Visitation Rights: Twice. My recent visit was last month.Parking: Decent amount of parking. If you don't see any parking up front, there's plenty of parking in the back.Entertainment: Get some peanuts from the hostess while you wait and crack them open. With the shells don't be afraid to litter and stomp on them with glee.Ambiance/Decor: Neat ambiance with woodsy furnishings and some stained glass decor.Service: Don't remember much about how the service was back when I visited in 2019 for my birthday, but as for my recent visit... I remember. Amanda was very friendly, attentive, and offered great suggestions. She checked up on us occasionally. Food came out a respectable time. I'm also guilty of getting 4-5 refills of root beer. :)Dinner Entree Of Choice:1) North Woods Special Platter (Chicken, Scallops, and Steak Chunks): Instead of the chicken and scallops being fried, I asked for them to be broiled. Thought the proteins were good. The entree also came with rice pilaf and baked potato.Salad and Cheese Garlic Bread: Salads (house and cabbage) were good, but I preferred the house salad (blue cheese) over the cabbage (kinda sour). Garlic bread was a bit on the salty side and a bit greasy, but don't get me wrong... they're good. Go crazy on the unlimited offerings y'all!Clearman's North Woods Inn For Thought: Wouldn't mind coming back again.

AMAZING! The food was great, as usual. My husband always gets the Steak and Lobster and I ordered the ribeye. I ate off of that 3 times!But what made this trip so great was the excellent service and the Cafe de Olla Old Fashioneds. What a unique drink and I nice surprise from the usual.

On a Friday night in late January, my hubby and I came for Dine LA dinner. Prior, I made reservations online to get a table. At 5pm, enough parking available and we waited few minutes to get our table. We ordered potato skins and ate peanuts. I love the decor and ambiance of the restaurant. For DineLA menu, I ordered clam chowder soup w/cheese bread, new York steak, rice, bake potatoes and key lime dessert. The steak was tender and the potato was big and the cheese toast was delicious. Our waiter was nice and checked on through out our dinner and refill water cups. Toward the middle of dinner, the place got busy with big parties. Love the music playing in the background.

So there's multiple parking around this area so you're welcome to park in the back next to floor and decor or on the other side of the main entrance. as agreed by the host, you noticed the word cabin feel, and the floor full of nuts debris. If you're allergic tonight, be careful.We got seated we're in the back plenty of seats and we are greeted by the cheery waitress. We ordered the tomahawk steak and the mix salad and the seafood platter. Salad can be ordered with an extra plate so we had have plenty of salads for all three of us. I have to say to Tomahawk was a little bit disappointing, but it was made medium rare as we requested. The portion was 32 ounce but I thought it was a little bit smaller due to the large tomahawk bone. The seafood platter was underwhelming because everything was pretty much fried scallops and cod's deep fried. Overall, it was a good experience, but for the portion size, I think it was a little small and not that flavorful. I think I would order just sandwiches the next time I come back

Okay, been driving by this place often so we wanted to check it out for their prixe fixe menu for Dine LA 2025. The servers were very nice and sweet and they really lean into the cabin theme. However, the food was mid. Yes it's a good deal with large portion sizes but the meat just tasted old and didn't seem like it was cooked very well. Probably won't come back after this visit.

Cozy family restaurant with massive portions and delicious cocktails. You get a little bit of everything in this place- winter cabin vibes, sports bar, etc. and can't forget the uniqueness of tossing the peanut shells on the floor.The restaurant can get busy, so it never hurts to have a reservation. My family of 6 visited on a weeknight and it was pretty packed. We had a reservation and were seated after waiting 5 to 10 minutes.The service is good. The staff are friendly, maybe a little overworked, but overall good. The food is not fine dining, blow you out of the water kind of food. But it is comforting and tasty! There are also plenty of options to choose from- steaks, seafood, sandwiches, etc.Moscow Mule- 10/10 (best I've ever had)Lobster- 8/10 massive! but slightly over cookedSteak- 9/10Crab legs- 5/10 (we were very disappointed and kindly sent them back for another lobster tail instead)Burger- 10/10Chicken tenders- 8/10Carrot cake- 10/10Garlic cheese bread and loaded baked potatoes are dynamite 10/10the dishes also come with a plethora of cabbage salads, rice, etc.

Old school since 1958. We sat at the bar and ordered beer on tap plus dinner. The bar area has plenty of chatty patrons who are not shy to start a conversation. I ordered a steak medium rare, cheese garlic bread, mixed cabbage salad, rice pilaf, and a potato. The beer was good and the food was delicious especially their famous salad. The meal was more than enough and I had to request a to go box for what I wasn't able to finish.

Came in after a long day and was greeted by Dorothy and Briana at the bar. The restaurant was quiet and relaxing with many people celebrating birthdays! I was immediately served and everything at the bar was excellent!

We tried all of their sandwiches and was surprised at how good it was. It wasn't overly salty like the Hat. We'll be back.
