The cold brew was alright, did not stick out too much in my mind. I am glad they offer sugar free syrups. The menu was filled with lots of interesting flavored lattes and Vietnamese coffees. The mall surrounding the establishment was very loud so it was hard to hear the baristas when ordering. The baristas did not seem very attentive or friendly.

Clever name for a coffee shop that serves more ice than actual coffee. 2 sips in and I was halfway done with it. 4 sips and it was gone and only the ice remained. I ordered on the kiosk and didn't see an option to select the amount of ice and it probably would have been an extra charge. Regardless, there wasn't an option and LOOK AT THE AMOUNT OF ICE!! Absolutely absurd and never coming back. The coffee itself was okay.

I stopped here for a hot latte on a cold, cloudy day while at the Main Place Mall. It's on the top floor near Macy's. The interior is quite nice, as inviting as a mall coffee cafe can be.I ordered a hazelnut latte; a bit on the pricey side. The fellow working here was very friendly and conversational. I took the latte with me as I walked through the mall, continuing my shopping.It was very, very hot. I couldn't drink it at first. Honestly it took me half an hour before I could sip it. Admittedly I have a temperature sensitive tongue but I'm telling you, this was served scalding hot. The hazelnut flavor was subtle but there, which I enjoyed. The coffee itself tasted burnt which is also my complaint about the world's largest coffee chain. I only drank half.Not my favorite coffee experience but it warmed me up. Other reviews rave about the Vietnamese coffee so I think that's the way to go if you visit here and like strong coffee.

This place certainly lived up to their reviews. While in CA, I was looking for a coffee joint and Coffee Heist was the first that came up. Located in a mall, I really wasn't expecting much, but boy was I wrong. I ordered the Vietnamese Ice Coffee and to tell you that it was the best coffee I've had in a long time would be an understatement. The coffee was strong, robust and the condensed milk added just the right amount of sweetness. Service was exceptional. I spoke with someone who I think is the owner and mentioned how amazing their coffee was. He was very engaging and gave me a quick run down on how it should be made. Don't let the thought of it being in a mall steer you away because I almost did, and I would've missed out. I made sure to get my fill everyday of my trip!

I had never seen a full-on coffee shop/cafe inside a mall until I visited Coffee Heist. I live quite a distance away from this location, so the only time I'm really here is if I'm hanging out with my friend (who lives in Fullerton). On this particular day, we were walking around the mall and doing some window shopping. It was in the middle of the late afternoon, and we were in need of a caffeine boost. Lo and behold, Coffee Heist was just a few feet away from us. We both ordered iced horchata lattes, which were so refreshing and strong. There is limited seating inside, but we managed to snag a spot. Make a caffeine stop here if you're ever shopping in the mall!

I've only been here once but if I'm in ever at the Santa Ana mall again I would definitely come back. I was killing time here at the mall, passed by this shop and decided to pop in to see what they had. I love red velvet anything, so when I saw the red velvet coffee I obviously had to get it. It was like a red velvet flavored Vietnamese coffee, strong and refreshing. Very enjoyable!

My wife and I recently visited this amazing location and were pleasantly surprised with the entire experience. We stopped in for a bite while shopping, and everything a customer could want was perfection. The service was perfect and every person behind the counter was all smiles. Were we at Disneyland, because this felt like the happiest place on earth. Being our first time in, we had a few questions, and wow was the cashier up for it. I can't imagine someone being more informative and helpful. Maybe the owner of the company was working as a cashier. Who can say?On top of the astonishing service, every single item that we ordered exceeded what we had hoped for. Everything was the definition of fresh, looked like it belonged in an advertisement, and somehow tasted even better than it looked. MAGNIFICENT! It was as if the employees were making the food for themselves; it completely felt and tasted homemade. This establishment is what every restaurant on earth should strive for.There is no doubt that it truly is a rare experience to be this DELIGHTED by an establishment. You can now consider us regulars, along with the friends and family we'll be sharing this with.
