"This is a great donut shop! If you are looking for a place that has incredibly friendly service and some delicious donuts, come here! At this location they have mostly your traditional donuts. However the lady who worked there assisted me with getting the best deal. Just ask them and they will help you save the most amount of money. Truly a nice gem with an amazing staff. I will definitely be back!"
"Who doesn't love donuts?! It's notoriously bad for us but it's so satisfyingly gooood. A donut is so much more than I thinks! I have the fondest memories of coming here since I was in elementary school! My mom would take my brother and I here early in the morning to pick up a dozen variety of donuts in their signature pink box. So fresh, so delish! Now we can get donuts during anytime of the day (during their working hours)! Love grabbing some of our classic favs: donut holes, glazed old fashion, sugar donuts and maple bars! They got cronuts but I haven't yet tried but will one of these upcoming visits. Other than the sweet stuff we do like their savory as well - especially the breakfast croissants. The staff has been very courteous and helpful. Parking spots are kind of limited in this tiny lil run-down plaza. But if you don't go during the busy times you'll be ok!I didn't even know DK stood for Donut King until I recently watched The Donut King documentary (an immigrant story with a twist) on Netflix. it gave us quite an insight into an overlooked Cambodian community and the touching story of Ted Ngoy's journey of becoming the Donut King. I was surprised to know that I grew up where he started the business here in Orange/Tustin!! Oh, and I don't want to spoil it if you haven't watched it. But I will say the documentary has an excellent moral teaching about the importance of contentment and not falling for temptation. It is a powerful film that is certainly worth the 1.5 hour investment of time."

"This is one of my two favorites donut shops. The service here is always amazing! The ham and cheese croissants are my favorite and their iced coffee Is a must have! Haven't been in a while because I've been trying to eat too many donuts. lol... but I will definitely recommend this place and will continue to come here. Family owned and managed so you know you can count on having extraordinary service and quality!"
"I gotta agree with Karim A. on this one. We waited 45 mins - VERY SHORT compared to others - and wasn't impressed w/the blueberry. Hubs wanted plain glazed raised, so to wait that long for 4 donuts and a bottle of milk, paying $17, wasn't worth it IMO. Oh, and no price listing we could see ahead of ordering.Yes, the blueberry were hot fresh, so a bit greasy but not at all light and fluffy. The idea was we would get these for early b'fast in room before DLand. The next morning, soooo ... maybe 5 hours later, the blueberry donut was a rock. Tried to break off a bit to get to the inside and wasn't interested. While I'm not a donut fan, I AM a blueberry fan and REALLY wanted to like this. Ended up tossing it. Hubs said the raised were ok, but nothing warranted the wait or cost for us. Also, we were hoping to get a couple of coffees to also have in the am, since we had a microwave, but I was told 'coffee only in morning', so be advised.I'm happy for this small business having such buzz and a loyal following. The people seemed nice, but the food just didn't do it enough for us to return."
"I took my grandsons, Francis, Theo, and George who are 10, 8, 5 to Wendi' for their wonderful donuts. We ordered 4 maple bars, 2 crumb, 2 plain old fashion and a sprinkle for Goldie. They were delicious and super fresh. The store is clean and family run. We all gave it a 5-star rating."
"highly advised. donutsare light and fluffy they are incrediblygenerous.i got to knowjohn, one of the owners.they're cambodian.super nice.i bought 3 dozen. for my kids teachers and one dozen for us.plus they give me extra.donut place is convenient because they have a drive-thru"
"Anajali Donuts has taken a step up! The donuts were sooo good. I always get a dozen when visiting my boys grandma and this time around they were very good! Fresh and fluffy!"
"The first few times my fiancé and I tried this place we simply couldn't get enough but the past few times we haven't really been satisfied. I do enjoy a donut shop that offers an array of flavors but perhaps this place is offering too many flavors. I feel like I'm the only one to say this but trimming down the menu and focusing on making phenomenal donuts might help. Like I had said, the first few times we went the donuts were absolutely delicious and we were left craving more but just recently this passed weekend, we took our nieces and aside from the ube donut (they make the best ube donut) and the maple bar, all the other donuts just lacked. They tasted fake and overly flavored as if they used extracts instead of real ingredients and we just ended up throwing them away. Perhaps we've just gone on off days or our palettes had changed but when the kiddos don't even like them, that's saying something. We will continue to give this place a try because of those ones they hit the mark on and hopefully we'll find some other delicious ones in the process."
"Update: discovered the hot French vanilla machine. My new obsession = 1/2 French vanilla + 1/2 regular coffee. No milk or additional sugar. The perfect hot cup of joe, as is."
"Goodbye Dot & Dough, hello Still Coffee & Treats! Same building and similar ambiance but totally different offerings. It looks like they went from mochi donuts being the star over to a more coffee/matcha oriented little shop. The lady working this morning recognized me from being a semi-regular patron at Dot & Dough so that was a very warm welcome. It's a little hard to find this little shop if you haven't been to Dot & Dough in the past because they haven't fixed the signage yet but there's a little sign up front with the rebranded signage. Due to them being in their soft opening phase, the menu is very limited but still has a good variety of drinks available. You'll find the prices around the left side where the register is on a little menu available that's more clear. Here's what I ordered:**The Usual: They use organic espresso beans and you can definitely tell that they use quality beans. The coffee portion itself was strong and had a good balance of flavor. The part that shined was their housemade cream top. The cream tasted like a traditional vanilla soft serve. It had the perfect balance of a thick to creamy ratio. (5/5)**Matcha Latte: I opted out for their iced half sweet matcha latte with oat milk. The overall matcha flavor was on the weaker side but it wasn't too sweet nor was it bitter. However, it was very refreshing and it didn't have any artificial flavoring like some places do. (3.5/5)**Cinnamon Sugar Mochi Donut: Dot & Dough had the best mochi donuts in town by a longshot. It's the same great flavor with quality ingredients made with love. It's not overly sweet and the pastry is baked perfectly. (5/5)Overall, great first impressions. I'm sure they'll tinker around with the menu a bit as time goes by but I'll definitely be back again in the near future. Also a plus because they are open very early!"
"One of my favorite donut place to go to. They would get a full 5 stars if they made a semi sweet donuts."
"A great quick spot to grab some boba for the boardwalk or pier. They're friendly and have a big menu to chose from. Not the absolute best boba I've ever had but still hits the spot"

