"Been going here since my high school days in 2015! Now that I live out of state, I look forward to visiting this place whenever I get the chance. My boyfriend says this is the best poke place he's had in his life! The food quality has always been consistent and the fish is always so fresh. I also appreciate that the sauces are on the less salty side so that it doesn't overpower the freshness and quality of the fish. Shout out to the guy working who recognized us from the first time we came here after the airport! :-) service is amazing! He gave amazing recs."
"Aloha hidden gem!! This is my new favorite Hawaiian food restaurant. Lots of flavor and big portions. The chicken katsu is crunchy, yet juicy. (Would probably ask for a side of sauce, I like adding a little to my rice, but that's just me) The bbq teriyaki so GOOD! My favorite is the macaroni salad. I could eat that all the time. First time trying spam and egg musubi was alright, seemed like it needed something. But for me the seaweed was too fishy. Maybe it's not my thing."
Juicy fall of the bones ribs with house specialty sauce.

"Always fresh fish and the best poke around. But not only do they have the best poke their customer service is always amazing. Every time I go in there, everybody is so friendly and nice. But tonight when I went in the three guys quickly all started helping with my order and they were so on top of everything and so polite. What amazing service, honestly the best service I received a long time!"
"This poke place was A-Ok. Was planning on heading to downtown Tustin, but wanted to grab something quick and cool, as it's a very warm summer day, so decided on this poke place with good proximity. Parking here was a sinch as this is a very large center with very abundant parking. I got the medium poke bowl with tuna, salmon and spicy tuna and white rice as my base. It was quick to get the proteins and grain, but took a while for the toppings portion as the same individual who does the toppings is also checking out guests, so the bowl kinda just sits there until she's ready. I got my preferred toppings, spicy mayo and dynamite sauce, also grabbed a canned Diet Coke, as there are no fountain drinks here. There is a water cooler for lemon water though- just ask for a cup! As part of the order they asked you for your preferred utensils, and we got chopsticks. We sat down as there were still some tables available, but there was a lunch rush that came in after us (after 1pm on a Sunday), and tables became less plentiful inside. There were outside tables, but see previous statement about best. Overall, the poke bowl was as you'd expect it to be at these types of poke places. I did think their chopsticks could use an upgrade,l. They felt very low quality. Overall, I would return, as it's quick and easy, but will not blow your socks off."
"My girlfriend and I were craving for some Poke here! This establishment is near my mom's address so why not! We shared an order of a large of brown rice, all toppings, cooked shrimp, salmon! Give these guys a try people :)."
"this spot is literally right across the street from my job ! It is definitely hidden, but I am so glad I found it. Everything was so fresh Poké bowl was amazing. Great customer service very clean and the prices weren't too bad. Definitely worth it. I will be back very soon. Thank you."
"The Sushi is 10/10 in my opinion. I got the Gold Dragon Roll, Iron Monkey, Salmon Lover, and Super Crunchy. The service was ok. They need to work on people skills. The Ambiance is weird too because they just stare at you while you eat lol. The reason is because the place is tiny. My suggestion is just order to go."
"Small for a lot of money and they charge extra for Masago. No small bowl option. Customer service is friendly and parking is ok. Poke tiki is 10 times better and less expensive. Second time here, will not come back."
"Great service and friendly staff. Food is fresh and tasty. The Hawaii island theme was nice to see. Recommendit as a local eatery. Right in the Walmart parking lot area."
"I recently visited Spin Poke and was thoroughly impressed. The fish was incredibly fresh, making every bite a delight. The portion sizes were generous, ensuring great value for your money, and the prices were very reasonable for the quality and amount of food you receive. The service was excellent, with friendly and attentive staff. The ambiance was also great, with plenty of seating both indoors and outdoors. Overall, Spin Poke is a fantastic spot for a satisfying and delicious meal. Highly recommended!"
"High quality tuna, great service, and fast.Highly recommend this place. Some nice spots to eat outside too."

Holy sh** you guys. Writing this after literally only taking two bites. I'm blown away, the flavor is like sooo clean and fresh and vibrant and I think this just became my new Sunday spot. After the poke boom 10 years ago, it has been freakin hard to find a good bowl that wasn't stinky or frozen. I'm literally in awe. Don't ever change poke district. It did hurt at first paying $18 for a half/half bowl when I didn't know what I was getting myself into. I added avocado and got the lava sauce (top tier, just enough kick)But honestly, I'm obsessed and it's SO WORTH IT. Even the cucumbers were freakin delicious, I wish I got more! Currently contemplating taking home a fish only bowl to make the experience last longer. Freakin great job guys

