"Shout-out to "Joe" who made us feel like family.* Healthy, amazing food at a great price.* Chicken feast: Two delicious whole chickens cut into 16 pieces. Eight sides included. Honey glazed pita chips added for desert. * Clean, busy, obviously popular. Outdoor and indoor seating.* Thank you Joe. We look forward to seeing you again."
"So so good. Got the Rose Yup Dduk with ramen..aka Rabokki. Fun texture, but till quite spicy!! You can see the chili flakes in the gochujang sauce. Loved the melted mozzarella cheese on top and mixing it in with the ramen and TBK was so satisfying. Would love to try with the Chinese Flat Noodles next time (are those the same as glass noodles? Curious.).Service great too, was ready in 15 minutes or so!"

"This is probably as good as fried chicken gets. I normally buy the wings and my son gets the half chicken. You can make any entree a meal for $14 which includes two sides, two drinks, and a dessert. Service is quick and friendly as always -- always very patient when dealing with stupid questions. Here's the big thing: ALWAYS dine in when possible. Your chicken is only 40% as good once you take it home......it's not anyone's fault, that's just how the universe works. Deep fried food needs to be eaten on the spot. Seating is limited but totally worth it if you can score a table. Ambiance reminds me of those small restaurants you see in dramas."
"Chicken was super crispy (not oily) but a little dry. I got the soy garlic sauce on the tenders and it was absolutely delicious! The portions are huge. Fries and onion rings were crispy and delicious. Not oily at all. Paid .99 cents for ranch (which was hidden valley). The house sauce that comes on the chicken sandwich was delicious! Recommend getting that instead of the ranch. Service was friendly and food was brought to our table. Inside was clean. They offered us free soft serve ice cream before leaving but we were so full we passed. Next time!"
"Run to the Chicken shop right now! Get the bowl, bowl and please order the garlic chili! Wow, what a great pairing in flavor. The bowl has lemon quinoa which I was a little skeptical about but trust me the flavor was big hit with my palate. Service was fast for dinner time but don't ask them to rush as they are preparing everything fresh. Nothing frozen! All healthy. Cozy atmosphere inside but they have tables outside. I didn't have time to eat at the location but next time I do, I will pair my bowl with a beer which is readily available onsite! Coming back here to tomorrow."
"Flavor, check.Spice, 100%.Service, friendly & fast.Location decor is really cool and interesting.Including a full size man-chicken? that was fun to see!The spice does not mess around though, IF you think you can handle heat maybe think again or go a flavor down. I got Reaper and yes, it was delicious but it's a dry rub so mind you it catches in the throat! and gets pretty hot!All the degrees of heat are tasty though, we got plain for our baby and the chicken was juicy with good flavor as well.Fries, perfect too!Only wish they had a ranch! or a spicy chicken salad, yum!I did take mine home and make one with left overs but in store would be top tier.Thank you, gabi"
"A friend insisted that we try this little chicken restaurant, which is tucked away in a strip mall in Orange. We went for their Tuesday chicken sandwich deal. $4.99 for one of the best and juiciest chicken sandwiches I've ever had! I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who loves a good chicken sandwich."
"We were driving around looking for something tasty. One of our people can't do gluten, so options are a bit limited. We stumbled on K-pop and decided to give it a try. So I'll say, we didn't exactly blend in with the rest of their clientele... with that said, it didn't matter, the staff was awesome and made some great recommendations for our group. Super welcoming and chill. So we ended up ordering a bunch of random things.... Got a couple kinds of chicken. The garlic honey was yummy. Sides of sauces to dip in were great also. The meal comes with a side of salad and radish. I really liked them. It was a nice treat. Corn cheese was super good! Beers and saki was good and reasonably priced. Overall the food was good, and the service was awesome. I would definitely come back."
"The Sign in front had me at wagyu lol. Pretty small location inside. It was decently busy not much of a line. I got the wagyu rice bowl in all honestly just my opinion I thought it was okay lol. The bowl reminded me of a fancier yoshinoya. The fries were my favorite they were crispy and fresh the taste was good balance. The burger sorry I don't remember which one it was it was okay too for what it is. Had alot of cabbage. Overall the cashier and everyone was very nice and helpful."
"Clean, clean, and I mean Clean. That is what I like. Theemployees take pride in working at this location. They place flowers on the tables, will come aroundand clean up your used items, or they will refill yourdrinks for you. The service is better than a lot of restaurants in the area. They upgraded the take out drive through. This is a showcase location for Chick-fil-A. The bathroom are too small for how many people go to this restaurant. The high school kids who frequent the place can get too rowdy for some of who like it quiet, however, this is a great place for lunch."
"This specific location is hard to get in & out during the lunch rush. The parking by the door is small and a one way, although there is more parking all around, but it's shared by all the other businesses on that side of the street. It's at the corner of Bristol & MacArthur, but the drive-thru line can start at the street on MacArthur. When that happens, it will be impossible for you to get around the line. I always order on the app and pay ahead so the food is ready by the time I walk in. You do need to click in the app that you have arrived, so they prepare your meal, but that only takes a few minutes. The Chick-fil-A Deluxe Sandwich is my absolute favorite item! Amazingly flavorful as is, but their house sauce, and Polynesian sauce are really good to add. This is still my favorite chicken sandwich. Love the app rewards points too!"
"Dizzy bird is one of my new favorite places. High quality fast food. Everything is delicious. The rotisserie chicken is cooked to perfection. The roasted potatoes with garlic and lemon are delicious. The chicken wraps are full of flavor and toasted to perfection. Even the salads are made with the best ingredients and are quite filling. And not to mention that the service is excellent. Please don't change anything about your menu!!!See you again soon."

