Cassel Earth Coffee

I saw this coffee shop on Yelp and it had a 5-star average review! I had to visit it... I ordered the latte and my friend ordered the banana milk latte. Wow, they have strong coffee here, which is great! The banana milk had a subtle taste and was not too sweet. The ice latte provided the right caffeine punch. The service was amazing. The baristas were both very patient as it was hard for me to decide between coffee or matcha. I like it that it's obvious they have a lot of regulars and they know them by name. Some regulars even have their drinks on the menu! As I was leaving, one of the barista offered me a complimentary mini butter loaf because it was my first time or possibly because I asked too many questions :-). I thought that was so kind and absolutely made my day. It made my coffee taste better also since it was subtly sweet and complemented the latte. Wonderful experience and this shop is going on my repeat list so I can try more items. Parking is in a structure and validation is available. Great space to hang out and do some work. Casual. My all time favorite place! I'm back to update my review! I love the coffee here it's the all time best but don't sleep on the teas here!!! I drink coffee so much so I love they have a tea option here! I have been loving the Passion fruit tea! I get it without any sweetener and it's great just as is! Don't sleep on the Cold Brew here! It's one of the best I've had! It's very tasty just black! The pastry's they have are also very tasty! I love the chocolate banana loaf just the perfect amount of chocolate! You can also never go wrong with a muffin! The financier they have are amazing! Small but mighty in taste! I recently tried the coffee flavor one with an espresso bean on top! The first bite I took was full of so much flavor! Also this place allows dogs which means my dog comes along and gets to enjoy a pup cup while I sip on some tea or coffee! Service is the best! They always make me feel welcomed!

Inside the Atrium business building is Cassel Earth,Inc. A brightly lit office building with a few other vendors. Orders:Matcha Latte w.Almond milk- a good matcha blend, nothing exceptionally outstanding but good.Strawberry Latte- a unique & light strawberry drink which tasted more like a dark chocolate drink.It was nice to experience this but I wouldn't go out of my way to revisit Cassel Earth Coffee.

Cassel is a hidden gem inside the Atrium near John Wayne Airport - small but mighty in all the right ways. This coffee shop delivers exceptional quality with beans sourced from a trusted friend in LA, and you can taste the care in every sip.I ordered a quad shot latte with whole milk (since they were out of breve) and added coconut syrup. The result? Smooth, rich, and packed with bold espresso flavor. My partner and I decided to give Cassel Earth coffee a visit when we were looking for some morning coffee. I ordered the strawberry latte and my partner ordered the coconut latte. My partner loved her coconut latte and I absolutely adored my strawberry latte. It was very nostalgic, as it tasted similar to strawberry Nesquik. A staff member told me to take a sip of my coffee first then stir the strawberry latte up. I appreciated the instructions; you could definitely tell the staff at Cassel worked hard. The coffee shop was inviting and open and you can't miss it when you walk into the office building!

The service, the coffee, and matcha are all deserving of the reviews they're getting. Fantastic all around and the Atrium building is a nice, quiet atmosphere to enjoy your coffee in as well. The only thing is it's a bit inconvenient and out of the way if you aren't working or located nearby, being that the shop is in a commercial building where you have to go past a gate, park in a structure, get validated, and pass another gate to get out. It's not too bad, just a bit more of a process for coffee. Is it worth it though? Yeah. If you have time on a weekday during work hours.

Cassel Earth is seriously one of the best cafés I've been to! Their iced Americano is so flavorful--it's smooth and just hits different. If you are a matcha person, this is the place you are looking for as well. Their matcha is so rich in flavor!!!!The workers here are amazing. They're super friendly, and they even remember your name, which makes the whole experience feel really personal.It's got great vibes, awesome coffee, and top-notch service. Honestly, if you haven't been here yet, you're missing out!

I've always heard about Cassel Earth Coffee, but never had the opportunity to check it out until today. I was definitely missing out. Tucked in an office building, their bright storefront definitely stood out. We were immediately greeted by the staff, who were super friendly and attentive. Our order came out within minutes. We decided to try the coconut latte and strawberry latte. The coconut latte was unique with a strong, but not overly sweet flavor. The strawberry latte was sweet, but that's just how my partner likes it. It was reminiscent of strawberry nesquik--but better quality, of course. Once mixed, the strawberry blended with the coffee flavor perfectly. Excited to come back!

HIDDEN GEM. ITS UNREAL HOW GOOD THEIR MATCHA IS. ive never had matcha and hojicha this good. their banana latte is also good. the way i can describe this matcha is like the matcha from menya hanabi where theres a strong authentic matcha flavor without the bitterness and no astringency at all. its tucked inside the atrium and they offer parking validation. the workers are soo nice and chill. the hojicha is the strongest and yummiest ever. only one i think comes close to this one is okoyamas but okoyamas is less strong. so much flavor and depth into these drinks.

I ordered Spencer's and Michael's, I loved them both!They give you 1 hrs validation for each drink. Love this place