Yesterday was our 2nd visit to 808 Local Hawaiian Grill. Daughter had enjoyed her Puaa combo plate last time and was back for more pork. Her sister wanted her to bring back a Loco Moco Lunch Plate for her. Daughter hadn't had breakfast yet because she had left the house early to take a relative to her appointment. She also wanted to order the Big Kahuna and 2 teriyaki Musubi. We arrived before the business was open. A little after 11:00 a.m. the owner came out to set up the 2 tables and 4 chairs for customers. He welcomed us in. Daughter was tempted by the fresh poke in the refrigerated case, but just went with what she originally wanted to order. Another couple did order poke after us. Owner brought out our order to us and thanked us for our patience. He also took care of the missing drink from niece's order that staff had forgotten to deliver with her 2 teriyaki Musubi. We didn't find any brown gravy in the Loco Moco lunch plate, but the plate was still tasty. The teriyaki Musubi was enjoyed for snack.

I was in the area trying to grab a quick bite before a community service event nearby. Since I was already dropping by CVS in this plaza, Poke Wave was a proximity visit. The reviews and rating on Yelp looked good so I decided to give it a try. The interior seems really dated and the choices are limited compared to other poke businesses. Service was slow and frazzled. They only have a Kids Bowl ($9.95) that comes with only 1 scoop of protein or the Poke Bowl ($14.95) with 3 scoops of protein. I went for the 3 scoops. For my base, I went with half mixed greens and half brown rice to be relatively healthy but still filling. Then for the add on, I added the crab meat and avocado. No additional charge for avocado is nice. For the main protein portion, I opted for all salmon because the tuna, and albacore looked like poor quality. And with sauce they asked me if I wanted not spicy, medium or spicy. I'm like ughhh I want half ponzo half spicy mayo. I don't know what they normally do with the sauces but that's really unclear on whats in their default sauce. For the toppings I asked for the garlic chips. There is also a complimentary miso soup if you would like it. The bowl was about average, but I didn't feel satisfied. It was one of those lacking meals where you feel like you need to go eat a better version after. Not impressed.

It was on a wonderful evening of "parents night out" that my daughter ironically found Poke Tiki. While mom and dad were out having fun, my daughter got hungry and wanted to order take out. This was the exact night she stumbled upon Poke Tiki, and the night that poke bowls became a staple takeout weekend dinner for our family. Needless to say, my daughter fell in love with Poke Tiki from her first bite. I'm not kidding when I say we eat this as a weekend family take-out meal very frequently. I love their poke bowls as well! Take out option is very easy to follow online. You choose your size, your base, protein and all the fillings. I usually get their kids size, which leaves me full and happy. Although you only get one protein choice, crab meat is one of their options for fillings which is good enough for me. I love that I feel full, but not overly stuffed. Their salmon is nice and fresh (my choice of protein), and they offer many other protein options as well (my daughter loves their scallops and octopus as well). Poke Tiki has somehow become one of our family take out traditions, and it seems like they are here to stay. A satisfied tummy is a happy family, so no complaints here :)

It's a small shop, but the quality is consistently good - many other poke places have come and gone while this place has been a mainstay. Lots of choices of greens/rice/proteins, and the quality of the fish is better than most other poke places, and the service is always good. Parking is terrible, but that's pretty much anywhere, but if you're in the area and in the mood for poke I certainly recommend this stop. :)

Excellent poke in a tiny shop. You'll find the place tucked in an industrial area. Kind friendly ladies will serve you the freshest tasty poke bowl around. I enjoyed double salmon, scallops and added avocado. $12.50 + $1 for avocado. The mild sauce hit. Definitely coming back!

I was previously coming back from the dentistry and I had seen this place a couple times but never had the courage to come visit it. I had seen my brother eat poke before but I had personally never tried it before. So, eventually, I just ordered some take out and when I was finished with my dentistry appointment, I made my way on over. The space was pretty quiet, and nothing too bad. I thought I'd have to wait a little longer for my order but turns out they finished 2-3 minutes earlier than what I was told on my order status (yay!). I came in and asked about my order and the person working at the front was kind enough to hand it to me and wish me off on a good day. I went home and eventually had to fight open the lid a little but it was more preferable than having it be attached loosely/lazily. I opened my poke bowl, mixed it up in the assumption that that was supposed to be what I do and took a bite. I was practically folding from how good it tasted, I think it was quite possibly the best first experience I could've ever had eating poke, and now a couple days after I'm still craving for the same order. I wasn't sure if it was missing a couple things in my order but, my list of items were pretty long and it didn't bother me all that much. It was still very good, service was nice and simple, over all a pretty decent first experience. Would come again

