We stopped to have lunch at Carl's Jr. on 55 Technology Drive in Irvine.The place was nice and clean.Yuritzi our cashier was super nice and friendly.We ordered our meals at the front counter and we paid there.They brought our meals to our table.For an Appetizer: 5 piece Chicken Tenders;Breaded chicken tenders fried to a golden brown.with one of three dipping sauce.Tender inside and lightly crispy outside.Warm and very tasty.My Entrée: Western Bacon Cheeseburger Combo;Beef patty, two bacon strips, American cheese, onion rings, and a BBQ sauce on a seeded bun.side; French fries and a drink.Delicious!Diana had: Charbroiled Santa Fe Chicken Sandwich Combo;chicken, cheese, lettuce, tomato, and a BBQ sauce.side of; French fries and a drink.For Dessert: Four Chocolate Chip Cookies, fresh and tasty.Two small Chocolate Cakes topped with cream cheese.Delish! The people working the night shift are not the brightest. I asked for a guacamole burger and got this gross patty with cheese burger. I also ordered one of the promo drinks and it's like it was their first time making it, hearing about it. My drive here I kept telling myself to just grab something hot at Whole Foods but this is what I get for wanting junk.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Every time I come I ask for light sauce and they always add so much. The lady at drive through could not get our order right and stated it was us. I opened my burger infront of her, and she said that it was light sauce. (IT WAS NOT). I got down to make sure it was done correctly since they wanted me to park. Once I did the same lady asked me if I was pregnant. (I AM NOT). && I'm 120 pounds. So I'm assuming she was doing it to be malicious. I called and left a formal complain to the corporate.

I'm sitting in the drive thru waiting for my food as I write this review. Drive thru communication was a guessing game. Sweet lady who helped me, but hard to understand talking thru a speaker. Couldn't hear at times, understand verbiage and just completely stopped conversation mid order May be more more pleasant experience inside, but drive thru

Been coming here often now that I work nearby and I gotta say the Customer Service is always on point, no matter what time of day you stop in. I also appreciate that they take Apple Pay, my preferred choice of payment. Last time I stopped in I tried their Beyond Meat Famous Star and my feelings are mixed. It's like I just could not decide if I liked it or not, even up to the last bite. However IMO, $8 it not what this "burger" is worth unless you really have your mind set on staying away from beef. As for me, I'll stick with the regular Famous Star.

I was refused service because I wasn't wearing a mask. Yes, there is a Mask Mandate. However, the person who refused to serve me pulled up her mask before speaking to me. Half the BOH staff had their mask around their chins and no one in the lobby were wearing masks.FYI, Wendy's, McDonald's and Subway have served me without a mask.

I came here last night after attempting to fill gas but unknowingly saw there were workers cleaning-on a empty stomach and tank, I decided to pull into the Carls Jr. right next to it. My patience was running low and I'm fretting by a very kind and friendly woman named Ruby, she was very sweet and let me change an item in my order last minute. The positive character she carried made me feel much better and in a happier mood to eat my food. My order was great and very yummy, the location was very clean as well. I'm glad to have stopped by here because I left in a much better mood than when I first entered the drive through. 10/10 I'll be back for the reliability

Watch out the scam they are running here, I asked this cashier name Yuritzi G today if they had a value menu, she played she can't hear me game, when clearly on the window outside said two for 7 deal, so I thought I got a combo 7 but no it was the burger plus charged of the fries, plus a 3 dollar drink totaled 12 bucks, the burger was nothing like the picture, Not a 1/3 of a pound, more like 1/5 of a pound to be more precisely!
