Review #592 None Elite SquadAfter experiencing a few flaws at Chipotle and sworn never to go back unless they change things..well... I went to Chipotle again but this time in Costa Mesa and thought maybe for a second "this one might be different" and you know what..I was right because it was.Just when you walk in the energy in the room felt right..I instantly felt that this time it would be different..and right when I asked for a bowl.. they weren't stingy..I got a great amount of brown rice..beans.. chicken.. Queso.. salsa..corn..cheese.. as they like to call it here ..GUAC.. lettuce.. hey, even the Large Chips had a great amount in the bag..were they super fresh? no, but good enough and perfectly seasoned.The Customer Service was great, the restaurant was Cleaned .. Bathrooms are OK but clean..plenty of parking..because of my experience despite the bad reviews ..I'm giving a 5 well deserved rating..thank you Chipotle on Bristol.

I haven't seen my meal this size in like 4 years. They keep serving smaller and smaller. Like 25% this size lately

Quite possibly the most inept, probably untrained staff at any Chipotle anywhere. They have messed up several of my online orders in the past but tonight they've finally lost my business. Ordered a chicken fajita quesadilla w veggies. Have ordered several times before and the veggies were always in the quesadilla, because, you know, it's a "fajita quesadilla." Tonight, they're on the side for some reason. I literally pushed "add to bag" to reorder the same thing I get every time. I'd like to get that nice mixture of chicken, cheese, veggies and tortilla in a single bite. But that doesn't seem to be possible now. Unless you go inside and actually see them make your food, you're playing with fire. And now my kid is saying the rice isn't very good tonight either. This place sucks.

What happened to Chipotle? They have all gone so far downhill, but this may be the worst! Grabbed lunch today with my daughter and it felt sloppy/dirty and so hectic and disorganized. When I was ordering it felt very rushed and like they were all just miserable. No one was smiling. The whole team seemed like they hated being there. When I asked for cheese before salsa so it melts, I got a huff and an eye roll. The bulk of our food was mediocre at best, except the steak was terrible. Chewy, tough, and flavorless. I rarely go to chipotle because it seems like mediocre is their new normal, but every 12 months or so I try again. Todays visit simply reaffirmed that this place as garbage. We have too many good options in SoCal, I have no idea how this place is still around.

I went to this chipotle last night and was ordering 2 complicated bowls for my sister I felt so bad. But every single person in here was so kind and welcoming. Very patient and helpful! I never write reviews but it just made me feel so happy. I've been here before and I'm not sure if it's a new staff but it's completely different vibes now! So great

If this is 260 bristol st. My review would be as follow. Friendly staff and very fast. However they need to wash their foods that need to be washed nicely. After I ate there today I had severe diarrhea for hours. I am a doctor so I know what the problem is . Wash your vegetables and guacamole nicely. And do not burn your kitchen. Burning does not mean cooking. With burning you can not cool. I was there between 1 pm and 2.

I come to this chipotle frequently and always have a great experience. The 2 guys this Sunday morning were awesome. I ordered a digital order to take advantage of a coupon and then ordered in store for the other entree and the guys took care of both in no time. Great portions and great food. Awesome location!

The Chipotle food is delicious, but I am disappointed with the service. I ordered a bowl to go and this is what I was given. It was not busy today (1 person in line) and I received this type of service. When the servings continue to be smaller and this is the type of service you receive, it isn't easy to continue supporting the grain chain Chipotle used to be.

Been coming to this chipotle the last year and it's usually fine but the last several times I've been here they haven't had any rice? Not sure what the deal is
