Convenient location in a plaza with a Korean grocery store and plenty of restaurants, small shops, banks and EV chargers. I placed my order on the app but went inside to dine in. The cashier was super friendly and asked how she could help when I walked in. I mentioned I ordered online but want to eat in. She gave me a water cup and told me I can find a seat and she will bring out my order when it's ready. There's plenty of seating but quite empty and the tables and seats were pretty clean. Burger came out fresh and fast with plenty of fresh veggies. I probably should have requested no mayo so will do that next time. Overall a good experience and no reason this place has such low ratings.

I'm pretty bummed to write this review. I've been coming to this Carl's Jr. for over a year and have never had a problem. Tonight, as I drove up to the drive-through order, I just had a feeling something was going to be wrong due to the way the girl in the microphone was acting. Sure enough, I got home only to find a hair in my burger. I visit this particular CJ's about once every two weeks because it is right next to my bank. The gentleman that is usually there in the late afternoon is great! This girl, with the star tattoo on her right eye, seemed to be just passing her time and flirting with her coworkers. Needless to say, I threw the burger in the trash and probably won't be back.In addition, I went to tellhappystar.com to take the "survey" regarding my experience, and the website didn't work! After reading all of the 1 star reviews about this location, it doesn't seem that calling the store would do any good. After reading all of the one star reviews, I realized that there were no responses to the reviews. What has happened to customer service?

I placed an order through the mobile app and when I showed up to pick up the order at 11:45pm they told me the store is closed and refused to give me my order even though the store hours are 6am-12am. The order was fully paid for, I guess that is one way to steal. I have videos and pictures to prove that they took my money and never provided the food.

I get it, times are tough for all of us. But this place is having a real tough time if they don't even bother opening the sleeves when they they "fill" the fries. I'm just mad I paid for this.

Restaurant, including the rest room, was clean. The lady that took our order was super nice. The breakfast burrito was delicious.

I had another very bad experience at this location, again in the drive thru. After waiting for a very long time for the two cars in front of me - I don't think it was the fault of the drivers - then I tried to make my order. The woman on the speaker had a very heavy accent, and did not understand my words, though I was speaking loudly and clearly. Either this Carls has lousy equipment, or the employees do not speak enough English, probably both. Will not go to this lousy location again.