I love donuts it's an addiction. Dk has the best around orange and Tustin. Tustin being my fav of the two. Always warm donuts. But orange is closer to me so they get the stars. Super nice people and the service is quick!

We went to donut star for a late night donut fix... donuts were fresh and delicious, (especially the donut holes) and the Thai tea and blended iced caramel latte were excellent... The gentle soul that helped us was very pleasant as well... nothing stellar just a neighborhood donut shop that is open 24 hours which is a huge plus for us night owls.

After years of hearing about M&M donuts and waiting for the hype to die down, I finally stopped by. The hype has still not died down and now I can understand why. The crispiest, freshest batch of donuts I have ever had. On a Thursday night around opening time, it took about an hour and a half to get my dozen of blueberry donuts. The line deceivingly does not look that bad but did take a long time. The hot box of donuts in a pizza box were made to order!

Overpriced and they charge $1.50 for card transactions. Not clean at all in here. Nothing changed from when it used to be Savys Donuts. Dirty place.

Cute & unexpected location! I got to try Moochie donuts a few months prior to this visit. So I was on a search to get these. It happened that my cousin lives within a close vicinity of this donut shop. In addition to the mochi donuts there is a huge selection of classic donuts Even gluten-free. The staff was polite and professional.

"Wonderful family owned donut shop. Love their donuts selections in the morning! They are efficient but still offer a warm welcome. Fluffiest donuts at a great price point. Other customers were raving about their coffee (similar to the strong Viet coffee). There's always a line in the morning but it goes by fast"
"The ideal doughnut shop!! The ladies that work there are super sweet and the smell of doughnuts is so goooooood! The smell of sugar glaze and fried dough is major yum. They have a normal price for doughnuts, which is $12.00/dozen. There is a small deal of getting either one free doughnut with that purchase or (5) doughnut holes. I also love the fact that they have savory breakfast items like ham and cheese croissants. I must try that next time! Funny reason for finally popping by Dolly's actually... I bought doughnuts to my 24 Hour Fitness for the trainers and staff members at the gym. It was a Happy Veterans Day gesture!"
"They've got some good and fresh donuts. The crowd sitting outside smoking and stuff is somewhat annoying but other than that this donut shop is pretty decent. They don't take cards, so only cash which sucks but if you're in the neighborhood it's worth cruising by and getting yourself some delicious donuts."
"Winchell's is staple donut shop that's been around as long as I can remember. Sadly, the stores look like. The franchise needs a major remodel as it's dark brown/yellow decor is so outdated. With that, it was clean when I arrived although a little worn. Donuts are as you expect them to be. There's nothing fancy here with Fruit Loops or crushed Oreo's on top. What you get is a solid donut. I also picked up a couple bagels for the morning which were pretty good. The employees were friendly enough, which is nice at 11pm at night when stopping for a sweet treat."
"Donuts are so light and fluffy, and my daughter loved the strawberry smoothie. So many great options for donuts, breakfast sandwiches, and drinks."
"I got there around the time they were just opening. I found this place through next door app. The relative was spreading the word that her family owns it and i support family businesses. They were just making these when i came and not ready, so it means its fresh. I can hear the oil boiling. I was patient and it paid off. The strawberry one had little custard and powdered sugar on top. The bun is very nicely fluffy and light flavor."
"This review solely goes to their Ham & Cheese/Ham & Cheese Jalapeno Croissants. Ever since my BF introduced me to their croissants, I can never stop thinking about them. They're huge, crispy when warmed up, and just filled with a good amount of cheese, ham, and jalapenos (only for my BF though lol). I've tried a few croissants at other donut shops and they don't compare to theirs. Stop by for some good ham and cheese croissants! :)"
