California's Teriyaki Grill

I used to come all the time when I was little. I was obsessed with their california rolls! It's been a while since I've been back but its like taking a step into the past! So nostalgic! I still think about the California Rolls every now and then and I find myself craving it. Their sauces are homemade from what I remember! Best little teriyaki spot in Santa Ana. They also offer catering for special events

A delicious little, tiny (and I mean little and tiny) teriyaki spot in Santa Ana surrounded by all south of the border restaurants. You can walk up to the order window, or use the drive-thru. The building is literally only as big as the kitchen. There is a table with chairs against the wall though, if you want to eat there. The meats are excellent, as are the sauces, and you may wait a little bit for your food, but it is so worth it! My favorite item here is the beef teriyaki plate, but the chicken is also really, really good! Every plate comes with a side salad and egg roll. And you get so much food too, so you will have left overs. It's definitely a great little eatery that you have to check out while driving down Edinger. But before you leave, check your meals to make sure you got everything. I always do, no matter where I'm at.

The food quality and quantity are so so good! I've tried the beef, chicken, and pork teriyaki and the meat is so tender. The egg rolls are also really yummy. Service was good, staff answered all of my questions and the wait time isn't bad! I highly recommend!!

I have been coming here since I was a kid. This is my family's go to place to get a chicken teriyaki bowl. Would definitely recommend this to anyone. The teriyaki sauce is super delicious and the people are helpful. You can go in the drive thru or in person inside.

Prices are ridiculously high. I'm sure you can find a place way cheaper that serves the same food somewhere else. Definitely Not coming back.

If this place could charge you for breathing their air they would. They didn't offer any condiments, 1 hot sauce and when I asked for Ranch they wanted to charge 2$ for it LMAO. Never again.

Haven't been here in years but used to frequent it and unfortunately it's downhill from there. Teeny portions with pieces of grey chicken and minuscule bowls that don't even get filled. They are so tight either the mini sauce and chile sauce it's ridiculous ehen your entire concept is TERIYAKI. It's in the hood so you know rent isn't that high.

This place consistently delivers quality teriyaki chicken bowls and I am such a huge fan of their shrimp tempura. The sauce that comes along with it is amazing and anytime I'm in the area I have to stop even if it's just for tempura. I love that they have a drive-through so you can get in and out quickly and there's not much fanciness going on but they deliver on that this deliciousness of their food. lol

Wasn't always a huge fan of teriyaki till I went here, the chicken was so moist and sauce was 50 shades of fire! Def would recommend and go back again

This was the best food and service I ever had I had the chicken teriyaki bowl and the portion was HUGE I couldn't even finish it even though I wanted too the chicken was so juicy and the sauce was really nice I wish I lived closer to this place so I could get it everyday. The service was also amazing I can't remember the girls name but she was so sweet. This is a must try if you're in the area.
