"This place is a gold mine ALL ORGANIC produce. My favorite meal prep restaurant. You can order hot or cold meals and it doesn't need to be meal preps. They have burgers, bowls salads you name it! I love how many variations you can make with all of the ingredients they have. Love how vegan friendly they are. Perfect for tracking macros and reaching your body goals. The sauces are delicious. Rewards program is really cool too. It's like a candy shop for people who want to eat a healthy and balanced diet. Only thing I'm sad about is the extensive plastic use/waste. I asked if I can bring my own Tupperware's they said no because of food inspection which I understand. Hey I tried lol. I really don't like using and discarding all this plastic. Not a deal breaker--but something to improve for the environment."

"I came in hoping to grab a brownie and a brookie but unfortunately they were out of both so I opted for a chocolate chunk cookie instead. For $3.25 each, the cookie seemed fairly small, but it was a solid chocolate chunk cookie and I loved how it was served warm. Insomnia is located inside the Irvine UTC so it was nice area to walk around afterwards. Parking was ample as well."

They provided a vegan option of sauteed jackfruit which I don't see a lot of caterers providing. Also the churros were a huge hit for dessert. Being closed on Saturday is a bummer, but I'll take it because the food was outstanding. DO NOT GO TO ROYAL SAN FOR ANY REASONBatman roll was outstanding, and really well balanced (that's what pros say, right?) Spicy albacore hand roll was PACKED and so flavorful (nori was soggy but that was my fault, didn't see the text for 10 min.. though it would be cool if they had a to-go system like seaweed and some other handroll bars to keep it crisp)And because I believe that you can always tell how good an ice cream shop is by it's vanilla, a spicy tuna roll. Which somehow had more flavor than should be allowed for such a simple thing. Love this place. Happy it's 2 min from my house"
