First time here last night and let me tell you service and food "chefs kiss"!It was busy in there so that definitely says a lot. Despite that everything was well organized highly recommend!I got the eggplant parmesan and the Godfather tortellini did not disappoint!

First of all, my wife and I love this restaurant. We've been here four times, and we're always impressed. We love the food, the ambiance, and the overall vibe--it's one of our favorite spots.For Valentine's Day, I made a reservation over three weeks in advance and requested a booth. When we arrived early, I politely reiterated my request. I completely understand that it was a busy evening, and unfortunately, we weren't able to get a booth--not a big deal. The staff were incredibly kind and the manager offered us complimentary champagne as we waited for our table. Super nice guy, and before I get into the next part I want to say the food, as always, was amazing. The lasagna and creme brûlée was top notch.The issue was with the seating arrangement. We were placed in the corner near the office door, tightly packed with other diners on a table that felt like the size of a postage stamp. It was so cramped that we were practically elbow-to-elbow with strangers, making it impossible to have a romantic Valentine's dinner. Everyone in that section seemed uncomfortable, and it felt poorly planned. While I understand the desire to maximize seating on a busy night, jamming people together like that takes away from the experience.I was disappointed because we've always loved this restaurant, but on this occasion, it felt like we paid a premium price for an atmosphere that reminded me of a casual diner. About two-thirds through the meal, the discomfort got to me, and it really affected the evening.I wanted to share this feedback in hopes that the restaurant can make adjustments for the future. I truly love this place, and I know the team can do better.

Yuck. Bad food service and prices. Zero atmosphere. The waiter made it clear from the moment we sat down that he was in charge and we needed to accommodate him. And he expects a tip for this? This is really a must miss place to go

Came here on Halloween, was seated quickly. The server was nice and attentive.As soon as our water got low they were there refilling it! Awesome service!The restrooms were clean. The oil they use for the bread was so good. The shrimp was tasty and fresh. The sauce was not spicy at all.The mozzarella sticks were so good and cheesy.The egg plant was one of the best plates , so much flavor super delicious. && fulfilling.Calamari was good and fresh not chewy at all just prefect.Pizza was good not too thick on the bread and cheesy.The meatballs just melted in my mouth so good so soft, the sauce they use was not heavy at all. (No heart burn) I will sayOne of the best meatballs I have had in a long time. The only dish that I was not a fan of was the pink lady. The chicken was okay didn't really like the flavor the pasta kinda tasted old .But overall what a great restaurant! I will be returning to try more dishes.

Our first time at the ristorante. Impressed with staff-friendly and courteous.Drinks were great my wife enjoyed her martini. We ordered Calamari and it was very good, unfortunately the food we ordered did not taste that good. The eggplant tasted soggy, cold and poor flavor; I had the tortallini and it lacked flavor. The dinners came with salads and these were passable. We were hoping to find a new favorite Italian restaurant but we struck out on this one.

Appetizers and main course very delicious. Good service. Nice decor. Will definitely be back when back in town.

We have discovered our new favorite place! We chose this restaurant to celebrate our son's birthday because it's conveniently located near our home and was recommended by our neighbor. To our delight, it exceeded all our expectations. The service was exceptional, with a friendly and accommodating staff. The food was absolutely amazing! We are thrilled to have found our go-to spot. My husband ordered the Chicken Parmigiana and he was so impressed that he's already planning to order it again. As for me, I opted for the Chicken Fettuccini Alfredo, and it was absolutely divine. I rarely take leftovers home but it was so delicious I took my chicken fettuccini home and it ate it for lunch the next day. For the kids, we ordered a cheese pizza. My hubby and I took littles bites out of the kid's pizza. It was so good. The food was perfect, and we couldn't be happier. To complement his meal, my husband ordered some some wine and he said it was great. The waitress even surprised us with a tiramisu for our son's birthday, complete with a candle. It was a delightful and scrumptious treat. Everything about this place was fantastic. The ambiance was warm and cozy, creating a romantic atmosphere with its dim lighting. It's an ideal spot for families and an even better choice for a date night. We will definitely be coming back.

The food is OK. Nothing exceptional. The ambience is OK. Price is very high - this is the most you will pay for a plate of pasta in OC. The service is bad. Not very friendly and it's all about getting you in and out. We tried it a couple of times and it's the same playbook - get you in and out fast. Several times we had a waiter or bus person try to take plates we were still eating off of. I mentioned something to the hostess and they said the wait staff is coached to try to turn over tables as fast as possible. No thanks. If I'm going to pay top dollar for an average plate of pasta I don't want the bums rush out the door. I mentioned this to my neighbor and he said he doesn't go there for the same reason.

Great service, fair prices, and exceptional food!! Casanova is an absolute gem. So glad I found this place. The food is just so good, I love turning people on to this place! You will be glad you ate here

Nice local Italian restaurant. Many locals on a Sunday night, which is a good sign. We started with the house bread (free) and it came with some olive oil and vinegar. We also ordered the garlic bread which was a 5/5 - must order. I had the Rigatoni Mama Rosa - creamy tomato sauce with mushrooms and sausage. Decent flavor but could be terrific with a spicier sausage with a bit more snap. The pasta was cooked perfectly. It also came with a salad with creamy Italian dressing (good). Overall good experience m, and the server (Skylar), was very nice. I would come back.
