Jared is the best! Go see him at the bar, he was kind, helpful, and got my fat margarita with a wonderful sense of humor!

While on vacation, I stumbled upon Calaca by chance, and it became a highlight of my trip. The food was incredible--flavorful, perfectly cooked, and clearly made with care. The drinks were equally impressive--creative and refreshing.What truly stood out was the exceptional service from our server, Lilly. They were knowledgeable, made great recommendations, and created a welcoming atmosphere.Their genuine care for our experience made it unforgettable.We loved it so much we returned the next day, and Lilly greeted us warmly, even remembering our drink preferences. Calaca is a hidden gem worth prioritizing if you're in the area-it's more than just a meal; it's an experience.

Top tier service that offers good food. The staff were super friendly. We visited the restaurant before heading into Disneyland for some good food to start the day. The place was not busy at all, we were sat right away. I ordered the Booze me up cafe 6/10 really strong which over powered the drinking general. If you are looking for a strong drink this is the drink to haveChilaquiles 8/10 very tasty and filling. Big portion. I shared with my sister and we still couldn't finish the meal. Ambiance gave Hispanic vibes with a beautiful mural on the wall. I would definitely be back to try other things on the menu.

This is our favorite/go-to spot whenever we visit Disneyland. Not only they open all day from 11am to 1am, they also open all year round including Christmas Day.They make some delicious cocktails; my favorite is Mora Mora. I love their chicken soup which is very soothing after drinking. Love that I'm able to order a side of beef tongue, which was perfectly cooked (tender). Just not sure why one time the beef tongue came with grilled green onions and the other time didn't.Service has always been awesome. Specially thanks to Kyra and Diego to their attentive patient and friendly manner towards us every time we went. Highly recommend this place! Great food and drinks plus open late - can't beat this.

Honestly I was expecting something way different. The food was alright in my opinion but for this being the only place near by opened on Christmas Eve at night time I wasn't expecting much The enchiladas were descent the sauce was more on the tangier side which is okay but I love some enchiladas that are balanced between tangy creamy and spicy all in one but then again I'm used to more ' suizas ' type enchiladas so maybe that's my comparison. The chicken inside tho was like a reddish type looking chicken and again it was alright but just not my thing Rice and beans were coo, beans tasted a bit like canned black beans and the rice was a good 8/10Birria ramen was again alright. Tasted more like the ramen was from a cup of noodles type thing and not the good kind but again for the price and hunger it was a good 7/10Kids burrito was probably the best thing ( didn't snap a pic) but it was carne asada with rice beans and Fritos! My son ate all of that so that was cool Complimentary salsa and chipsHorchata Hennessy was good Place was pretty empty so server was very quick and efficient I don't think I'd be coming back tbh other than maybe their happy hour but that's about it

When you come to their place make sure you ask for David or Osmani. Both are really kind and give great drink selections. Also for your convenience it's so close to Disneyland, directly across the street. The ambiance is fun too for family and friends.The food tastes really good. Definitely grab a drink and some enchiladas. All items were super tasty and well worth the price.

I have been here since on vacation now four nights and can't say enough good things about the staff and the bartenders ... This location is directly from the Disneyland entrance and a great location for people watching and a delicious drink or that awesome Guacamole or Birria Tacos .. The GM Tonya is so nice and friendly she makes you feel extra comfortable and at home especially when alone waiting for family. Jared is the friendliest and most attentive bartender he really cared about our experience there.. Dakota and Makensey are fabulous as well and I can't remember the day bartender I believe it was Danny he was so awesome too .. Out of four days visiting the only negative was bartender Alexis. She got my drink order wrong and thought I ordered two .. when I explained only one she argued with me so I took the second drink and drank it 30 min later.. out of all the incredible people who work here she is the only negative of this establishment and could use some customer service training. Drinks were good though just was shocked with the attitude after all the other great interactions. Get a spicy margarita and some homemade Guacamole and if hungry try the Birria Tacos they are a home run .. So happy to have found such a friendly and fabulous place to stop before and after our adventures at Disneyland !

We were here a few days ago, after an afternoon at DownTown Disney. We got there pretty late around 11pm, my mother in law wanted to eat, so we found this place close by to our hotel. The location is perfect across from Disneyland and near many hotels. You do have to get a ticket as it shares parking with a hotel but you can get it validated and do not pay for parking. Our server was Dakota. He was friendly and offered us suggestions when we asked him what he recommended. We were a party of 7, we got sat near the bar. The restaurant is cute, staff was friendly and they have good music playing. We ordered a few different items from the menu; kids burrito, kids taco plate, the carnitas plate, the tacos plate and the queso birria tacos. We all agreed the food was not that good. It had something missing, it was also delivered cool like not hot. The carnitas were extra burnt, they were really hard to chew. The asada tacos have potential as the meat flavor was not that bad. But for us, it just wasn't it. I must say the chips and salsa were pretty good.It was also pretty pricey but not unusual for the location they are in. There are many better Mexican food options in this area, (Tacos Los Cholos), does not disappoint. Thank you to Dakota our server for providing awesome customer service and for checking in on us.

Love this place! Jared helped us after spending a day/night at Disney. We usually stop before going into the parks but this time we decided to stop after. My BF asked him for suggestions of a drink to order for me while I was away. Jared delivered! He made a delicious drinks and it was so cute too. Jared was really helpful and attentive during our visit. Jared our bartender was the cherry on top of our night.
