Service good. Fast. Food was typical CFA good and warm. I had the minis for a quick snack. All that very good. A suggestion is that when the employees come out to the dining room for their breaks, they should not be using their phones on speaker. Using phone is fine, but not on speaker and loud volume. It's annoying. The short time I was there, three different employees sat in the dining room and used their phone speakers to have a loud call or watch loud videos. Since there is already music, the volumes of the phones were quite high. Headphones or a break room would be better. Go. Eat Well. Bring headphones.

It's now a tradition for me to get a heart shaped box of chicken minis on Valentine's Day! It was no different this year but I had my food delivered. I got chicken minis in a heart shaped box, had browns, and a large Dr. Pepper. It came quickly after I ordered it and to my surprise, the Dr. Pepper wasn't included. They left the straw but no drink. I don't know if it was the location of the driver that forgot my drink. I got it refunded so there was no issue there. Overall was a yummy meal and I got Dr. Pepper late from my boyfriend!

One of my grandson's must go to following school. Food is delicious, affordable and definitely "bang for one's bucks!"The friendly staff tops off the always great experience/visit. It's always a joy to see Beth the owner walk thru and visit with the customers, remembering our names and inquiring about our respective lives. Kudos as her attentiveness to details reflects in her manager Jesse and staff.

Laguna Woods is a dead, depressing city pretty much made up of expensive subdivisions and establishments brought to you by corporate fast food chains. Service here is good. But the food quality is mass produced over seasoned battered chicken between two pieces of bread and a pickle. No love at all.The waffle fries are pretty decent. The sauces are too sweet, too creamy or too sour. Extreme flavors with no finesse.This review is based on ordering the #1. Maybe I made the wrong choice.

What's not to love?! The food is always fresh and hot, and the employees are always the absolute sweetest and happiest people you will ever meet. Service is quick and efficient even when the lines are long. And ordering through the app for drive thru pickup makes things even quicker and easier! I love that you can get as many sauces as you want for no charge. Chick-fil-A is one of those places you simply can't be unhappy at. The employees are almost guaranteed to put a smile on your face and boost your happy! If only the rest of the world could have this level of customer service!

Ordered breakfast online and went to drive-thru to pick up in the morning. Process of picking up was easy and food received was accurate since the order was on the bigger side. Food was great, came with lots of sauce which we love. Employees were friendly.

Yikes. Store manager Karen Marie showed unacceptable customer service; poor example set for other team members. We are a big Chick fil A family and frequent other locations often. This was my first negative experience at *any* Chick fil A. Please work on improving communication to customers. It's unfortunately already been mentioned in prior reviews.

When I go to this Chick Fil A, they never give me the correct amount of sauces I requested on the App. Today, I decided to order at the drive through and specifically told them to make sure they put all my sauces in the bag. Upon checking the bag, I noticed that I was missing chick fil a sauces. The man then told me they are only allowed to give two sauces per order. I told him that the app allowed me to request more. He then told me these are the location rules and argue with me over giving me two more chick fil a sauces. I told him I would give two ketchups back for them and he said he could only give me one chick fil a sauces. Then on top of that, this location always gives fried that aren't all the way full. Chick fil a needs to do a better job at vetting out their franchisees to make sure they aren't greedy and stingy. I am a chick fil a one member and I am very dissatisfied and disappointed with this behavior. It goes against Chick Fil A values and promise. P.s don't contact me offering to rectify this. With the way i was treated, I will never go back. I hope you take this as a lesson and treat your customers better.