"The owners are great! Even when it's crowded there is always someone available to help you or at least acknowledge you and let you know that they'll be with you. Now that is customer service. They offer every donut you can think of as well as coffee, hot chocolate, boba, sandwiches etcTheir breakfast bagels are okay... they're definitely missing something. Maybe a different type of cheese?Either way I love this place and will come back :)"
"If you've never had a mochi doughnut, and you hate the overly sweet, nasty, American donuts! You'll love this version. A lot more mouth feel and chewier, I love the texture. If you've ever had mochi, you can tell it's in these donuts. LOL. We were getting ramen next-door and my little guy wanted a treat. The selection was mind blowing. Everything looked beautiful! We ordered the blue whatever you call it papa Smurf donut. It was surprisingly good. Not so much sugar like an American donut. I can't wait to come back and get a big old fancy box of different flavors."
"I very much enjoyed the 2 donuts I had! Not only were they all aesthetically pleasing, but they were delicious as well! I got the Strawberry cream- Ginormous! The donut itself was super light. My first bite felt like I sank my teeth into a light pillow. It wasn't overly sweet and the milk cream was subtle in terms of sweetness as well and the milk flavor was well balanced. The strawberries were tart and added a different fruity element to the cream.Purple Sweet Potato- I prefer this one over the strawberry cream donut. Each bite of this donut was LOADED with sweet potato filling! I loved every single bite! The filling pretty much tasted like mashed sweet potatoes. I think about this donut from time to time. The donut itself was light and not too sweet."
"Mission Donuts (MD) is NOT closed; it is very much open for business... 'And I have the sugar rush to prove it.Shop front - https://www.yelp.com/biz_photos/mission-donuts-laguna-niguel?select=DywSV_C4namCXZrrw1bQmg I tried checking in and nothing; no Mission Donuts to be found. Weird, after all this shop has been here for some time... I looked up MD when I got home; it appears that they may have been temporarily closed due to the pandemic and yelp* "closed" their page. Hence, no way to check-in @ their location. I just put in an edit to yelp* HQ, requesting the businesses status be updated.Pastry case - https://www.yelp.com/biz_photos/mission-donuts-laguna-niguel?select=MYctUztJoM859guR_Iw8mQAs close & convenient Mission Donuts is to me, this was the first time I actual stopped in for a visit. I've been to the neighboring shops in the small plaza several times but it was usually later in the afternoon. "You donut know how much I love youCame early in the morning and got Fast Donuts (mix and match 12 donuts) for work and it was a hit. Everyone loved it and said donuts were fresh. They were a good size too. Staff was kind , quick and patient. I think it's $.25/.50 charge for credit card"
"This spot is located in The Source shopping center. There is a parking garage which I never struggle to get good parking at. I saw this place through someone on youtube raving about it and had to try! I am huge sweet tooth and sadly had to limit myself to 6 donuts for my boyfriend and I to share. We got the creme brulee, butter pistatio, lemon poppy seed, earl grey, milk cream, and original glaze. I have to say my favorite was the Milk Cream, perfect level of sweetness. There was surprisingly no one in there when I went so I was in and out very quick, the lady at the counter was sweet and she was very helpful. The shop is little but the location is great since it's in a shopping center with makeup/skincare/clothing/food courts to walk around and eat."
"Went to check out Yoo's Place for lunch and couldn't help but notice the absolute cuteness of naricha next door!Located in Irvine, naricha is a SUPER adorable tea shop! So many cute decorations and backgrounds to take pictures in front of. Service was average and the selection of drinks was pretty standard in selection and taste. Not the winner here was the Dubai strawberries in a cup- it was HEAVENLY!!! It's about $15 and it was just so, so delicious! Do NOT hesitate to order this if it's available when you're here!Definitely a must for anytime looking for a super cute place to take instagrammable photos and a sweet treat!"
