Chipotle Mexican Grill

All the staff was super duper nice!!!!! It was busy for Halloween evening, 9 pm, but the staff was chirpy and festive and polite!!!Food was yummy and fresh!!!!Lots of seating and lots of parking. Great ambiance for quick eating or hanging out with a leisure meal.Music was ok.I hope all the staff gets recognized. Thank you and happy Halloween

"I just work here" said the girl named Yesenia when I asked her if they will have cheese tomorrow since it seems like they are always "out of cheese" when it's almost closing time. I said will you have cheese tomorrow? It seems like you are always out for the past two days and it's been the same girl. She literally walked away and shrugged and said I just work here. And I said yeah that's why I asked you why would I ask a customer that question or anyone else ? This girl is new and never has the service experience here been so bad. She always has some type of attitude. All other employees there are nice even if it's busy they still respond nicely and don't just say "I just work here" and act indifferent.

I see dogs eat big heaps of dawg food out of bowls all the time. So I started to get envious of their unrestrained chowing. Fortunately, Chipotle has me covered; this location, in particular. The only portion they know here is ladle full. I have tried words like dash, pinch, and little with mixed results. "A little corn" means a handful of corn here.I suggest this location because the whole experience is a tragicomic roulette. I get sick (indigestion/gas/lava guts) from the food here 1 in every 3 times I go, so I stopped getting the guac & cheese here to save $ on toilet paper. I never know whether my requests for a sprinkle of lettuce will be a sprinkle or an avalanche. So many surprises to endure.Last but not least, this location is dangerously close to a high school. The kids who come through here lack all voice modulation skill. Just endless sporadic screaming to set the ambience while you try to eat your human dog food bowl. 3 stars for the portions, the good pico, and the effort.

I've already reached out to customer support twice and waiting to hear back. I would at least appreciate an email stating we're working on this or something. I was enjoying my bowl and found a huge dead fly in it. It was so gross! I'm very pregnant and was craving and enjoying this and immediately was sick upon seeing it!

Don't like to leave bad reviews but we ordered 4 entrees and we really got less protein way less than we should have. We did an online order not sure if that makes a difference. Chipotle is not cheap place to eat and I just believe we should get the proper protein that we are suppose to. Very unhappy

Already went on chipotle support. Asian lady in there gave me an attitude when I asked for the guac that came with the cheese quesadilla. "I didn't ask for that attitude but I'll give it to you free anyway" and then proceeded to give more attitude when I said that I just asked her a simple question and went and said "well it was the way you said it". She has horrible customer service and shouldn't be in front of other people.

Came in tonight for dinner around 8pm. There was no line and no wait. We were greeted by friendly staff, and fresh food. The restaurant was clean and the food was delicious. They did great.

Garbage ass bowl. Making me vegetarian. 6 pieces only of steak. Trashhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

Really bad experience I won't be coming back to this location again. The service from the other workers was good but there was one worker there that really seemed to hate her job. I got a really small portion of guacamole and asked if I could have a little more and she very rudely said "this is what you get" and rolled her eyes. I was taken aback as I wasn't being rude just asking. She had the same attitude with the person behind me it was a really strange experience..

12/4/2024 - why are the portion so tiny! I feel like it's a waste of money at this point...