First time at this location but eat the Gardena location at work normally. Nice and clean with plenty of parking. Service was super friendly. Food was consistent with what I expected. I absolutely love the spicy garlic chicken and 1/4 is the perfect amount with the two sides.

Walking into the restaurant, it kind of felt like a fast food store, only a few small tables and that's about it. I know the one in Ktown is also only a few tables and a lot of people do take-out so it wasn't hard to get seated. We got the "Yup O" which is the one style with less ricecakes and more fishcakes at their "mild." The flavor was good, exactly how I expect tteokbokki to taste (the sauce was savory, rich, thick, and a little sweet). The portion size was also HUGE (definitely easily shareable with 2 people, one order). This part is subjective, but I think I can eat a decent spiciness for most foods. I was warned by friends that "original" would be too spicy (even for my friends who love spicy food) and that I should order with caution. And it was true. At their mild, it was still REALLY spicy. About half way in, it was to a point where the spiciness overpowered my palate and the food was no longer enjoyable after a while.I actually thought their service was a bit lacking. I don't expect much from servers, but I feel like checking in on your customers once is kind of the bare minimum. There were like 4 workers hanging out around the counter area and none of them ended up checking in on us. As the food was really spicy, we were drinking the water heavily and also wiping the sweat off. We needed to ask for more napkins and water. I don't expect them to be mind-readers, but it would be nice if they would check up on the customers next time.Ending thoughts: If I want to go outside for tteokbokki, I would come back here. However, I would definitely get their "extra mild." Enjoy with caution!

One of my favorite Korean wing spots in the area. Their batter is one of the crunchiest and delicious flavors. They were once located in the Zion supermarket but have now moved to their own location. Ordering can sometimes take up to 40 minutes but is worth the wait. I suggest ordering online or ahead. The sauces are delicious. I recommend getting soy garlic!

Crunchicken deserves your business. I've ordered food to go from their restaurant several times now, and the chicken tenders are consistently crispy and delicious. Both the spicy soy garlic and also the chili garlic are fantastic flavors - I'd recommend getting the sauce on the side to keep the food nice and crispy for the drive home. The owners also are incredibly kind and easy going, and I enjoy coming to this business. I will definitely continue to be a repeat customer moving forward.

Thank you for going seed oil-free in your entire kitchen! We have started ordering frequently because of this decision. We love a place that not only tastes good but also takes pride in serving high-quality food. We appreciate that you use good quality chicken and fresh produce, as that means a lot to us!

Good, cashier was very nice (her name was Joel?). This location makes it pretty fresh I still find the chicken a bit too salty though.

Randomly stumbled upon this fried chicken joint since it was conveniently next to Bobateaque while we were checking out an event there. We decided to get Holdaak after seeing other customers get it while we were at Bobateaque. The food looked amazing so we had to try. I got the Holdaak Spicy Chicken Sandwich combo which comes with crinkle cut fries and a soft drink. Since it was my first time, I knew I had to try the dish with their name in it. The combo came out to about $12-$13 which is honestly a deal for quality food. They're also known for their comeback sauce which I'm glad the meal comes with. The food was piping hot when we got it. The fries were obviously fresh out of the fryer because they were perfectly crisp and you can see the steam coming out. The comeback sauce was sweet and tangy and it was perfect in combatting the spices on the fries. The Holdaak spicy chicken was the right amount of heat! I probably could've handled more spice but it was really good. I loved the Korean twist on this American dish with the daikon slaw in the sandwich. It was perfect amount of acidity that was needed to combat the spice. The bun was also so round and soft looking. It was literally perfect. I was floored by the food here and would definitely come again if I'm in the area. Super solid food!

