Cookies are baked onsite. This location, allows you to see into the kitchen and the staff making the cookies. I received my few birthday cookie and it was awesome! Make sure to join their rewards program!There is an option to pay by card or cash.Staff was busy putting orders together but you can definitely use the screens to choose your cookies.Location seems clean and new.

I wish I could tell you these cookies are delicious, but I actually have no idea. I received a text about a cookie sale at Crumbl early in the day. I ordered ahead so I could pick them up on my home that evening. All day, I dreamed of the possibility of just one bite of these cookies. My oh my, the pictures themselves looked good enough to eat. But it was not to be. As I pulled into the drive up spot and waited for my order...and waited...and waited because my dog was in the car and I really didn't want to leave her in the car, I realized the only way I was getting any service was to go in the store and get my order. So I ran inside quickly to pick up my order, which surely would be ready since I placed it early this morning. Au contraire, mon frere! No cookies. What happened to my order? Who knows? Who cares? Certainly, no one at Crumbl. They cheerily told me to cancel, which i did, tout suite.Alas, I will not patronize this establishment or any of the other locations because I'm bitter, and that's going to forever kill the taste of those cookies, no matter how delicious. Bon appetit!

If half stars were available, I'd probably go 3.5 stars. The cookie itself was solid, but the picture of what I ordered vs what I got were very disappointing. Side note: this was a door dash however I don't think that should have anything to do with it.

Best cookies in OC.Service is great, clean place. Happy employees. I love the fact that every week there is a new menu.

My first time ever hearing of Crumbl was last year when my neighbor brought some over as a gift. Let me tell you IT KNOCKED MY SOCKS OFF!!! The cookies are huge and probably meant to share, or eat over a couple days. But I eat them all at once because they're so good!!! The flavors rotate weekly, and there is ALWAYS something for everyone. The cookies are always SUPER fresh and soft, and irresistible!

If you have tiktok, then you definitely know what this place is from all the videos. Had to go try it. They're made fresh & crunchy! Very thick cookies, so you definitely won't be hungry after. Good for sweet tooths. Good parking, great service, & a yummy cookie for $5. Many different flavors, & it's exciting that they change.

Good but the orders are occasionally filled wrong. Check your box before you leave the store.
