I think I like Persian cucumbers better but these had good flavor. I would not order it again as it is too big of a portion for me and doesn't stay overnight without getting spongy. Next we ordered pork light broth ramen and a small two piece fried chicken rice bowl. Both were delicious. We ordered curry to go."

"A good spot when you feel like ramen and want something to hit the spot. We tried the Hakata Tokotsu and the Chicken Paitan and both were good, nothing crazy but good. They are conservative on the spiciness level so I'd definitely get a spicier level next time as my medium spicy was less than a mild elsewhere. Service was great and they have a smooth process, on weekend evenings I'd definitely get on the waitlist from yelp instead of waiting to get there. We went on a rainy Saturday and definitely had to wait about 30/40 minutes so plan ahead! The place itself is also nice and there's plenty of parking within the mall"

"Made a 20min drive out to check out this 3 time Michelin Star winner restaurant. I am surprised to see reviews on bad customer service because our experience was nice and it was busy. I can understand maybe a language barrier with the gentlemen bringing out the food but our waitress Yoshiko (name on the receipt) was great and taking care of every single table. It is a small place so expect a wait at peak hour. The food did not disappoint everything was great. I would not make the drive out but I'd definitely pay them another visit if I'm conveniently in the area."

"Heard many great things about this place so decided to check it out. Located in a plaza with many other food shops right next door, but noticed that 80% of the people were eating this ramen! There is plenty of seating outside where this ramen place as well as other vendors will bring out the food to you if you choose outside seating. We chose to sit outside because it was a beautiful weather and wanted the fresh air. My bf and I both ordered the shoyu ramen and I added the garlic and house spicy sauce to mine which were free! Service was pretty good, they brought out the food at an efficient time and did check on us throughout the meal even though we were seated outside. The ramen was incredibly flavorful and I could see why it is popular. I would rate it a 7.5/10 as I have had better but it is still a good ramen spot to checkout. Total came to $38 for two bowls bc they automatically add a 10% gratuity fee. Great place and location! Check it out if you are in the mood for ramen!"

The shrimp broth is what Le Shrimp is known for, but I wanted to switch things up from my usual order and try the spicy chicken broth with delicious dark meat chicken and wide noodles. This dish really hit the spot! The chicken was tender and full of yummy five spice flavor, and the noodles were chewy and extremely satisfying. The broth was just spicy enough and very savory. I couldn't get enough of it!Would definitely order this again and I think it would also be a really nice dish if I'm feeling under the weather. Service was friendly and the ambiance at Le Shrimp Noodle Bar is casual. They're pretty efficient too so we got in and out fairly quickly.Look forward to our next visit!"

Being this was my first time and heard so much about it AND I was really hungry, we ordered quite a bit. To begin with, we started with the: *Calamari legs - perfectly fried! I really liked it, tender, flavorful and not gummy. We jumped in right away with the Sashimi and ordered the Sashimi Sampler! not going to beat around the bush but if you want an instant wow, then try this sampler plate! a trio of Tuna, Salmon and Yellow tail, so fresh and delicious, it just melts in your mouth good! oh, one more thing, make sure to order a side of Premium Wasabi with it - you will not regret it - TRUST ME!For the rolls, we ordered:OC Sunset - so good and delicious! "Always hunting for another good sushi spot. This place popped up so we went. You place your name on waitlist and they text you when your table is ready. It was a Friday night and surprisingly we were sat pretty quick. Started with edamame and they were very good and presented nicely. The California roll wasn't anything to write home about but they were large. The crunch roll was one of my favorite I have ever had but a tad on the sweet side. I liked that it wasn't too crunchy like some rolls are. It is surgical in its layers of crunch. Another roll I liked was the dragon roll. The rolls are on the larger side which is good but they match the price. The Tonkotsu ramen was pretty bland so I recommend adding some spice or sauce to spruce up the broth but the ingredients were all tasty. Overall it's a decent place to get sushi. Service was excellent and quick and they always checked on us to make sure we had everything we needed. Worth checking out if you are close by but I was neither super impressed nor upset we ate there either."

Also plenty of parking!My husband RAVES about the Green Chili Shio Ramen (Regular $15.95) and from what we've seen, this is the only place you can get it. It's perfect if you love spicy food.I personally love the Miso Ramen, substitute chashu for tofu (Regular $15.95). It's super flavorful but not overly greasy and the noodles are thick and chewy.This is generally our go-to ramen spot. You honestly can't go wrong with any item, including the delicious appetizers!"

"Located in the District at Tustin Legacy, this is a perfect place to have Japanese ramen especially on a rainy day. The day I visited was quite chilly so I had to eat something that will not only warm my body but also heart. When I was about to enter the building, one couple came out and told me that they really enjoyed their meal that they recommend me trying any of their dishes, which I appreciated their opinion.The restaurant has a clean, chic and modern look with wooden chairs and tables, which gave that comfortable and warm Japanese ramen place vibe in Japan. The server was helpful explaining the difference of each ramen and she brought the food quickly one by one. Spicy Garnet broth was savory, thick and rich with right amount of spiciness and the fried garlic slices were bonus that enhanced the flavor. The noodles, chashu and the seasoned egg was tender and tasty that went well with the broth. I also enjoyed the fresh seared salmon sushi and crunchy chicken karaage very much since it was great with the noodle soup."

While the gravy looks overly thick in the photo, the flavor was actually quite light and not too salty! I ended up taking some home because it was so fillling. The shoyu ramen broth has a clean-tasting quality and isn't too oily. We also ordere the ebichili because we've never seen something like it at a Japanese restaurant. Also delicious! Parking: It's inside a plaza so there's lots of parking available."

My girls and I were deciding between a pho place or this and ended up siding with this spot for their extensive and interesting menu. Also we love that this location is spacious because we had a baby with us. Parking was really easy here as there were plenty of spots open. For our food selection, we got the cold tofu, cucumbers, both types of spicy wontons, Le Shrimp trio broth noodles (with thick noodles), and the crispy chicken rice bowl. Everything had such great flavors to it. My favorite of the night had to be the cold tofu and it might be because they used silken tofu. Obsessed with how sweet, savory, and soft it was. We were pleasantly surprised at how affordable everything was. Our total bill came out less than $70! Honorable mention to our fantastic and only server of the night, Truman! He did an incredible job at helping us out and accommodating a lot of our needs. We also loved how playful he was with the baby at our table. Thanks Truman for making the experience even more wonderful!"

I ordered them after seeing an oler Japanese woman enjoying them. We were fighting over them they were so good. the ramen was better than the sushi, but everything was delicious and so so fresh.
