Even one star is being generousI decided to look at the other reviews as a sanity check to see if it was just me, but I guess I'm not the only one who thinks the customer service from the owner is rude. My husband and I used to laugh about it and tolerate this rudeness because the meatballs were at least good - but it had been a while so I popped in and bought meatballs and stuffed shells 60.00 for two small trays.Wow... they were dry- we threw them in the trashSuch a shame because I love to support small businesses...

I like to support our local restaurants and I have come here multiple times but yesterday will definitely be my last time. The food has gone down considerably in the quality and portion size. I got a flavorless cavatelli with pulverized baby food like consistency broccoli and sausage. I got the $27 Braciole which barely had one whole piece. Most of mine was inside bread stuffing that had fallen out into sauce, it came with under cooked potatoes and veggies that would not qualify as al dente. They were straight out undercooked and overly seasoned.I've attached a picture of what they advertise for this dish and it's insulting that the little tin I received had a piece of meat that looks nothing like their advertised portion, even the cheese and garnishes on top were not present on my food. The worst part of all was dealing with the disgruntled employees that obviously hate working there. I had a boy zombie that could not answer a single question nor did he attempt to. I had to really push him to find the price of the cookies and he was never able to articulate then a unhappy woman came out that seemed to be the owner and said $24.99 and walked away.I won't get into all of the details but I was taking my food to go and explained it didn't need to be reheated as I would consume at night. He just stared at me. He failed to give me my $9 piece of bread pudding even though I questioned him how my 3 dinners, salad, bread and dessert all fit in a tiny tied up bag. He insisted it was all there. Answer should have been: "We gave you teeny tiny portions and left some out. You are welcome. We don't care if you come back to spend another $65 at lunch time because we dont about you or this place. " You will not get a hello, goodbye or thank you. Even the disgruntled man that was the cook was so angry. I do not see a long future for this establishment

Cute Italian restaurant with authentic dishes~Cibo is a small local mom and pop Italian restaurant, they have various choices of pasta, sandwich, and side dishes. The store is located inside a small mall with other eateries, there are few table and outdoor seating. They also have a small Italian grocery selling dried pasta, sauce, and condiments.During lunch hours they have selected lunch deals ($15-$20).My Bf got the lunch special carbonara which comes with a soda and small side salad ($20), I got the Turkey lasagna a la carte ($21). (Dinner comes with salad and bread). The dishes here are on the lighter side, portion is not too big.My Turkey lasagna was not too heavy with brightness from tomato sauce, pasta was super fresh. My BFs carbonara was milky and not too heavy.A little pricy but overall the service is fast and dishes here are authentic, would love to try the desserts my next visit~

I love cibo because it is authentic Italian food, and not Americanized. I feel like I am traveling back to Italy. Definitely a little overpriced, but worth it.

I'm not the only one who thinks you are rude, as you can see from other reviews. You said you were as calm and polite as you could be? Saying, "We don't put cheese on shrimp scampi," with a frowny face and that kind of tone is rude regardless. Do you think all Italian chefs would talk like that too? I suggest you learn how to communicate with people if you are in the service industry. My 8-year-old daughter asked for cheese on her shrimp scampi because her 6-year-old sister had cheese on her butter pasta. Do you not have kids? Do you not understand kids' feelings? Compassion and understanding are far more important than rigidly adhering to tradition, especially when dealing with children.Plus, you say you hope I find a place that accommodates my preference? I haven't gone back to your place since then, and don't worry, I will never go back.

Amazing gnocchi! Haven't had any better and I have been tried gnocchi in Italy! Why travel across the world when you have it in your own backyard! As well as amazing staff! I'm only missing caffe corretto for the true experience!

The Bresaola and Arugula pizza is absolutely off the hook good! This is seriously a bucket list item for any foodie out there. It has the perfect balance of flavors and textures. Don't be surprised if this pizza gets featured on FoodTV sometime soon.

Disappointed in the Thanksgiving meal for one. The price for the quality of the food and quanity which was about the size for a child was very disappointing.

Service was great which is why they get one star. I got a sandwich, spaghetti and meatballs and bruschetta to go. The total was $58 I stopped in on a whim so I wasn't really prepared but I thought that was pretty expensive nevertheless. It was 6.30pm on a Friday and deader than a doornail inside. When she handed me the bag it felt light considering how much I spent. Upon inspection in the car I thought I was missing the bruschetta. Turns out I wasn't. It was 3 of the tiniest slices of French bread. Like 2 inches each. For $7.95. That's not even the worst part. The meatballs were SO small and came 3 for $15! I had no idea they were going to be that much by themselves! I paid $12.95 for the pasta and $15 for 3 meatballs?! The tiniest meatballs of life?! The size of a cheese ball. Unreal. I'm sick about it. This is why I always read menus in advance because you can get cheated!
