Coffee Up Roastery

I've been wanting to try Coffee Up Roastery for quite a while since they are extremely close from home and the great reviews. I remember driving past this coffee shop a few months ago because I was too lazy to find parking on a busy afternoon. I finally made it last week right when they had opened at 8 AM and was able to snag one of the many 15 minute spots available right outside.Here's what I ordered: **Iced Americano: It was a perfect Americano, no complaints. (5/5)**The Biscoff: Got this with oat milk which wasn't an additional charge. I've had a few biscoff lattes from other places and this place definitely takes first place. You can actually taste the biscoff. The balance of flavor is perfect and you can definitely tell that the espresso beans they use are of high quality. (5/5)Service was pleasant and my drinks came out pretty quickly. I would love to return to try more of their drink menu and food offerings as well. This is a great coffee spot in the Fullerton area!

decent matcha here, although slightly bitter! could be a little stronger, but since they seemed to be extremely short staffed it may have just been an off-day. my friend got the banana nut creme and loved it though! i'm allergic to bananas otherwise i would try it myself hahait's super cute inside (despite no air conditioning, at least when i went) and they do have blind boxes you can purchase if you feel tempted enough (you have to pay for them via qr code, not the front register). the space is honestly huge and i like that there's a little back area with board games if you plan to stick around.i would like to come back to try the food and some of the lattes they offer!

started my coffee crawl at coffee up roastery! such a clean, fun and laid back shop friendly and welcoming staff tons of drink options from speciality coffee, matcha, teas, caffeine free and you can also build your own coffee! they also serve sandwiches and saladsplenty of seating to relax, catch up on work or just hangoutthey even have board games a wholesome place to just chill!i ordered the iced biscoffit was so deliciouseven got a biscoff cookie on top! def would like to try the spanish latte or the creme brulatte next :Das i was waiting for my orderi went around the corner and saw that they sell blind boxes! even labubu!!!! whaaatttt??? its marked up but still! and clothes and accessories for them..ughhhh i can not. so cute and clever!parking: got lucky with parking right in front, i believe there is an adjacent parking lot

Dropped by again at Coffee Up Roastery....and visit the coffee is getting better (and better). I owe an updated review. This coffee shop is surely flexing their muscle of offering non-standard flavors -creating unique flavors like Hawaiian, Black Season, Parisian Hot Chocolate, and Blue Lavender. These distinctive options set them apart from the usual Americanos and lattes offered at many coffee chains big and small in OC. I like it! My personal favorite Biscoff (yup the cookie) -- strong espresso with creamy milk. I added oat milk and crumbled Biscoff at the top and bottom. The owner threw in 2 extra on the side. This is super delicious, and you can adjust the sweetness. The parking continues to be a challenge as the lots are shared by a few other eateries so weekend and peak lunch hours could be a challenge.

Very nice, clean and quiet spot. I really enjoyed the black sesame latte but wish they did not put nuts in it. It was either peanuts or almond bits, I'm not too sure. The vanilla syrup was a bit too strong. It kinda took over the whole drink. However, I do appreciate the creaminess of the milk and the good coffee aftertaste lingering in my mouth.

The spicy Korean BBQ pork sandwich is really good! I got the Spanish latte and I think it is one of the best Spanish lattes I tried locally :)

I was near by Coffee Up Roastery, so I stopped by to try it.The coffee shop is spacious. They have both indoor and outdoor seating. Coffee Up Roastery has warm and cozy vibes. I was happy to see a book shelf full of board games that can keep you entertained while you are enjoying your delicious drink (I love board games)The savory menu includes sandwiches, and salads.The coffe shop also has a wide selection of refreshing drinks. To mention a few, seasonal drinks, classic coffee, creme Up variety of drinks, Matcha drinks, interesting and delicious world inspired drinks, decaffeinated coffee. In addition to fresh goodies from their bakery menu.I ordered the following;-The Mayan Spiced Mocha 5/5 espresso mixed with ground chocolate laced with fragrant spices such as cocoa liquor, real vanilla, almond and cinnamonI am in love with this drink. It has perfect balance of coffee and chocolate with silky texture.- The Biscoff 4.5/5is a short vanilla latte made creamy with melted biscoff butter and topped with vanilla creme, cookie crumbles, and caramel drizzle, topped with a biscoff biscuit. The drink was refreshing and rich.-Hot The creme Brulatte 5/5Espresso mixed with vanilla custard torched for a layer of sweet, caramelized crunch.One of my favorite drink! I loved the pleasant aroma, the perfect sweetness and the rich flavor.- strawberry Matcha Latte 3.5 /5It was not my favorite. It was just okay, but It needed some balance between the matcha and the strawberry.The barista was very welcoming and friendly.The service was top notch. It is a great coffee shop to visit, enjoy your drinks and receive a top notch service.

Coffee Up Roastery is an absolute gem! Their coffee is rich, smooth, and clearly crafted with passion. You can tell they put a lot of care into sourcing and roasting their beans because every cup is incredibly fresh and flavorful. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, making it the perfect spot to relax or get some work done. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly, always happy to recommend a brew based on your taste. If you're a coffee lover, this place is a must-visit! Highly recommend!

I love the vibes in here. It's nice and ACed and well spaced so you're not elbow to elbow with anyone. I think that it's also good that there's cheaper options for food here compared to $14 avocado toasts in other shops in OC. The service is fast and you can find seats even during lunch time easily. My latte was coconut flavored and it tasted like Hawaii in a cup :) My mom got a black sesame cream on top of her iced latte and it was a perfect creaminess and texture. My brother got a mango smoothie that was a strong mango flavor and tastes fresh.The salad we ordered was a kale and avocado salad with chicken added and it was a good salad that has a creamy dressing. It is garlicky and has chopped carrots in it. It has a slight sesame taste too which was very good. However, the kale pieces were huge so every bite you had to open your mouth super wide.

Cute little store and with lots of seating and open space! Came here with friends who wanted a coffee but I was in the mood for a fruity drink. The yuzu mojito caught my eye and it was what I expected but I couldn't taste much mint. The drink was fizzy and had a good tart citrus flavor. It was a perfect amount of sweetness.
