"It's Sandwich Saturday and I was craving an Italian sandwich super hard! Hollingshead popped up via Yelp and what's super crazy is I knew exactly where that was. I've seen it a lot being in my hometown, but I've only gone past it. This is my first time going inside and having their food! #mindblowingOf course -- out of curiosity -- I asked what their most popular sandwiches were. It was the Great Scott, which I plan to have next time! But back to the main event -- my delicious-ness photos of the Little Italy! It... hit... the... spot!!! It was so good! I wanted extra meat and cheese, thus making it a Double. The mild peppers with the artichokes was perfection! A masterful delicatessen moment for my taste buds! I'm a huge fan of mortadella. This sandwich had the perfect flavor pairing with the zest from the artichokes, pepper, and vinegar. Texture was good as well. The French roll served well with the meats, cheese, and vegetables. Something else bomb about this place is that it's a sports heavy, especially towards Cheeseheads (Green Bay Packers). You can watch the game here and get a beer! There are so many beers to select from. They even have soda pop for those non-drinkers. Hank's is one of the best soda pop companies. Yum! Going back to the Packers -- it is definitely decked out with a lot of green and yellow. It looks cool and has personality. There are Green Bay Packers memorabilia and merch hanging from all corners of the place. It makes sense since the original founders are from Wisconsin!A very cool and unique style the restaurant has is instead of calling out orders with numbers, like most places... they will give you a card of a beverage. Your que to get your order is when they call out your drink name! How different is that!?I do move supporting traditional mom-and-pops. This one was established in 1963! That is unbelievable! Again, I'm born and raised in this area and cannot believe it was my first time today. Better late than never, I guess! Besides, they have one of the best potato chips -- Zapp's Voodoo! The first best chip ever is the purple bag called Hawaiian Kettle Style Potato Chips in Sweet Maui Onion. Parking wise -- I can see that it may become an issue. The strip mall that it's in can get packed due to the number of businesses located there. Next time, I plan to come with my boyfriend. He will get soda pop and ill have a beer while trying the Great Scott!"

"Great place for Pastrami and other deli sandwiches. I went during a busy weekday lunch rush. The line moved quickly and my food came out much quicker than I expected. There is seating inside and a large area outside. Pastrami was very good and the double baked rye was excellent! The side potato salad I ordered was tasty. I only ordered a half and that was plenty! I was told their brisket is definitely a sandwich to order next visit.Plenty of parking. Located in a business park with a large lot.Definitely coming back! Great place!"

"When you're in the mood for a an awesome sammich, Second Reef Deli should definitely be on the list. Having been here now a couple times, it's quickly becoming my go-to when I have a sandwich craving to fill! My favorites are the pastrami sandwiches, both the grinder and the Ruben. The bread is always toasted perfectly, the pastrami super yummy and the balance of all the ingredients is perfect, never too much bread, or too much meat or too much fluff. The service is always great. My last visit an older gentleman was there with (I believe) his wife, and while I was waiting he walked around giving waiting patrons a bag of chips and and said "here's a bag of chips while you wait!" Now how awesome is that! I've had a few different sandwiches now and have not been disappointed. Great food, great service and a great price, what's not to love!"

Joe and his associate Amanda are also so kind and personable (the kind of folks who care and remember your order)!They'll get you in and out and take phone orders as well if you're strapped for time. I still drive out of my way on my days off for a sandwich here. I wanted something different that I usually don't consume on a regular basis and now have to say, Dad's soup and sandwiches will be added into my rotation of eats. Today's soup was pea soup and wow!! Anderson's has got NOTHING on this pea soup. (Solvang's famous split pea soup) It was so flavorful and my real regret today was getting a cup and not the larger sized bowl. I also got Dad's Special as well as some chips. This was so good and consumed very quickly. Not much ambience or decorations going around, however being that it's very small, it's also very well organized and clean. Dad's handwriting is also very legible."

Personal appearance of one of the employees. I saw a guy who wore Levi's Blue Jeans working at this establishment wearing his shirt untucked. I consider that to be an unprofessional look. For instance today my girl called over and asked for our usual Supreme Club Giant sub, with the oil + vinegar + onions on the side, and I drove over to pick it up, get all the way home to find out the sandwich is dry and the no condiments included that we clearly requested on the side. Not asking for the world from our favorite sandwich brand, but receiving a dry sandwich back home after requesting condiments on the side, is a little disappointing."

Unless you know this café, it's hidden from street and certainly not widely advertise. Once you walk in, you're see small tables and turn the corner to see the counter. The menu is small with weekly specials. I stopped by for late lunch and wanted something light, Freddy was working alongside his cooks. He's made me a grilled cheese and gave me a free coup on the side. If you're looking for a place with not just great sandwiches, but even greater people - cooks are very interactive, look no further than Freddy's Deli! Freddy himself makes sure to greet you with a smile and a personal touch that makes you feel like you're a regular, even if it's your first visit, like me. It's rare to find a place where the customer service is so warm, welcoming, and genuinely friendly--everyone here goes above and beyond to make you feel like a friend, not just a customer. Unless I caught them on a really good day, and only two other customers, this place sure makes you feel value. Whether you're grabbing something to go or sitting down during your lunch break, this is the place to be and to support a small business owner. I try to stop by month but after the lunch peak hours."
