Very clean store as mentioned by some others. However the service was not the best just as what others are saying. The staff members couldn't speak very good English and they seemed to be confused about how to deal with our pick up order. The store was very empty when we arrived. I guess people have read the reviews online and decided not to come.Flavours are good! Loved the strawberry ice cream and the croffle. The price was very expensive compared to other better options nearby. This will probably be my first and last time here.

This location is clean and bright but it's mostly because it's empty. Parking in this plaza is easy. And there are lots of great restaurants around to have dinner before dessert. But I would probably go elsewhere. There are better ice cream places in the area which are both cheaper and better tasting. Also this place does NOT honor the birthday promotions.

I've always liked the thick and creaminess of creamistry. The texture is what made this icecream GOOD. But tbh this locations service is always never good. If you ever have something they could improve on there's always an excuse. Service 2/5.The ice cream is getting more expensive and less scoops. The large used to go past the rim into the lid, now there's no lid and it's below the rim. Each topping is also 1.50... idk! Inflation is sure hitting this place hard cause they dishing it right back with smaller portions and increasing price.

This place is clean and well-maintained. We luckily came at a good time, about five minutes before it started to get busy. We were assisted right away and received our ice creams a few minutes later. We ordered a single scoop of coffee ice cream, a single fruity pebbles ice cream, and a single biscoff ice cream with biscoff pieces and marshmallow cream.Coffee- Rich with a strong coffee flavor which is exactly what we needed. It was creamy and pretty filling.Fruity pebbles- This unlocked a core childhood memory! The base was light and creamy and had a generous amount of fruity pebbles.Biscoff ice cream with biscoff bits and marshmallow cream- Sweet and creamy, the biscoff pieces added a layer of crunch and the marshmallow cream took the sweetness to another level! It was quite indugent.Great dessert trip overall!

Yikes. What happened to this ice cream? It is not the same quality as it used to be. And the flavors are off. I got the Cookie Monster flavored ice cream, and it didn't taste like that at all. It tasted like it had no flavor at all, and it was creamy like ice cream should be. The consistency was off. I can understand why it was completely empty when I walked inside. Something is off with their ice cream. And the prices are way too steep for bland tasting ice cream. I could just buy some ice cream at the grocery store, and it would taste better than this stuff. Sure, the nitrogen cloud is cool to see when they are making it. But the taste has to be there. I've been to other locations and the ice cream was good. Maybe there's something wrong with the machines here?

WARNING: This place is NOT ADA complaint!! It's a shame that this place is the closest location to San Diego. We thought it would be worth it to drive up nearly 2 hours to get some delicious nitrogen-frozen ice cream. We've been big fans of Creamistry for the past 8 years, and we're bummed that the 3 San Diego locations closed. First of all, they jacked up the prices exponentially. I'm not sure if it's because of inflation or because the strange couple that owns the place. They are very cheap when it comes to their business. First of all, they don't accept Apple Pay! Who doesn't in this day an age?! Second, they lock up the restrooms where you have to beg for the code (if they aren't busy) so that you can use it. Third, they don't support the troops because they don't offer military discount when all the other Creamistry's (even the ones in Texas) do! Now to the the fact that they aren't compliant with the American Disabilities Act. They don't care if you're disabled and in need of your service dog, they will kick you out straight away. The female owner said condescendingly, "everyone claims that their dogs are service dogs". When I offered to call my doctor to prove that my husband's dog is indeed a service animal, she shooed him away and said, "no i have a sign out front". The sign said "no PETS allowed" but said nothing about service dogs being allowed. Which is THE LAW. So, my husband, not wanting to cause trouble stepped out into the heat, and the female owner said to me, "why dont you get him chair so he can sit?" We should have left right then and there, but we drove all this way and my son really wanted Creamistry. In the moment, it felt like we had to suck it up because we drove all this way, but in hindsight, we should've made a bigger deal of it. My friend, who came with me, suggested we call her lawyer so that we can get this place fined for not catering to disabled Americans but my husband, being the timid guy he is, begged us not to be "karens". We were still kind and respectful to the owners, even though they kicked out my disabled military husband, didn't give him his deserved discount, didn't accept Apple Pay, locked up the restrooms, and the quality of the Cremistry brand here has gone downhill. I'm not sure why it isn't the same as every other Creamistry we've been to. This place is a joke, they give Creamistry a band name. Go anywhere else for ice cream. Your wallet and self-respect will thank you.

Pretty much confirms what other people said. $14 for a very average tasting single scope ice cream which includes $2.5 for oat base. It doesn't have Apple Pay, portion is small and the wait is over 20 minutes with only one party ahead of us.

$17 for a single ice cream? And I tipped $2 because I feel bad for how much effort it is to make the dessert. But you are more expensive than Mastro's. Not going to stay in business for very long

This ice cream is sooo creamy and delicious! We got a cotton candy shake and strawberry ice cream. Both were phenomenal. It was not busy at all. Very cool experience!
