Chipotle Mexican Grill

I have had chipotle a few times near my OC area. I honestly love this chipotle area because they fill up my bowl pretty good. Today, I got white rice, steak, sour cream, pico, corn, guacamole, a little bit of cheese, hot sauce, and lettuce. I love mixing my bowl because it enhance all the flavor I got from the bowl. It was delicious, flavorful, and tasty. The chips were delicious and have nice lime flavor to the chips. The service was fast & employee is very nice and friendly. The store is spacious, clean, and plenty of seating area. There is plenty of parking. I would definitely come back here if I am near south coast plaza.

The food is always great, I can never complain about the taste. Other than some squishy chicken from time to time, I've never had an issue with my order. I never place through app anymore because the bowls don't seem to be as filled up as it does when I walk in. I came by earlier this week looking forward to a bowl. A gentleman walked in right before me and we found ourselves waiting for a over 5 min to be served. We noticed a young lady arranging the condiment station to a table nearby and the grill cook was simply on his phone. When I asked if there was anyone to service us, the girl responded that her associate was in the bathroom and will be with us shortly. I was a little surprised but ok... Got my food and left.Came maybe 2 days after this around closing again and there is always 2 dark haired girls that absolutely know nothing of costumer service. I tried to be polite and smile but they just ignore the guests. She kept staring outside as if she was waiting on someone. Totally ignored me which made me feel like a disturbance. Overall the store is clean and tidy but the younger staff really needs to get it together. Everyone on the younger side here has absolutely terrible customer service and doesn't ever smile.

I love chipotle normally, I was disappointed I bit into something hard. It looks like it could be the pedicel of the stem of the avocado. Service was great. It's quiet

So you know it came from Chipotle on Bristol and MacArthur. Gross man. Ate all to the bottom of the bowl and this showed up. Never again and on top of that they forgot my chips.

Wow, just wow. Chipotle continues to increase prices and now this location has vastly cut back on portion sizes for proteins. The franchise owner is the stingiest MFer on the planet apparently. Staff is fine but I've never seen such pathetic portions. I already disputed the charge with my bank and will be contacting corporate. I also expect the franchise owner to reach out to me or I will continue to write bad reviews from multiple accounts until this greedy douche does. Just unbelievable. Insanely high prices and now crappy portions. GO ELSEWHERE!!!

Always a good meal when I have little time or if I'm out late. You have to get the guacamole and chips.

Very pleased! Tori helped me out and she was very generous with the portions. She was meticulous but quick, and overall was a very nice person! I normally order chipotle on Uber eats and it's good but going in person was better because I got more meat.

If you're looking for a light meal this is perfect but if you want it to fill you up for lunch, not it.The portions they give you is lighter than any other chipotle I've gone to. Sad.

Honestly the worst location I've ever walked into.. from the moment I stepped in, the tables and counters were dirty. The workers were just talking to themselves, leaning against the wall. I asked for a scoop of rice and they said they'd charge me extra for it. The guidelines doesn't say anything about charging extra, claiming it messes with their inventory. They brought out a young manager filled with face piercings and had a very unprofessional demeanor. Right away they went onto the next customer while ignoring my partner when she hadn't even placed an order yet. She asked for a bowl and they half scooped the rice, when she asked to fill a gap less than half inch they said again they'd charge extra. I quite literally saw a few pieces go into the "scoop". The manager walked away from us quickly. Their "inventory" of rice was filled to the brim, there were no customers, there was more than 5 people working.

I came in around 1:40. I asked for more meat on my burrito and the staff member said "so double" lmfao. The most stingiest chipotle I have ever been to. I don't know if its the Chipotles in Santa Ana. Not even the Chipotles in Lake Forest or Southern Orange County do this lol. Not to memtion they dont even offer treys or ask you if its for here or to go. I thought the CEO of chipotle said to just ask for more. Oh well onto the next. Also fix your door.
