Omg I worse burger ever!! 5.99 for a famous star and it looked like crap!! The meat looked disgusting and the Mayo looked old the sandwich looked nothing like the pic! The coffee is horrible as well!! Don't come here. The cashier guy was super nice but my hid the cook need to go!

This location, kinda sucks. The place is general clean, it was the first time I had someone serve the food to my table but aside from the strange way the workers conducted themselves, my problem is with the drive thru worker.Just last night around 7 or 8 in the evening, not only did the guy get my order wrong but he gave me the wrong change. I know it's just 20 cents, but the drive thru guy doesn't know basic mathematics?Then I take a bite out of my burger and it a chicken sandwich, it tasted fine but it wasn't what I ordered. Wrong change, wrong order, why am I paying these outrageous prices for a burger when you had those ads talking about $5 burgers being overpriced, and I pay over $8 for a regular Super Star.For $8 I should get a drink and fries with my order, but not here. I'm going to Burger King over this place, probably going to have diarrhea but at least I'll get my change back and order right.

Although the burger tasted good, I'm not too keen on the idea if shredded lettuce. This location is not only a Carl's JR, it's also a Green Burrito. It appears the owners are cutting corners to save on costs at the expense of the consumer experience. The French Fries tasted like they were fried in the same oil as taco shells. This was not pleasant and I don't recall my previous visit having these issues. To the owners: I would highly recommend you reconsider your actions. I heard an elder lady complain about the shredded lettuce to be told by a manger "it's something new we're trying... the menu and advertisements haven't caught up to the change yet." False statements can get you in legal trouble.

The food from this location is fine but the service is incredibly slow. I would say 10/10 times I've gone to this location through the drive thru they'll ask you if you can park in the front after you place your order and pay. Then they take like 20 minutes to get your food to you... if you're looking for a place to pick up food and eat quickly like a tradition drive thru this place ain't it

There customer service is ugly , went in to get a breakfast sandwich and French toast dip with syrup I get to my job just to find out I didn't get syrup I drove back to carls let them know they didn't give me syrup just for them to be like oh sorry we ran out of you could've said something before ordering would've been lovely but didn't say shit I would've not ordered it.

I like this place however it could be way more friendly towards its customers with wait time etc. like, at times, soda was Luke warm, yet that isn't the end of my worries they closed off their ice tray section. I couldn't dump my ice because i poured too much. I'm sorry, but What's up with that? Just be more customer genuine and I'll be friendlier. I will come back It's just sad seeing the decline of Carls jr.
