Dirty avocados right out of cardboard box, meanwhile the card board box sitting on food prep station and this man was touching all the prep food with the same gloves handling dirty avocados and box.Washing avocados before cutting is important because the skin can carry bacteria, dirt, and pesticides. When you cut into the avocado, the knife can transfer these contaminants from the skin into the flesh. The food is great. But the staff and Corporate are useless! I was there getting a burrito & saw a server throw back items another customer didn't want. I said something to server no reply. Asked for the Manager who was also clueless and said nothing. What the server did was CROSS CONTAMINATION! It was a meat product and I'm vegan. Do you think I want meat in my burrito? I contacted Corporate and got a "sorry about that" and that was it. Nothing else. Nothing else to keep a good customer. After reading so many 1 star reviews about the lack of cleanliness of this location, I'm going to contact the Health Dept to do a review/inspection of this place. Hey, we can all go to Chronic Taco on Alton for a good vegan burrito or meat burrito. And think from now on may do that as this place is poorly run, dirty and Corporate doesn't give a hoot. Shame on you Chipotle!

3rd time at Chipotle and this was my first time at this location. I like Chipotles protein, sauces, carbs and combination of it all! Came here to try their Al Pastor bowl and was busy picking out the trashed greens. You could see from the assembly line that the greens were in bad shape yet they just kept giving it to their customers. On the plus side, their workers seemed extra miserable today with no smiles or greetings. This location is not busy, could use better leadership to improve the quality of this location.

The manager could use to take time to train their employees on how to construct tacos & burritos. It's a simple solution that makes a huge impact. People want to enjoy the food that's being constructed. Training them on how to handle fast paced environment efficiently would be helpful too. What'd the training process chipotle? Your employees deserve to represent you better.

Good proportions sizes!! I visit here a lot and every time they give me a decent amount of scoops on everything. I would highly recommend lowkey if you want decent proportions sizes. I still have yet to find a Chipotle that gives out REALLY good proportions but this for now will do very well!

We've been to this location four times in the past two months and it is our go to when we want our portions right and agua frescas flavorful the way they should be. It's very clean compared to a lot of chipotles we've been too, I just didn't see any seat covers in the bathroom which was odd. They had just finished mopping so idk if they were in the process of replacing things. The staff is friendly, there was a gentlemen who I assume was the manager because he went above and beyond when he saw me struggling to chose a flavored agua and gave me a free small cup to take home two flavors so I wouldn't have to choose. That right there is customer service and why I will keep returning. They don't scimp on the meat and you can bet that their aguas will taste delicious, not like the watered down ones at almost all the other locations. I have two other chipotles closer to me in Irvine, but I will still choose to come to this chipotle for their food, service, cleanliness, and aguas . Based off the reviews I feel like they must have taken the constructive criticism and worked on improving because it shows and is paying off.Oh, and thank you to the young woman who made my quesadilla dreams come true and whipped up the vinaigrette for me, I appreciate it.

Paid 13 dollars for a burrito that was smaller than a taco. It was a To-go order so I didn't get a chance to see them make it. But paying that much for a burrito that small is not right. Will never comeback to this location.
