Chipotle Mexican Grill

This chipotle is RARE. Le crème de la crème, the Latina Employee and Latin gentleman who helped us out were very kind, cool, and relaxed when helping us. They gave us FAT BURRITOS and did an AMAZING job providing good food and healthy portions. They gave a CHIPOTLE amount and I'm HAPPY they helped me! They even laughed at how hard it was to wrap my burrito and for you two working today I hope you know you are AMAZING!! Thanks guys! We come by often but today specifically it was around 4pm-ishThe ambiance was very chipotle corporate but the vibes behind the employee counter were very demure and mindful!

Went in today in had a poor experience. Was paying with our gift cards when I questioned the total after the gift cards were already charged. The cashier removed the erroneous guacamole charge. The cashier said the register showed "overpayment" and called the manager in for help.The following conversation ensued:Manager said it only shows overpayment because the cashier initially charged for the guacamole so when they took it off it showed overpayment.I said: Okay, so I don't owe anything, but there's nothing left on gift card?He said yes.I said just by chance, our gift cards totaled exactly what the receipt was.Doubling down, he said yes.Holding up the line with these shenanigans I asked for my receipt and that was the end of the conversation.Okay...right...overpayment doesn't mean overpayment according to them I guess.No it showed overpayment because we overpaid. Before taking the guac off we were going to have additional amounts owed but then after it was taken off we were now overpaid. They literally took extra money from me.

I got a chipotle gift card and went in for the first time in years. I had been reading about the CEO promising to get better so I had high hopes. Oh well. So the food was OK. Got there before 11 am so not crowded. Restaurant was clean and ingredients looked fresh but just ridiculously small portions. I skipped the rice and got one tiny scoop of beans. Asked for another and he added but appeared to be 3/4 water. Then the chicken. COME ON GUYS. It's just chicken and I got literally 3/4 of the spoon. One piece fell on the counter and he picked it up to put on and I swear doubled the amount. The topper was him holding up the burrito end to drain all the liquid (and most of my soul) out of it. Don't get me wrong I appreciated not receiving a soup meal.I too remember the good old chipotle days. I know food costs these days etc but there are way too many options literally within a 2 mile radius. If chipotle wants to thrive in So Cal gotta up the game or stay in Indiana.

DEAR GENERAL MANAGER,I'm beyond DISAPPOINTED with what I got today for a steak bowl. I literally got 8 PCS of steak in my bowl.How is it for quality?! Please REVIEW and RETRAIN your employees! They were too distracted to serve the customer portion correctly.Btw, if anyone is trying to call the restaurant to make a complaint, forget it, you will never get thru their automatic voice system.

I normally get a veggie bowl each time I come but decided to order the barbacoa which my boyfriend recommended. We ordered online so when we got there, we just picked up the food and went back to his place. It was tasty for the most part but had a lot of salt in it. I saved some for the next day which I normally do. I was having it this morning when I took a bite of something hard that wasn't breaking down. To my surprise I pulled a piece of a plastic bag out of my mouth. It was quite gross to find this in my food which I stopped eating after this. I get working in food because I've been there but it's careless details like this that won't have me returning my business.

So today the food is especially good, because the gentleman serving it, knew how to follow our order! May seem odd but I don't always like my food layered on top of everything else he was kind enough to separate it in the bowl. Veronica very polite and nice and the manager, on duty, I complimented her as well. Because she does set a Positive tone. The place is clean the ambience is always nice, young man was very patient with my daughters. Thank you for making this location a bit better than the others.

The meat servings are straight up pathetic, I wouldn't go out of my way to say this considering I haven't used the yelp app in years

Disappointing to see the drop in quality of their meat over the past few years. I've been going to this Chipotle for 10+ years back when a steak burrito was $8. It's annoying paying $15 for a steak bowl with guacamole, but very upsetting when 1/2 of the steak is pure fat and gristle and completely inedible

Usually this Chipotle is very good and I'd give it 5 stars. Tonight, the guac was borderline watery and definitely old, the chips stale, and seriously - drain the beans and Pico before drowning the order. They had to double wrap because there was so much liquid. We'll likely pick up here again because it's closest, but tonight was supremely disappointing and definitely not to Chipotle standards.

They charge extra for everything not worth the money they charge but the food is good but after you pay all the extras, not worth the money to eat there
