Center Bar & Grill

Our group of 3 took a 20 minute Uber to try a new place Saturday evening. Like other patrons, we were surprised of the $20 pp cover charge for the Depeche Mode cover band. I think they should have offered a package (ie: band ticket, entree & a drink for $40).We spent over $200 in drinks and food plus the $60 for the concert. Customer service was great! We only saw two women on the outdoor patio and THEY HUSTLED! We got our food quickly and it was all delicious. We ordered wings and the flat bread pizza. The band was great. Everyone was dancing and having a great time. Definitely recommend and will return if they have another 80's cover band.

Where do I start ? ( my opinion) Met two friends tonight after work Realizing it was the old Peppinos Italian restaurant. Ok.... Not sure what's happening there but it's still Peppinos with lipstick on it with all the old restaurants decorations . ( light fixtures, wall coverings etc . ) Tonight They had a terrible live band playing and the service was just as bad . The decor was weak, and had terrible drinks we sent back..and the " food " was the worst . No flavor. Too salty and uneatable !!! The kitchen was way too exposed to the public and looked like a truck stop kitchen inside with exposed cooking supplies and boxes etc . The owners have a lot of work to do if they want to survive in Foothill Ranch I'm definitely NOT returning back . I do not recommending this place . F rating on service , food , beverages and atmosphere.

I came here with my BFF to hear Vintage Vinyl (one of our favorite bands. We also enjoyed margaritas, Caesar salad, shrimp tacos and carnitas tacos. Everything was delicious but the shrimp tacos were especially good! Our server was terrific. All thinks combined to make for a fun evening'.

This place is so fun! Living in Irvine the live music vibe is VERY hard to find, if even allowed anywhere. Drive 5 minutes out of town and welcome to Center Bar and Grill, and it does not disappoint. It's located in a shopping center, at the tail end of a outdoor covered food court. Tucked away to bring you privacy with the feel of outdoors, what a dream location.They have a stage with live music every Saturday (starting at 6:30pm) and it is lit! Food menu is what you would expect, burgers are huge and flatbread pizza's are amazing. We had a party of 20+ people once and were accommadated perfectly. The service was quick and we felt very taken care of. Yes they get busy at night but are there when you need them. Yes, it still new(ish) but they are on their game with the best hospitality in the area.If you want a fun Saturday night with good vibes, yummy food and great music look no further than Center Bar and Grill. It won't take long before you become regulars like us, a guaranteed great time awaits. Create memories that you will talk about for a long time, this place is that special.Big thanks to the Center Bar and Grill team for being outstanding!

We were truly disappointed last night to be informed while we were enjoying our drinks prior to ordering food that we would be charged an additional $20 for the band. The bartenders were great but were enforcing this unfortunate rule from the management. As a sports bar establishment should not be charging additional fees once a patron is already there. I can understand a cover charge once the band starts but customers that are there prior to the band playing or setting up should not be charged. Again, very disappointed to know that this establishment has lost our business due to unnecessary additional fees.

This is a great place to watch football. Staff is really kidg & accommodating, drinks are generous & food is not just bar food. It's elevated but not over priced. Especially during football season we're here a couple times a week. Live music is great too!

We went here with Ada and another friend with a dog. There's a covered area with heat lamps and TV screens outside where we were able to sit with the dogs. They let us sit wherever we wanted outside and offered the dogs water right away.We got a few drinks and a burger, patty melt and the fish and chips. Food, drinks and service were all good! We were there during an off hour (late afternoon on a cold Sunday) so it wasn't busy.

This spot is our go to on the weekend! Great food, awesome bands, and best service.Oh and the drinks are amazing!

I came here while on a work trip right away they treat you like family the food was amazing highly recommend the patty melt and pretzels great people and service 10/10 will recommend again

12/ 13/2024My husband and I dropped in to see the last set of a band that was playing. I asked for a Perrier but they don't have it -- fine. Then we asked for the wine menu and walked to the patio with it, and were told it would be $20 "cover charge" for my husband and I to stay! It was past nine, the band had one more set, and we were going to get drinks. SO rude. Bartender was rude and not knowledgeable at all, and the waitresses who came over and asked for $20 each from us.... well, we will not be back. We left. Nowhere in OC is there a $20 cover charge, let alone at that time of night or when we planned to get drinks as well. ALSO: There was NO SIGNAGE to indicate that there was a cover charge ANYWHERE. We felt like they were hustling us.
