Cold Stone Creamery is always a good treat! We were craving some ice cream and thought of this spot for ice cream. I went with the cake batter batter batter. It was yummy! This location - located on the lower level of the shopping center near the movie theater) is a solid location much like other Cold Stones. It was clean and we got waited on right away. Just beware that the door to enter can stick and appear locked! So you have to put some muscle into opening it and not just assume that the location is closed!!My kids love it here and got all sorts of fun ice cream with toppings.Cold Stones is a great place to take kids as a reward or special occasion since I took 4 kids here (only 2 of them my own kids) and all the kids absolutely loved sampling the different ice cream flavors (like how you can get samples like at Baskin Robbins) and then after deciding on their flavor then adding a ton of fun toppings (they have a HUGE variety to choose from) and hence making their own custom ice cream flavor!

I was looking forward to ice cream while I was out and about this week but to be honest, it wasn't worth it in my eyes. I ordered a kids size that came with any topping. The ice cream was decent but I truly could have bought a similar flavor at the store for cheaper. The topping was stale --I chose the Kit Kat and I couldn't finish eating them because it was so hard. It tasted like it had been left out. The service was okay, no complaints and this ice cream store is around a multitude of shops if you're looking for something quick but I wouldn't have high expectations.

I love cold stone but I find it horribly unfair that management would only staff 2 workers on a Friday night when the line is out the door. God bless these 2 workers for constantly smiling and working swiftly even though this massive line. They need a raise or at the very least some recognition for their hard work, a BONUS! I'm absolutely astonished how hard they are working to accommodate poor staffing issues... My ice cream is incredible, as always. I just feel guilty even partaking in the chaos.

Ordered a Cookie Minster, and the lady who was making the ice cream was on her phone the whole time while trying to tell her my order.. she forgets to put the hot fudge (because she was distracted with her phone) she was nice but felt she didn't care even when I was trying to pay she was on her phone the whole time

Worst coldstone I've ever been to into my entire life. This was $10. Guy working there barely mixed this twice, and it came out already completely melted. Stay away. Again, $10 for this MESS. Complete waste of money.