"My go-to place for Poki. I like the spicy tuna.Unfortunately the parking lot is hard to maneuver and they have signs say to park head in only. Driving a truck, parking head in is a pain and the lot is tight."
"Great local spot for poke and sushi rolls. The poke bowls are a good deal, solid portion size, and very filling. I love all the toppings you can choose. Fish was fresh and tasty. We also ordered two rolls, and I liked the Ignite roll best. We ordered online for pick up and it was super easy. Located on the corner of Beach & Atlanta with plenty of parking in the lot. There's also Starbucks, Walmart, Mama's, and a bunch of other options in the shopping center."
"I went here after a trip to the doctor and they did not disappoint! I got a large bowl and they did not skimp on the protein! everything was fresh and made to order. The service was exceptional and they answered my questions on all of the drinks that they had available. I got a Thai tea with Boba and it was very good. I like the outdoor seating and the indoor seating was very nice too, but I decided to sit outdoors and enjoy the fresh air. definitely going to go back after another doctor's appointment."
"I go here all the time for a quick and cheap lunch! Cost: great prices! I feel like it's hard to find places in 2023 where the basic rolls are under $7.Portion sizes: small but still satisfying. The customizable Poke Bowls are a medium portion for $10 and all their rolls (that I've ordered so far) come with 8 pieces instead of 6. We order 3 rolls when we get takeout and can finish it in one sitting. I've had the Pokerrito before - not big enough to have leftovers but still satisfying.Service: I haven't dined in yet, but takeout is usually fast. I recommend ordering ahead on their website. It's a mom and pop shop so if there is a rush of people, then expect a wait. That being said, I've come in during regular lunch/dinner hours and I've never seen more than 5 parties in the restaurant at a time.Ambience: very casual, not super well lit, there are boxes everywhere. Quality: 7/10, but you get what you pay for. Sometimes the rolls fall apart. Unagi is good, shrimp tempura is soggy (takeout), salmon is decent. They forgot (?) the tuna in our Jessica roll and replaced it with more salmon, so I can't speak for the tuna quality .Bottom line: It's not the most extravagant place, but it really satisfies the craving for sushi/poke at an unbeatable price."
"Fresh, and excellent service! Great hidden gem tucked away for poke for to-go. Worth the trip!"
"This is my favorite Poke spot right by my house! They serve up generous portions of fresh seafood and delicious toppings. I recommend ordering ahead for a quick and easy pick-up. They always seem to be busy, and it's easy to understand why! Plus, their boba drinks are super yummy too!"
"Great little spot for fresh Sushi yummyTry the Newport roll with no rice- Spicy fire crunch and don't forget to get a crazy monkey"
"Used to come here when I lived in FHR. Now I come during my lunch break. The owner is a Korean lady and she is very nice. She always greets me when I go and the employees are also nice and kind. Their ingredients are fresh and I like that they have a lot of options to choose from! Now I got my coworkers ordering from here as well."
"We have been coming to Poki Poki HB for a long time now and it's by far our most favorite! Very fresh and delicious!!!"
"I was stuck next door at Milan Hair Salon... with heavy aluminum foils in my hair ... starving. I called Poki Poki and spoke with Sunny who took my order via text and had the food delivered to the salon within 10minutes. I gave them a $5 tip for the quick service. I got 3 onigiris... spicy salmon, spicy tuna, and crab! They were all delicious! I would come back to order them again even if I'm not in the area for my hair care. Thanks so much Sunny!"
"This review is solely for the ramen. It is worth it if you got a coupon for a discount in the mail. However, I knew was just from the location of this place that the ramen would not be that great. It is not bad for warm noodle soup in RSM if you're craving that comfort food, but don't expect Japanese quality ramen here like you could get if you drive to Irvine."
"The food is good. Price is good. Their new sushi rolls are confusing because what is pictured on the menu is NOT what you get. Salmon roll looked like it was JUST salmon. My small kiddo was pissed there was cucumbers in it. Also...Poke is a Hawaiian dish, but the restaurant was playing all Korean music. No hate...I love Korean music. But come on. Pay homage to the origins; don't just appropriate."
"Really good and fresh. I've had the bowls but I have been liking just ordering Unagi when i'm on my work break. The fish tastes super fresh and looks good every time i've been in."
"Came here and was immediately greeted by the workers. I appreciated the fact that they were so patient with me. (I'm a super indecisive person, so sometimes it takes me a while to decide what I'm in the mood for.) The spot has already premade bowls or you can build your own. I opted to build my own but I was super tempted to try their lobster bowl. I was very surprised to see that noodles was an option for one of the bases. A lot of places don't give you the option. I still went with my half rice and half salad base I get everywhere though! The worker was super nice in giving me recommendations for what suace to use. I liked that the fish quality wasn't maskes by the sauces too! Would definitely recommend coming here if you're in the area."
