Cruisin Fusion

I discovered this place at my work. Their truck catered a corporate Lunar New Year celebration event in Glendale but the truck is based in OC. Everyone inside the truck was super friendly and helpful. I asked for their advice on what to order so I got the egg rolls and rice bowl with steak. The egg rolls were my favorite- and very filling! Not too greasy and served with a sweet dipping sauce. The rice bowl with steak had some interesting flavor combos going on! The steak was good quality too. My coworkers who had the noodle bowls were raving too so I'd be interested in trying that out next time. Thanks for coming by, Cruisin Fusion!

Food: 5*Service: 3*Ambiance: 4*At D23, enjoyed their garlic noodles with shrimp, garlic noodles with steak, and Vietnamese fried egg rolls. The two standout dishes were the steak and egg rolls. The garlic noodles were good, but I love garlic and did want more garlic flavor. The shrimp were good, but compared to the steak, it was perfect. Juicy, tasty, and delicious! The eggs rolls were superb. Authentic and delicious. The shrimp took a long time to make for some reason. A person before me in line ordered it too and she waited 25 minutes, I ended up waiting 35. Not ideal. No communication from the truck, just wait for your beeper to be buzzed. All in all great food, but I would return for the garlic noodles with steak and egg rolls.

Got a garlicky noodle with shrimp. Flavors on point, great portion for lunch, shrimp cookies perfectly, and of course so much garlic. A little pricy for what it is but it's quick and delicious and you can't beat that!

Pretty good egg rolls! I saw this truck in Newport Beach so just had to try. They also had noodle dishes and sandwiches.

Just ok...I thought a banh mi salad bowl sounded awesome. Wrong.This is a bowl of cabbage and cucumber with some chicken, a sprig of cilantro and a tiny bit of aioli(couldn't even taste it). Very bland. They could massively improve this so that it would taste more like banh mi. I would suggest adding some fresh sliced chilies(jalapeno or serranos), more cilantro, pickled daikon and carrots, chili sauce and way more aioli.Don't get me wrong, it wasn't bad food just didn't have much flavor.

Absolutely great. They were at Bottle Logic today. We just had lunch, but we all remembered how much we loved the garlic noodles the last time. We ordered a chicken, a steak, and a prawn garlic noodle to take home for later. Also got the egg rolls. They are amazing. The egg rolls are crispy and the shrimp inside are not overcooked. My favorite food truck. The whole family loves their food

We tried them at bottle logic and got the garlic noodles.Do you like garlic?! Well, then you should get them. I want more and I'm not even hungry.

This truck never disappoints!! Both people working here are always so nice and they know their returning customers!! After ordering the food they give a small beeper item that alerts you that your food is ready which beats them yelling your name and not catching it. The wait for the food is no longer than 7-8 minutes and it's always warm and delicious. Before they gave out a regular portion in a medium sized bowl and now they serve a much smaller portion with coleslaw(sad, I know). Their garlic noodles are superb though!! Highly recommend!!

I stopped by this food truck at my office complex at Lakeshore Towers. They offer Azn fuzn food at about $10 for mains.I ordered the chicken banh mi. After 15 min my buzzer notified me my food was ready. However, I was notified they ran out of chicken. I was mad at first bc they informed me 15 min later. But the owner was super apologetic and said my replacement was on the house. Contrast this with the rude attitude I got from 'Ai Pono Cafe after waiting 20 min where he told me, "You should have said something earlier".My replacement pork banh mi came up quickly. It was packed with meat. While it was missing some of normal veggies in a traditional banh mi (jicama & jalapeños), the meat was seasoned well. In addition, the bread held up well against all the moist ingredients: I was stuffed.Like I said, the service is the main reason for 4 Stars. When I picked up my sandwich the owner was again super apologetic and asked me to return so he can make it up to me. I will return solely based upon that comment. Hey, everyone makes mistakes. But making the customer feel good is what it is all about.I will definitely return when I don't have time to run out and get something. The food is tasty & hearty, and the owner is really cool.

At Bottle Logic, they were scheduled until 930 but were out of noodles and banh mi when we got there at 7ish, which are their staples.Boneless wings had good flavor but were probably 30-40% breading. Egg rolls were great. Onion rings were ok. Shrimp bowl was ok, but they perpetuate that stupid restaurant thing by leaving the tails on the shrimp in a dish where you use a fork. I'll never understand that. We had a party of 6 that planned dinner with them at the brewery, a pretty disappointing showing by Cruisin Fusion.
