counter and did not even try to come over and resolve the issue. After an hour and a half we left, unfortunately not to return after 5 years of loving this place.

We were at lunch buffet today.Above average food. Th Chicken 365 wasn't' good. Appeared to be staled and leftover chicken dish.Service was not good. It was basically a self serve buffet. I requested roti in place of naan. The roti was served. But I was charged $2.95 (plus tax). I was not told that there would be an additional charge!
