Chipotle Mexican Grill

This is the first 5 star review i ever left for a chipotle and it's solely because of how kind, responsive and customer service Arturo was. I hope he sees this because deserves recognition. He is chipotle's best

My burrito had good portions of meat and queso. The service was quick and I was out door within 5 min. Great establishment

Just do better. I just don't understand why chipotle has to be so stingy. This is a fresh bowl not even bitten into yet. Barely any chicken any rice and for 12 bucks it just doesn't make sense. Service was totally fine just the portions is just absolutely ridiculous.

This is a good Chipotle. I got the kids tacos to try the new brisket and they said sides are no charge. I added 2 more taco shells for 50 cents more, and got a pretty decent meal for $7 with tax.

We went on a family walk to come and have some lunch. As a family of 5 our taste buds are all different. So we decided kids would have chipotle and my husband and I were going to have the place next door. We all walked in and I ordered for my kids as the man finished adding the rice and chicken he asked what else and I said just that and he's said "that's all for a family of 5" now first off the comment was not necessary, and the tone was rude. Second off the portion was tiny, he acted as if I was hurting his feelings by not ordering more. I just know I won't be coming back to this location. The service was just terrible and unwelcoming. I cannot believe chipotle has employees like this representing there front of the house this way. We will definitely be just eating at teriyaki madness when we are in the area their service and food were great.

There is a guy serving now. It's 1:22 on Thursday. He's a tall thin guy and I overheard that he is 20. I've owned 5 restaurants that I recently sold. This guy is the real thing when it comes to service. He's excited, he means what he says (ex- chipotle seems to have the requirement to greet everyone when they walk through the door. Most times you'd rather have them say nothing because it lacks any real passion and just feels formulaic). He looks at you and is happy to see you as well as makes your meal with passion. He also helps his coworkers while doing his job. I'd steal him away if I still owned my restuarnts. My burrito bowl was great and the place was spotless.

Do not order from this place, i ordered a buritto via uber eats and guess what? 95% of the buritto was just rice with no meats, absolute joke of a business!

Came here to buy half and half bowl. The guy claiming be called Junior Hueutero overcharged me for a steak bowl instead of a regular pastor bowl. I didn't realize that thinking a chipotle restaurant won't do such a shame thing by overcharging customers, but it happened. When I confronted him, this guy named Junior Hueutero refused to refund me the overcharged amount. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST. They had 1 older lady serving and ringing up an entire line and when she made my bowl she literally didn't even drop the full scoop of chicken, not even kidding i got a half scoop. For them to raise prices and literally not even give me a full scoop.. thats just ridiculous. Will not be eating Chipotle anymore especially because of this location. But hey my toilet will thank you guys, will not give your company another dollar

If I could leave zero stars I would. The worst Chipotle location I have ever been to. This chipotle is the closest one to me but it has the worst service and team member's out of any food service store I have been to. Not only does the store give horrible portions in which I was given less than half a scoop of chicken for a normal chicken bowl, pico was also placed on my bowl when I asked for it on the side. The workers were also extremely disrespectful and snarky the whole time rolling their eyes at us even the manager on staff at the time. This may be the closest location to my house but the workers and management is horrible and needs to be reworked or I will not be returning. It is extremely disrespectful for a worker let alone management to roll their eyes at a customer multiple times and this was not the first time I have had issues with this store and specific manager/workers as they continue to deliver horrible service with disrespectful behavior.
