Chipotle Mexican Grill

This is by far the best chipotle I have ever been to and they wrapped that burrito so tight, despite my big appetite, ordering extra toppings, so you can actually eat the entire thing without it falling apart. Shout-out to the employees. You guys do an amazing job and the store is clean.

They always give plenty in the burrito I can barely finish it so I save half for later. The service was quick and the food is great quality :) There's plenty of seating and the area is kept clean.

My bowl was stuffed to the brim! I was surprised because I heard rumors of Chipotle being stingy with their portions, so I was pleasantly surprised when I opened up my Doordash pickup and saw all of the food! I chose this location over the UTC Irvine one because I figured they would be less busy off campus. To my surprise, the restaurant seemed busy, but the interior looked clean and they fulfilled my pickup time and included everything I wanted. I would visit this location again!

Do not bother wasting your hard earned money here. Look, I'd have no problem paying a premium price for food if it was good quality. Half the time I get meat here I'm spitting half of it out because of cartilage or fatty pieces. What the actual f. don't bother asking for double either because their version of double is a regular portion. They act like its coming out of their pockets. Extremely stingey location I was so surprised. Never would come here again.

Barely give you any rice or meat compared to other chipotle locations. This is my worst experience in any Chipotle. We need to complain about this with the corporation.Really bad services

If I could give this specific location a 0 star I would. The customer service that the so called manager provided had me in shock . She rang me up and put her hands in my bowl to check if the bowl had guac. She had a glove on but with that same glove she rang up the person in front of me which was my sister. She also questioned her asking if she rang her up for both of her bowls. After I told her about the issue she continued to give me attitude and asked what I wanted for her to do. I told her that my bowl needed to be remade. She made me wait all over again until they helped 4 customers. After they remade my bowl she said just take it, didn't even want to put a lid on it. I asked for her name because I needed to complain to corporate about my experience and she said these exact words "I will not give you my name because I didn't give you attitude" I was in disbelief that was the response of a manager which should be trained on how to handle situations like that.I reached out to customer service and all I got was a we're sorry and thanks for letting us know...Pathetic...But after reading the reviews on this location I can see that I'm not the only one that's been treated like that . They need a new manager because it's ridiculous on how rude the employees are.

I came here on Oct 31, 2024 at 9:35pm. My family and I also wanted to use the restroom, but there was a chair in front each restroom. I asked the cashier if the restrooms were closed or being cleaned. She said "ohh cause someone vomited." I asked if in both. She smiled and shook her head yes. I was confused, but still sat down and ate my food. 10 mins later, 9:45pm, a man and woman were cleaning the dinning room, and a customer wanted to use the restrooms. The employees were talking among themselves and the woman said "I already cleaned the restrooms." Ultimately, they allowed the customer to use the restroom. I was utterly shocked!! We needed to use the restroom and were told it was unavailable. We do not eat without washing our hands. We had to eat with a napkin holding our burrito. It appeared to me that they were rushing to clean before the restaurant was even closed. I don't understand how the employees allow this or the manager or owner know and are okay with this. How do you keep a restaurant open for your business, but close the restroom for your costumers? I would a million times rather have the restrooms open and the food not available. Obviously, our situation past and we are not going to make a scene there. Everyone need to know how unethical this was. Hopefully the manager/owner will see this and make changes to their restaurant.

Just wanted to get a kids quesadilla and noticed the chipotle was completely empty. I figured this would mean I could get my food quick and easy yet I stood at the front counter making awkward eye contact with all FOUR of the workers. Stood there for a few minutes and no worker came to take my order. If y'all are antisocial, why are you working here? Terrible service, ruins Chipotle experience for me.

They barely gave me any food. This should be a crime. Service was fine I guess. Ambiance was good but that doesn't change the fact I got a crappy bowl.
