The ambiance is very medical center...because it is literally in a medical center. But the service is quick and friendly, and the coffee is good. I have not tried any food other than chips, but it seems like people order the food.

Getting here reminded me a little of living in L.A.. I reviewed photos and selected this locale for meeting a former co-worker. Little did I know it was located in the medical center. As a result, you will have to find parking nearby to avoid the lot fees. This is where the L.A. part ends. :)It is a small shop inside the medical center with no seating. There are some backless cushioned chairs in the entry lobby and metal bench seating outside.I got an ICED LATTE and the coffee tastes of quality and they had the perfect balance of whole milk and java. My friend got a sandwich of some sort and enjoyed it. I am not sure I will be back due to the location but you never know. Maybe when I am feeling nostalgic for L.A..

This cafe is locate inside a medical building off crown valley, it's inside the lobby on the first floor. Great staff they are super friendly and make great coffee! I work close by so I come here to get coffee or a quick bite to eat. They have assorted bagels, sandwiches, snacks, pastries, and such. Everything I've tried has been delicious so far. My go to drink here is the iced americano always hits the spot. Overall great little cafe

I had seen their drinks on Instagram and was surprised to hear that they were located within a physician office building that I used to frequent. I finally got over here a year later and was excited to try their "Pipeline". I love matcha and I love pineapple juice! I never would have thought they would go together but they do! So if you have to go to the doctors, treat yourself afterwards and get yourself one of their yummy drinks!

And...this cafe just gets better and better! Today, my order had a sweet note, on a surprise treat! (See pics below) I can tell you, that the chocolate, Graham, marshmallow goodness, that thry surprised me with, literally, melts in your mouth! Wow! The pic of the cookies, were purchased. 06-10-20 I was at CAFE AU LAIT the other day, and decided to follow the suggestions of many who were ordering sandwiches while I was there. I ordered the Tuna Salad sandwich served on a croissant, with spinach leaves, cheese, and mustard (With chips). A-mazing sandwich that I highly recommend. It was hot so I decided to pair it with an Orange Creamsicle Blended, which really was delicious too‼ I'm going to try new stuff next visit....stay tuned

Finally was able to try Cafe Au Lait after a year and a half! It definitely lives up to the reviews on their page. The iced vanilla latte and hot white chocolate mocha were amazing, not too sugary and not too bitter/acidic like typical coffees. I only tried the turkey chipotle sandwich and it was delicious! I already want to go back! The service was great, quick and easy. There isn't much ambiance considering it is in a medical building.

The owner is delightful! She is constantly busy, but is always very friendly, listens intently to your order and requests, and always quite accommodating! The coffee is very good (I prefer hot) but I hear great things about the iced coffee too. The menu! A small one girl business with a wide variety to choose from. The food is absolutely amazing!!! So, next time you find yourself at the Mission Medical Plaza for an appt, or anywhere nearby, go enjoy a cup of coffee and breakfast!
