Cafe Naderi

This is my fifth or sixth times visiting Coffee Naderi / Irvine , I eat outside often since I'm a contractor & on the road most of the timeI end up buying a house in Mission Viejo So don't have to drive a lot, and start searching for good Persian restaurants around I can't say anything negative about Any other Persian restaurant I visited BUT COFFEE NADERI STANDS TALL , I am in business and I understand It's very hard to please people specially in food industry. The other day as I was eating food here one of the customers complained something from $26 HAS increased to $35 in few years time That was funny for me because in my industry, everything doubled up in few years But for people with fix income.....my heart goes for them Going back to kebab barg I tried here few time I can tell with confident : from Vienna of Austria ,To Luxembourg or New York , San Francisco, Sacramento, and my other offices in Glendale or Santa Clarita I must offer X 55 to this location Most importantly, every single worker are polite & with High level of customer serviceThis goes to Owner of establishment - Sorry I don't know his name yetGirls here have a smile in their faces all the time And that opens my appetite even moreI can't recommend this place to anyone because I don't want them to be Supper busy and NO seat for me CALL ME selfish personThank you, Layla Reminding me to live the feedback Art The Plumber

Main issues: * Long drive for a disappointing experience: We drove two hours to try this restaurant, but it did not meet our expectations. * Lack of menu knowledge: Staff couldn't recommend top dishes and just pushed sales. * Poor hygiene: Kitchen staff weren't wearing hair covers, and I saw a worker scratch her head while preparing food--enough to make me lose my appetite. * Dirty tables: I had to clean our table myself while exhausted and hungry. * Contradictory service: They asked if we needed anything, but when I requested napkins and a straw, they told me to get them myself. Why even offer if they wouldn't follow through?We expected a great experience but left disappointed. Cleanliness and proper customer service should be a priority--imagine finding hair in your food! I usually skip to write a review like this unless if it's really important due to health or cleanliness ! I was ready to write a beautiful review about this place, but unfortunately I wouldn't be truthful if I would so!

I used to get food from Cafe Naderi, and my order was kaleh pacheh. Unfortunately, when I picked up my food, the bread they gave me was insufficient. Then, they offered me sangak bread for an extra $7, while the total price of sangak at wholesome Choice store is only $3.99.When I brought the food home and started eating, I found something in it--I'm not sure if it was a hair or something else. But as you can see in the picture below, I found it in my food.I absolutely do not recommend this restaurant. The food quality is extremely poor.

My family and I came to Cafe Naderi on Sunday morning for breakfast. This wasn't our first time here, but it will most definitely be the last!The service was absolutely terrible. They showed a lot of attitude and were not welcoming. We ordered our food around the time they opened along with a couple other tables, but we waited substantially longer than everyone else. We waited at least 30 minutes for our food and drinks to come, and they were not apologetic for making us wait that long. What happened our food arrived was the worst thing that could happen. My parents ordered a bowl of haleem to share and when my father scooped some onto his plate he found a massive screw in his food. He's beyond lucky he saw it before he started eating, otherwise he could've gotten extremely hurt. When we brought his plate to the staff and showed the screw, they took it to investigate and show the cooks. They allowed my parents to order something else, but they didn't express any form of remorse nor apologized for putting my parents, their customers, at risk. They asked to speak to the manager and when he came out to the table he didn't take any accountability whatsoever. He said "because we use the big pots this happened, so it's not our fault." My uncle and father told him off making it very clear that they were 100% at fault and they should have more care and courtesy to ensure food is served without these problems. Unfortunately, the ladies that worked behind the counter came out to speak to my family to tell them "please stop talking and saying you had a screw in your meal, there is no need to make a fuss", which led to a bigger scene. They had no right to silence us on top of making us feel like we were the problem. They even followed us out of the cafe to tell us it didn't matter if we came back and that we have no right to say the things we did. This kind of treatment and behavior is unacceptable, and it shouldn't be tolerated by anyone. We wouldn't want anyone else to be put at risk, which is why this review is a big warning to everyone about their customer service and health hazards.

Roya helped us with our food and she was super kind!!! The food quality was great and we will come back for sure!

I want to thank Cafe Naderi for an excellent experience for my first Persian experience. It was amazing and flavorful. The desserts were so delicious. The servers were so nice and courteous. I will be back

Pros: Chicken tahchin was delicious. Koobideh wasn't bad either, although it's hard to mess that up. Cons: Terrible service. Staff seem more preoccupied in chitchatting amongst themselves and talking on the phone than helping their customers. Lamb tahchin wasn't good. Dizi was weak too. Food wasn't worth the price.