"Love this little hidden gem. The donuts are big, always fresh, and yummy. Fair pricing, and friendly service. Gets busy since across from the high school, but well worth the wait."
"I called ahead to order a dozen donuts, ham & cheese croissants, and a special birthday donut for my brother-in-law who is obsessed with donuts! It was a difficult birthday for him and the donuts really brightened up his day!! The birthday donut was the star of the party! Everything tasted amazing and I plan to return. (My sister already asked about doing the same bday donut for her FIL so it was a hit!)The young man who helped me was very friendly, and for the ladies, also easy on the eyes, if you know what I mean. I will definitely return."
"Donuts look similar to ones you find at Sidecar and Oliboli, but not as sweet, which is how I prefer it. Tried Passion Fruit, Blueberry, Strawberry Lemon, and Creme Brûlée. Donuts weren't warm but still tasted fresh without tasting oily. They all tasted good but my favorite is Creme Brûlée. It was rich but not too sweet. Service was friendly, and the employee reminded me to check in on Yelp for 35% discount. Most of the donuts seem to be in $4.50 price range, which is similar to Sidecar, so the current Yelp check-in offer is very helpful. Not much to look at in terms of decor. It has a rather plain donut shop look, and it's in a somewhat sketchy looking strip mall. Parking wasn't an issue at the time of my visit because I got here before lunch time, but I can see it getting packed during lunch hour."
"Donuts were perfectly sweet and fluffy! My favorite is the chocolate bar. The texture, the sweetness, and the doughy-ness... so delicious! I will be back for mo"
"Great food and amazing service. It's clean. I definitely recommend it. I had the sausage breakfast burrito and it was simply delicious."
"Walking into YumYum Donuts off Tustin in Santa Ana is located in a quaint shopping center off the 22 freeway, is a pleasant experience offered 24 hours around the clock. Aricela was my donut hostess on this fine afternoon, she was lovely, smiling as the aroma of sweet dough filled my lungs. It's dark painted oak is reminiscent of your favorite donut shoppe as a child in the streets of Anaheim. Reminds me of skateboarding in the neighborhood and taking a break for sugar and soda refreshment. Aricela brought that experience and memory to life, with a dozen of fine mini donuts frosted with holiday cheer. While you're here at this center you can stop and see Sal for some tacos or you can grab your kids some MTG booster packs at Card Game Coliseum whenever they are open, it's rare. We'll be back to see Aricela and the Yum Yum Donut Jam crew for some more Holiday themed painted treats with the groms soon because they can't stop talking about them!!"
"We had a donut craving in the late afternoon and decided to try K's. We got a few different type of donuts and all of them were very fresh and flavorful! The customer service was wonderful and prices were very reasonable. We'll definitely be back!"
"Donuts and burgers all under one roof. That's my kind of brunch Sunday, better yet everyday! If you're not sure what you're in the mood for, either something sweet, something baked, something savory, well here's your one stop shop for all the above!A typical weekend morning after some light shopping, where we managed to build up an appetite after all the walking. I came here and ordered the breakfast burrito. The burrito took about 5 minutes to make so it was fairly quick service style which is something I always appreciate. The portion of the burrito was enough for my wife and I to split and it came with everything I wanted all wrapped in a tortilla. A little crispy hash brown texture, fluffy scrambled eggs, juicy sausages and some some deli ham for that extra protein. The only thing it was missing was possibly some pico de gallo, or guacamole; something to cut the super rich ingredients but tasty none the less. Everything tastes freshly made and not overly dripping in grease so that's a win in my book! Be warned that you might fall into a deep food coma afterwards so be prepared!"
