Chipotle Mexican Grill

I've always been a fan of Chipotle's burritos. You used to get a lot for your buck. Although now, they're making them a little smaller. I can definitely see a difference in the size from the last time I got a burrito, which was a few months ago. You do still get a good amount of food for that price, but they are also now charging basically $3 to add guacamole. Luckily they do have rewards members deals. Like today they're offering free guacamole and queso today only with any entree after you type in the promo code. That was a really good deal, and I really enjoyed my lunch, but since the meals have gotten smaller, and more expensive, it will be a while before my next visit

To me the only thing good about this Chipotle is the location and some of the staff. I've been going to this Chipotle since it opened here across the street from my house. In the past year or so they have gotten SO stingy with serving size. When I can wrap my hand around the width of my burrito I shouldn't be paying $18+ dollars for it. This Chipotle is no longer a place I can go. I will drive further to visit another Chipotle to get a better bang for my buck. Honestly it's really bad now and I don't know what happened. #BringBackBigBurritos

Ordered a kid size chips and it came with only 5 chips? Not even a child would only eat 5 chips. There were multiple reviews that this Chipotle has been stingy, should have listened.

This location surprised me! Pretty decent and LARGE amount of food. The meats though is another story. I often had to order double meats, mostly steaks, because I felt like it was not fulfilling ordering regular meat amount. My stomach is too weak for all the side dishes as usual so I only eat Chipotle sparingly. 1st Staff was not helpful and kept saying he only received 1 order from me despite me showing him my order. I had receipt of 2 orders. I waited a little bit and tried to go through my online order receipt and thankfully a second staff was able to locate my order. I ordered for take out but there are plenty of seats to sit down. There are plenty of parkings in this location. It was quite busy on a Friday around 5:30PM. I probably would not come here around this time though.

Very disappointed with this location . I work near by and lately the service is getting worse . I order a chick bowl and found about 10 little bones in my chicken . Second . When you have a new employee do not disrespect your own employees. If he doing something wrong teach him and don't yell at him in front of 10 people waiting . Not a way to operate a business manage needs to take responsibility for his employees and teach the right way .

Come here at least twice a week, sometimes more. The workers are so nice and seem to have a great relationship with each other.They always seem in high spirits and happy to help guests. The food and flavoring at this location is unmatched. I drive 30 minutes for this specific one. Amazing quality and quantity. Whatever management and the employees are doing, you're doing amazing! Thank you.

I come here all the time and everyone is allways friendly, but today the cashier that is a tall african american girl had such a poor attitude. After she rang me up she took the bag with my bowl in it and proceeded to drop it hard on the counter. I just told her "wow thanks" and she replied with "yah!"If she doesnt want to work there, go find something else to do but dont treat customer like crap. I spoke to one of the managers named Beatriz and she said she would have a talk with the cashier.

I ordered online at 8:20pm, said it would be ready at 8:30pm. I got to this location at about 8:28pm. Place was empty and no one in line, the team member told me your order hasn't been started yet. Two people walked in and he right away started helping them. At this point it was already 8:35pm and I was on my 30 min lunch break. When I asked again, another team member began helping getting my order ready, but then tells me they need to make more rice and it will be a couple more minutes. I didn't leave until 8:45pm. And all I got was sorry for the long wait. No free drink at least for the inconvenience. What's the point of ordering ahead if team members don't prepare the order when it's placed. I don't blame these team members, I blame the management and training. Terrible experience.

I was at the location on Newport Ave, Tustin ca where I eat every Sunday. the service was great. however, the chicken was scarce and most of it was fat. the guacamole was brown. This is my favorite restaurant but today I am dissappointed

the staff here are rude. young kids that don't care about service. Asked for veggies and received half and onion and a few bell peppers. The staff were laughing as they rang me up and asked if I was satisfied with the way my bowl was made. It felt personal and intentional but I was with my son so I didn't address how I really felt. I'm in this shopping center at least once a week and will absolutely never order here again.
