The way they treat my mom and how she feels every time she comes in is the reason why they are getting the highest rating from me. We came in after her birthday and they didn't hesitate to greet her warmly and sing "Happy Birthday" with so much love and enthusiasm. They even took the time to gift her a little cake and take a few pictures. So sweet!As far as the place, it was SPOTLESS. And food didn't disappoint. Gotta love me a Double Western Burger.Thanks, Martha and team for a great spontaneous visit.

Sometimes you meet amazing people in unexpected places.It is on the eve on New Years and I was hankering for a Famous Star. Normally I try to avoid getting food on the day of holidays because usually service and food are substandard. It was late. Minimal crew on a shift that usually no one wants. Imagine my surprise when I was warmly greeted by the person at the counter. He was like the guy you see on the advertisement except he was genuine and right in front of me. Thanks Aaron for making my day, and thanks to everyone in the food industry who work hard even when they think no one will notice. This was part of why I started writing reviews. To recognize places that not only serve Great food but also the people behind it.And yes the food was delicious ;-)

Food is just okay. Service is not that good. Ordered and waited. The cashier gave my order in a bag with no condiments. Asked and waited ... had to go get it myself as he totally forgot about it. With regards to the ambiance, nothing special about it - it's a fast food

Food was meh, took way too long, about 10 min wait for 3 tenders and I was the only one at the restaurant, they wouldn't make very much eye contact and kept speaking only Spanish even while taking my order they were having a conversation, as an assistant manager in the fast food industry I would fire the entire management team that is there at 3 o'clock

Went to Carl's Jr in Reseda, CA on one of the few weekday afternoons of pouring rain in Southern California. I wasn't getting out of my car to get soaked, so I drove up to the drive thru speaker and was told that I had to order through the Carl's Jr. app or I couldn't order at all. When I said I would be going elsewhere for food (not needing another app on my already clogged phone), the voice on the speaker said o.k., and I drove off hungry and p!ssed.I emailed a complaint to CKE corporate, only to be told that my complaint had been escalated to the "restaurant's leadership team" and I should hear back within 3 business days. My follow-up email 4 business days was met with another AI-like promise to communicate my complaint to the "restaurant leadership team." Almost a week later, still no meaningful response. This company really doesn't give a rat's behind about customer service or serving customers. Why do they bother to spend so much money on TV advertising if willing customers can't easily buy their food??? I'll be spending my fast-food dollars elsewhere.

I just signed up on the app and I got a free welcome reward. I walked all the way to my Carls Junior only to find out the motherfucker behind the counter didn't know how to work the computer to redeem my reward. I asked him if he could get a manager and she wasn't there. I've worked in hospitality and a manager should always be present. Then my final thing is if you guys are going to serve people teach them how to work the god damm register. This dude had no fuckin clue and should ether be fired or taught how to do stuff.