"Raising Cane's haters, please stand up?.. and leave the building.I'm a die hard Raising Cane's fan. This fast food joint has quickly become my number one spot for a comfort meal. Specifically after hosting a large event or doing too much socializing.I love that every Raising Cane's is consistently quick and easy with an efficient drive-through, open until 3am, and their food is absolutely delicious. Their menu may be simple, but they serve everything you could ever need. I always get their largest chicken combo - I like to save three chicken strips for future Hayley. Let me break it down for you: their garlic toast is 10/10, sweet tea is 10/10, and sauce is 10/10. I'm also one of 20 people in this world who absolutely love cole-slaw and Raising Cane's serves up the best. This spot consistently delivers and you would be a fool not to jump on the train."
"Well, I guess viral ad marketing works because I saw the Dave's Hot Chicken ad like 18,000 times and eventually it did indeed bring me to Dave's. The service was wonderful and the person at the front was helpful and even informed me of a cinnamon toast crunch milkshake that was not yet on the menu so or course I got that. Did it live up to thehype? For me it did. I didn't shout, "Oh my God," like the girl in the ads and my eyes didn't pop out of my head, but it was really good. Our party agreed - it's definitely made it into our rotation. It might just be because we got a little carried away, but the bill was extremely high. It ended up averaging over $26 per person and I don't think we got that much food, so just be mindful when you're ordering. The ambience was of a fast food place but roomier and more hip! I dug the soundtrack. I'll definitely go back, but I'll probably order a little bit less next time. You should check it out!"
"Truthfully I love this place because the tea here is so earthy and refreshing. I love that you can also try some drinks as you wait in line or are deciding what to get. Of all the times i've visited I have had a great experience in both service and quality of food and drinks."
"I heard the hype. Mainly from my daughters.I get it now. It took me a bit to try Dave's, but that day came recently.Tried the #4 which is your standard chicken slider with fries. Got a DC, to wash it down. Good portion of food. It was plenty for me.Pretty solid. Sizey chicken strip on a soft bun with slaw, pickles, and sauce. I opted for the "Hot" spice level. Pickles really set it off. Heat level was decent. Fries were tasty.I'd rate Dave's at the top of the local chicken sandwich scene which includes Cane's, Wendy's, Popeye's, Chick Fil-A, etc.Prices are ok."
"This place is definitely giving your local waffle connoisseur a run for their money ! Came to this location because I wanted to see if it was worth the hype and they definitely get a A+ in my books!! I have has been to several Asian countries that he and I both agree that this waffle has a different kind of texture that is similar to some form of fusion of your traditional American waffle with street Asian fried food batter It's definitely unique and in its own lane as far as waffles currently on the market in the US ! It was very flaky and delicious and the portions were just right ! The service was very pleasant and quick ! It is located in the food court within the mall so the ambience honestly just depends on how pack the surrounding locations are, but it was very clean and well kept . The food and service was definitely a five out of five I will be back to this location when in the area"
"The chicken sandwich was hot and tender, and the glaze sets it apart with a unique savory/sweet flavor combination. The sandwich with the fried egg is unique, tasty and fresh! The pickled cucumber salad is a SPICY pickled cucumber. The serving is pretty small for six bucks though. The ambience is straightforward small-shop chill. Staff are laid back and nice. I wish for some kind of additional vegetable option to round out the fried goodness and make me feel healthier."
"The staff here are super passionate about their fried chicken--both the popcorn chicken and chicken strips have that amazing crispy crunchy breading. And paired with their house sauce? DIVINE.Besides the chicken, what I loved even more are the grilled baos and soup dumplings that would give Din Tai Fung a run for their money. Literally oozing with soup and honestly one of the best I've ever had! Thanks for reading! ^-^"
"After the Fire Wings closed down in Fountain Valley (I still wonder why to this day) we've been coming to the location in Irvine to get our wings fix. Love the wings here! So far the only item that we order. It's a pretty vibing spot here especially when there are games going on. If you order in person, there is a wait for the times I have gone they have been pretty busy. So I try to place my order online for a bit of a quicker pick-up. Customer service has been A-OK. Youngings... I don't have much to say other than that it can be better improved. Our most enjoyed flavors are: Lemon pepper, Cali Rub, Thai Chili, Saigon street, Korean Kick and BBQ Chipotle. We always get it "Extra Crispy" - this is a must especially if you got wings that are coated with the sauce. Seasoning and flavors are spot on yummy and the wings are juicy! Fire Wings is a super solid wing spot. IMO definitely better than the other spots. The only con I have is that the take out are packaged in Styrofoam. Not environmental friendly and doesn't biodegrade. Not the biggest deal but I hope they will change it in the future."
