This ice cream was the most juiciest bussful ice cream i've ever had in my life. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by the staff. The environment was very chill and zen fr. When I was deciding which ice cream I wanted the workers were kind and offered samples and gave descriptions on the ice creams.They gave me a good amount of ice cream and stacked that shi hella. I was drooling while they were making it. Overall my experience was very good there. The workers were sweet, the ice cream was buss, and even though I lost my leg trying to pay for this, it was worth it. I will definitely be coming back.

I liked how there were a variety of ice creams to choose from and how you could mix in different toppings you could mix in, but there was a bunch of ice cream and there was only one size so if it was too much ice cream, I would either have to throw it away or take it home. The service was pretty good and the staff was friendly, but the staff was serving other people at the same time as us so it was kind of confusing. The vibe was very cool but the place was small with only one or two tables inside. I went inside with a large family and there wasn't enough chairs for everyone.

Ice cream, of course, is the best. The workers barely mix them anymore tho, so only 2 stars. If I wanted full cookies in my ice cream, I'd just throw them in myself, instead of spending so much. They definitely lowered their standards for mixing the ice cream.

before today, my experiences at this cold stone were good. today, my experience was terrible and i will never return (i've been coming my whole life...)this snotty blonde girl (like 5'5 or under and thin, with baggy khaki pants and stringy bleached blonde hair in a ponytail) working there refused to get me water when i politely asked. she told me i could buy water... i spent $20 on two cups of ice cream, so i didn't want to spend more on dasani (ew) water. i went outside, then realized it shoudlnt really be that hard to get water. i went inside, saw the brat on her phone, and then i asked if they have water or if they don't. the girl once again told me to buy it if i want it. i asked if they have cups and water. she said yes. i said great & asked "can you please get that for me?" she scoffed at me and got my water. i asked if it was really that hard as i took it and she started arguing with me on my way out the door... entitled gen z brat ipad baby who didn't want to do her job.... will never return. what a shame TO THE OWNER: CHECK YOUR CAMERAS! SHE IS ON HER PHONE ALL DAY - BAD LOOKS. I GUARANTEE

Sometimes after a Target run, you just need a sweet treat to numb yourself of all the money you just spent after some unintentional retail therapy.That's where this Coldstone comes in. Once the bags are packed in the trunk, I can walk over and eat my feelings further with a Birthday Cake Remix that has both cake batter ice cream and pieces of chocolate brownie. I usually go with the "Like It" size as it's a lot of sugar, and my body usually hates me halfway through.As others have noted, the sizing of your portion depends on who is working behind the counter, and with that, the speed of service reflects that too. The last two times it's just been one overworked staff member with a line of peeps waiting for dessert. Another set of hand would help alleviate the poor person trying to juggle 20 different orders and ring people up at the same time.It's definitely gets warm inside, so be prepared for your ice cream to melt faster than usual, too!

This was really good. I recommend the they our strawberry blonde. They did a well job at putting some toppings that complemented the ice cream and unlike other companies, they smashed their ingredients into the ice cream, so it left a flavorful toppings all inside of the ice cream instead of at the end of eating the ice cream with no toppings. This makes it unique.

Came here to have ice cream with a friend. The entrance was next to the Taco Bell.The lady at the store was super helpful and sweet. She let me sample the ice cream to know which one to pick. I tried the cake batter ice cream and the sweet cream ice cream. Cake batter was really sweet so I went for the sweet cream ice cream with pecans mixed in. I took the Like it size (smallest size). She mixed it right there for me! Although it looks small, it's actually a lot of ice cream and very rich! My friend got the chocolate mix in that is on the menu. It was really good, but it does have syrup mixed in so it is very sweet. Bring your own water!We also got a waffle cookie bowl to share (plain kind, $1.99 if I remember correctly). It was very delicious with a hint of cinnamon.The store is clean with AC. There is also a fridge with ice cream cookies and cakes if you want to buy those. However there is no indoor seating, so we ate outside (the ice cream melts fast in the hot summer!).Price wise, for college students, I would usually go to Yogurtland if I wanted a special treat, but I had a gift card so I came here. It was about $10 per person for the ice cream and shared waffle. The ice cream is so rich that it is worth it if you can afford it (but for college students if you need ice cream every week and are short on money I recommend buying a box from Walmart).

We don't go out for ice cream very often. However, on 4th of July my wife wanted ice cream, so this is where we landed.The store was clean. They had lots of choices available. 2 Employees working behind the counter.Wife and I both ordered a "Like It" cup. I took the free topping in mine. My wife got an extra topping.The differential in quantity between the 2 cups was staggering. She got what could be classified as an extra scoop compared to mine.Went to pay......$19 for what was essentially 2 kid's cups of ice cream. The 2 girls working there were not super friendly. I would say there were probably not happy to be working on 4th of July.....then again, minimum wage is $20 and it was a holiday, so they were making time and a half....($30) and hour.We won't be going back. Too expensive for what they offer.

My son ordered a creation. The lady made the wrong creation. After she handed my son the bowl, he said this is the wrong one. She said we cant change it after we already made it. Charged him full price, and he doesn't even want that creation. Very poor service. I went back to find out what happen and she was not apologetic at all. Basically I paid for something no one ordered. And my son never got his ice cream.
