Chipotle Mexican Grill

I usually order takeout from here using their Chipotle app, and one time I had ordered they altogether had forgotten my order of large chips and guac. Didn't find out till I got home, so couldn't do much about it other than contact Chipotle customer service on their website. The last time we ordered from here recently everything did go smoothly, other than the pick up order was not sitting at the pick up shelf as it was supposed to, but I had to get in line and ask the staff to get it for me because apparently it was in the back already packaged and waiting for me. I will assume it was for food security since it was an order for five people. Staff were curt, as others have said, and thinking about it, my meat portions were a little bit small, but I just assumed that was par for the course nowadays with inflation. :(

For the third time in a row, I've arrived here, waited in line and found out at the pay register that they do not have any salad dressing. All 3 visits were at different times of the day. I show up at 4:30 pm, no salad dressing...I show up at 6:00pm, no salad dressing...I show up at 8:30pm, no salad dressing...I understand it's all college kids that work here, but they really couldn't care less. They don't look in the back for more, even when I asked if they could. The response I got was "if it's not up here, we don't have it"It's just disappointing as this location is the closest to my home. I'll be going elsewhere from here on out.

To make it short and simple- The literal worst chipotle in southern california that i've visited. I'm normally not the one to put up bad reviews, but this location never fails to disappoint every time I visit. The service is horrible- workers are always in a rush (even when there's no one in line), rude, and disrespectful. The food portions given here are half of what I get at any other chipotle & they look annoyed if we ask for more (even if we pay extra). The rice has been hard or dry at times and the lettuce we got was going bad- half of it was brown or withering. The seating is always so dirty and unkept so we never actually stay to eat or we have to clean other peoples mess in order to sit down. Today's portion was extremely disappointing & the service was horrible. I don't know what the point of rushing customers through their order is especially when there's no one else waiting.

Yes, from the picture u can see veggies piled up on my bowl as I requested. But underneath there was little meat like only a half scoop. That is definitely not the right portion.

Food:The experience with the food at this Chipotle location left much to be desired. Despite requesting brown rice, there was only a little bit left so that was all I was scooped and there was a chunk of white rice in my order. Similarly, my friend encountered an issue with meat clumping together and not spread out, making it awkward to eat.Service:The service at Chipotle fell short of expectations. Portion sizes were notably small, leaving us feeling unsatisfied. Furthermore, the lack of friendliness and apparent displeasure from the workers contributed to a less-than-pleasant dining experience.Ambiance:On a positive note, the restaurant maintained a relatively clean environment.

Can I go lower than 1 star? I waited in line for no kidding 30 minutes with only two people in front of me. One person working the entire counter and register only.

Did an order on the app and came to pick it up. It wasn't ready when we got there so the employee offered us free drinks while we wait which was nice! It came out soon after that and the portions were good. I will say that the meat is usually lacking however the amount of other toppings slightly make up for it. The food was nice and hot and the al pastor was delicious. There is plenty of seating inside with air conditioning as well as a patio seating. Ask for some vinaigrette on the side to pour over the sour cream! Definitely a go to spot after the gym!

I can't believe i'm coming back here for a second review... years apart. Today I ordered a chicken SALAD online... TELL ME WHY when i got my order the whole SALAD portion was missing? not greens, not lettuce, NOT EVEN A CILANTRO LEAF. it literally says it in the name "chicken SALAD bowl" how hard is it? the little ticket that prints out for online orders literally SAYS CHICKEN SALAD. SALAAAAAD, S A L A D, S-A-L-A-Di'm so done with this chipotle.

Chipotle is always a hit, with fresh and affordable meal options for hungry college students. Fast and friendly service.
