I decided to give this a 3 star instead of a 2 for the being that the young guy working on Thanksgiving was the only one working up front. We normally go to the one on Technology Dr but was closer to this one. The food was fresh but just ok. The main issue was the cleanliest of the restaurants which both the mens and women were dirty and certain urinals weren't operating. The other issue is that upon me entering the store, after standing upfront for 10-15min I was finally greeted only after the cashier helped a guy and his mother. Other issue was that our food was already ready and he kept helping ppl through the drive through more than acknowledging me.

Used the automated AI ordering thing at the drive thru- ordered a double famous star NO CHEESE (among other items)Got to the pick up window and when I actually looked at the receipt, noticed it didn't say no cheese. Told the teenage worker at the window and he gave me attitude about it- I get it, it's frustrating to re-fire something and it's even more frustrating to be working during your summer vacation. But when the manager came over and gave brought us our food (also a younger guy, though he seemed college-aged) he had the nastiest attitude and said "just so you KNOW for next time, try to tell the machine 'no cheese' before you pull up."Was completely shocked by him saying that- so tried to calmly tell him that I had told the machine 'no cheese'. He DOUBLED DOWN ON HIS TERRIBLE ATTITUDE and actually questioned me about it, not believing me. His EXACT RESPONSE was "oh really? Because I heard you taking the order the ENTIRE time." Genuinely so shocked to be given so much attitude for a simple mistake- no wonder the employees have such horrible customer service skills- it all stems from the top (with managers who were clearly promoted far too early)Next time- just hold in your comments I was in a car full of people that work in food service and every single one of us was genuinely shocked / have never been treated that way over something so small.Next time: keep the "manager" on the grill, some of the worst people skills I've ever seen.

Martha at the drive thru not only messed up my order!!! But she charged me for a whole other sandwich when she messed up my order!!! She was unapologetic is a matter of fact she was flat out rude!!! Definitely not the way I want to start my morning!! The whole AI thing was a shit show to start with then you get someone who hates there job! Or maybe people? Who knows!!!

We recently went through the automated drive through. We were having a hard time using it. When we got to the window we were met by an extremely lovely lady named Monica. She was kind and repeated our order for us. Been a long time since we have been treated so warmly at a fast food restaurant. Monica even wished us a Happy Mother's Day. Our food was perfect temperature and fresh. We will be back to this location because of Monica!

F these people and their deceptive business practices!2 orders of french toast sticks for 5 bucks? Seems like a nice treat for my elderly mother who is 100lbs and we're trying to fatten up!But they don't honor the same prices at their restaurants that they have online. This was REALLY NOT clear in the ad, I think on purpose. Can I afford double the price? Yeah, but not the point... really BS bait and switch customer service. Does it somehow cost them more to make this food for real people at the restaurant versus virtual people? Staff there was zero help, not speaking any English - no manager on duty.I nicely tried to talk to someone there to work this out"Own-line only." was all I could get out of them. Then I was literally brushed aside by them. Rude.Coincidence that they treat people this way and there is no longer a working customer number at their corporate office? Probably not. Just terrible.

So I went into Carl's Jr and this place was super clean. Even the bathroom was sparking clean. Place smelled really clean. Very impress. I placed an order for some breakfast and was really good plus the staff was professional when taking my order. Thank you Carl's Jr.

I've been here once before and I decided to give them another try cause why not I fully regret it The moment I saw a dead spider hanging right above the register should of been the red flag Cause if a spider can't stay alive in that environment that means the service is horrible And the service was horrible along with my spicy chicken sandwich It was so dry and the fries weren't even hot The only good thing they get right is the soda machine and that's about it Don't go here

This is my favorite Carl's Junior Restaurant in this area. This location has the nicest people, Paula for example. The food is good and I love green burrito as well. Their green sauce is great. Jalapeño poppers are delicious.
