China Town Express

This is definitely my go to Chinese food spot in the area. The portions are great and i love their orange chicken and chow Mein. I work around this area and my coworkers and i spend a few lunches here a month. Also the staff gives you great portions that can be enough for two lunches. Anytime someone asks me about a good place to get Chinese food in OC i always recommend Chinese town express.

Love this place. Just found it. Great food! Great service!! Try their orange chicken they make regular and spicy and their chow mein and rice is so good. I like it better than a name brand place I won't mention. They also have great broccoli beef

Awesome place, I had been visiting this place for several years and the food is good, affordable price, plenty of parking at the shopping center. I'm very picky about the chicken flavor, and here definitely is chicken. The orange chicken is my favorite and the taro boba frappé. I highly recommend this place.

Hey all. This is really a 3.5-star review for this place. Just your local American-Chinese fast food place. Ever since Irvine Chinese closed in Tustin on Irvine Blvd, it's been a battle to find a decent replacement for them. Although not as good as the aforementioned place, CTE is a passable substitute when there isn't much else available. First, the portion sizes are really big. Easy to split one plate between 2 people. The food quality is fair, nothing too greasy. It will satisfy the food craving when you are having it.A couple of good pros that make CTE reach the 3.5 star mark. They have a great variety of Boba drinks for 1. If you are into it, they have you covered, and they really are tasty. 2nd, and more importantly to me, is that they also have Egg Rolls that you can order that have meat in them as well as the vegetable mix. If you have ever been to the East Coast, you know that it is very normal for the Egg Rolls to be meat stuffed as well as being able to order the vegetable only versions. NYC is pretty much known for having the best Chinese food in the country. The other thing that you can get there that you can't find in the West Coast fast food scene is Duck Sauce. IYKYK. San Francisco comes in second for the best Chinese food in the country. But, since we are in neither place, we can only go by what we have nearby. So, if you are local and looking for a quick, filling, good variety of choices fast food Chinese place, this one will do. Don't think that you are going to be impressing your friends with CTE, but everyone will be full and satisfied, and not end up getting sick. Hope this helps.

This was the spot growing up!!! I tried multiple Chinese food spots and this beats them all! Yesterday was the first time I came since COVID and omg it was so delicious. I only got chow mien and mushroom chicken, it was so flavorful. They pack your food with so much that you have left overs. The ladies were so fast and nice as well. I can't wait to come back again!

The food was fresh & good value for lunch portion! I got half Chow mein & half veggies for carbs. Then added char siu (next time, I will get the orange chicken. The meal comes w a drink & appetizer, too.

Great bang for your buck. Very good if you looking for that classic "American" Chinese food.

I have been searching far & wide for a place that serves that real old school Chinese food that I remember eating as a little kid. THIS PLACE IS THAT.& the prices cannot get any better, it's a win win!

First of all, amazing service! The workers are so kind and I love the energy in the building. They stack you with SO MUCH FOOD for such a good price, I can always count on getting some good food for cheap on hard days because of this location. 10/10 would recommend
