Chorizo El Chino

This time it was a lady attending, she wasn't friendly at all, when she saw me taking pictures she got upset after I explained it was to share with followers she understand. When I asked which salsa was hotter she rolled her eyes. Probably she was having a bad morning. I like the chorizo here, also the salsas. And there's plenty of parking. The rate today is because of the service not the products.

I don't usually review, but this place is so good that I wanted to make sure people go to it so it doesn't close. Also, in case it wasn't clear (it wasn't to me) this is a meat deli only, not a restaurant.Location: The shop is located in an unassuming shopping center wedged between other stores. It's easy to miss if you aren't looking for it.Interior: The shop is barebones with a meat fridge, a drink fridge, and single stand of tortillas. Service was very friendly and quick.Food: They specialize in uncooked chorizo and salsa. You know it's gotta be good because that's pretty much all they serve. The chorizo comes in super long links and they had them in regular, spicy, and habanero. I didn't look too closely at the salsas but they had a verde and a couple red ones.I got the habanero chorizo and a cup of the Salsa Verde de Aceite (basically a creamy salsa made with jalapenos and serrano). I went home and threw the habanero chorizo link rolled up on the grill, cooking low and slow. Once it was cooked through, I took it out and let me tell you it was one delicious chorizo. It was flavorful, juicy, and perfectly spiced. The meat was clearly good quality. And yes, the habanero was spicy; I have never been so happy to be in so much pain. The salsa was equally good; extremely flavorful, smooth, and spicy.I'll definitely be returning and I hope this place is around for a long time in the future!

The chorizo is the best I've ever had. You can tell it's made with the best ingredients!! The salsas are super yummy! The perfect combo for any carne Asada and a total time saver! They also got the cheese, sour cream, and even eggs and ham! A perfect one stop location for everything! You gotta try the three different chorizo favors they are all amazing but regular is my favorite! I can't handle too much spice but if you can go try the habanero and spicy!!

So disappointed, first time trying this place and the prices are high for the quality. Bland and colorless. It doesn't smell or look like real chorizo. It looks like it's made of out of soy product or something else.

Picked up the spicy and regular for a family bbq, and was not disappointed! Best chorizo I've ever had! Also a must pickup are the roja and chili verde en aceite salsas. I will definitely be back!

The best chorizo I've ever had!! Definitely was worth the trip to come here. Will definitely be coming back for more. My new favorite spot.

literally the best chorizo. the staff is so friendly and they also make bomb salsa. give them all your money and tell a friend