"16.50 3 scoop poki bowl. Most toppings are included like Krab, only avocado is extra. We've been here a couple times and have been happy with the service and freshness. The 3 scoop bowl seems bigger to me than other places. I usually get half white rice/half salad for the base. The scoops of fish seemed pretty good. I like that the Krab and seaweed salad are included in the price. Only avocado is extra. Also they have eel sauce which I like to have drizzled on the top at the end."
"Great poki spot located in the corner of this shopping plaza. Easy to find, easy to order and friendly young man that assisted us on our visit over the weekend. They have indoor and outdoor seating available. It's a very clean restaurant. They have a new unagi bowl and they even have spam/egg musubis. Good variety of beverages as well. Even Clearly Canadian. I haven't had one of those in years! No fountain drinks, and water is self serve. Prices are reasonable and i definitely would recommend."
"Poke Tiki is convienantly located in Rsm near the lake. I am literally in this plaza about 2-3 times a week! So I am ecstatic that there is now a Poke place! They use all the CDC health and precautions. The Place is very clean and I recieved a really nice welcome greeting upon entering.I ordered a Small and Medium bowl. Good portion of rice as base and decent amounts of toppings given upon order. The bowls tasted fresh and delicious! They offer a great selection of sauces and you can choose the sauces on the side as well. I am curious about the drinks and they do offer boba, so next time I will definitely have to try!Overall great local business that I look forward to visiting again and again!"
"Located inside a Tustin Food Hall. Indoor/Outdoor seating. There are also ping pong tables outside and a bar inside so definitely a cool and fun place to hang out with friends.Tried the Garlic Chicken Plate and Poke Bowl (Spicy Tuna) lunch special. I appreciated that they let me substitute the rice and mac salad for all vegetables. Food was pretty good. My only issue was that there was too much sauce on the garlic chicken.Free 90 minute parking but I believe restaurants will validate if you stay over."
"This location is spotless, and the staff are friendly! The ingredients are well stocked, and everything looks so fresh! Sweetfin is not your ordinary poke spot. They have so many more options. Black rice, different vegetables, fruits, wasabi toppings (the Wasabi furikake was a lil overpowering), yuzu sauce, white TRUFFLE OIL, nuts, mushrooms...innovated sauces..(The black truffle gochujang sounds good).PLANT BASED options available!! Miso mishroom/eggplant, chili shitake tofu, and ponzu lime sweet potato. I don't think I choose the right sauces, it didn't taste as I expected but I'll definitely come back to try the different creation."
"Wow! I was so impressed with this joint. We were surprised to see that Matcha was inside the same location which was awesome cause we got dinner and dessert in one go! We ordered a large poke bowl with salmon, spicy salmon, spicy tuna, and regular tuna. And all the toppings. We also got a medium a bowl with all shrimp which was delicious. All in all the portions are very great and the ingredients are super fresh! We kept the sauces pretty simple, ponzu, volcano, and eel sauce on the side. Overall it was a 10/10. Service was great the girls that work here are very sweet! Would definitely come back."
"This is probably one of the BEST poke places ever! I've never been to the other locations but I am so glad it is only a few minutes away from me! There is plenty of parking and it is in the same plaza as cream pan...just on the opposite side of it and in a corner .Services is too notch! I've been here twice already late at night and it is pretty empty. I chose the 2 protein and it comes with 6 sides and unlimited toppings. Usually avocado is always extra but i love that it is included in here! I usually will get salmon as my protein . They mixed it with all the sauces i wanted which was the uroko sauce, sesame oil, chili oil and spicy Mayo. Love the fried onion toppings and tempura! It totally makes it BOMB! As of now, you can check in on Yelp to claim a free miso soup with a purchase of a bowl. This is my GO TO spot for poke bowls!"
"Food was fresh and delicious, with a great variety of toppings and sauces to choose from. The portions were generous, and everything tasted incredibly fresh. The place itself was clean and well-maintained. The plaza has a lot of outdoor seating as well. It's shaded and quiet so it was very great sitting outside with my pup. Staff was very friendly and efficient as well It's a fantastic new addition to the plaza, and I can see myself becoming a regular. If you're looking for a tasty and healthy meal option, definitely give this place a try!"
"New poke restaurant in Lake Forest! We stumbled across this restaurant as we were driving through the parking lot looking for a place to eat. Clean, casual, build-your-own poke bowls offering small, medium and large sizes. My partner and I both ordered medium size bowls with 3 proteins at $15.99. Mine had salad mix; salmon/scallops/octopus with all the sides (except avocado +$1) on top. I opted for Spicy mayo dressing. Partner had white rice; spicy tuna/salmon/shrimp; all toppings with Volcano#2 sauce. Yum! In addition, the owner and workers were all very nice and offered great service."