"I notice that when I order online for this location, I typically have to wait longer than the pick up time stated but maybe I'm getting unlucky. Super solid location with a lot of parking. They have inside and outside seating. The drive thru goes by pretty fast. I love getting their fries and milkshakes. I like to get strawberry shake with chocolate syrup and it tastes like strawberries dipped in chocolate"
"Food was great! Super yummy. Service is quick and convenient. Ambiance is clean, but only outside seating."
"I was *so* close to giving 5 stars to this Chick-fil-A, an unprecedented maneuver from yours truly especially considering how rigid my standards may be perceived from the outside looking in, but such stringency on a few aspects was grounds enough to warrant a one star deduction.I had two rewards on my account: One from the LA Angels baseball promo, and the other from the Code Moo promo. For as long as I've been a customer of Chick-fil-A, I didn't even know multiple rewards could be redeemed in one transaction until the cashier, Alejandro, pointed it out to me, and it would have taken a special kind of attentiveness to even notice in the first place. This Chick-fil-A is in Costa Mesa on the southwest corner of Gisler and Harbor. It's literally right off the 405 that you can hop off and on without having to stray too far from the freeway. Even if you want fast food not named Chick-fil-A, there's also In N Out, Raising Cane's, McDonald's, and even El Pollo Loco in the vicinity. Also IHOP, Sonic Drive-In, and a Dave's Hot Chicken a little further south. There is plenty of parking around Chick-fil-A, and there's even a clearly defined drive-thru that shouldn't be interruptive to the flow of traffic around the lot. I parked in between Chick-fil-A and Seiwa Market before going inside to claim my free chicken sandwich courtesy of Angels baseball. It took a couple of minutes before Alejandro was ready to take my order. I had my phone out ready to redeem my sando reward, but he noticed I also had the Code Moo reward of a free brownie. He asked if I'd like to redeem both, which had surprised me because I thought only one reward could have been redeemed at a time. Nope, turns out I could redeem both in one transaction, so I figured why not?!I was originally planning to redeem the chicken sandwich reward that day and save the Code Moo reward for later, so I was totally unprepared for this. I thought I would have had to scan two different QR codes to redeem both rewards, but nope, one QR code sufficed, and Alejandro made sure both rewards would be accounted for on this visit. His attentiveness really impressed me because I'm not sure how many other cashiers would have even noticed I had multiple rewards on my phone! However, he faltered when I asked him about the sauce that resembles Chick-fil-A sauce, but comes in regular sauce packets. He pointed towards the list of sauces on top of the drink dispenser, but I immediately knew those were the sauces that traditionally come in the rectangular tubs. I had to explain again, and then he got my drift of Honey Roasted BBQ. That was really his only blemish at ringing me up.After getting my receipt, I noticed that my name didn't appear on it, so I almost thought the QR code didn't get scanned and that my name wouldn't be called. It only took a couple of minutes before I heard my name for takeout. During those couple of minutes, I saw a community board that advertised the Code Moo game, and on the bottom were the words "Rocky Road". I legit thought it meant Rocky Road ice cream, but when I asked an employee about it, he said it was in reference to a movie (or moo-vie) that can be viewed in the app. And here I was, thinking that all customers would be treated to some Rocky Road Ice Cream during this SoCal heat wave lol. After getting my takeout bag, I momentarily left the restaurant. I say momentarily because I realized I had forgotten to ask for a water cup! I asked that same employee from the previous paragraph, and he said I could go back to the counter to ask for one. I was hoping he'd actually go fetch one for me, but no biggie. I just asked another employee at the counter for a water cup, which was quite large in size compared to other water cups at other locations. The brownie was alright. Nothing too special about it. However, I think they had actually given me the Spicy Chicken Sandwich instead! Usually, the complimentary sando is the original, so this was a real nice change for once! I would have enjoyed it much more had the Honey Roasted BBQ sauce packets had corrugated rather than straight edges. Without a pair of scissors, I had no choice but to eat the sando as is; I did not want to go back inside to ask for a school supply lol.The spicy sandwich was much better than the original, though I've definitely had my fair share of the original. However, it would have been even better had I been able to open either of the Honey Roasted BBQ packets. This Chick-fil-A has been advertising Code Moo much harder than my usual location in Lakewood. I can tell because the wall is adorned with plenty of cute cow decor, including the characters from the Rocky Road movie in the form of small, but cute figurines. They're really doing everything they can to extinguish Circus Burger lol.Overall, a good solid Chick-fil-A to go to, especially on a road trip up or down the 405. If I lived in Costa Mesa, this would almost certainly be my go to for chicken sandwiches!"
"One of the better CFAs in Orange County. Food is delicious as always. What separates this location is its clearness and friendly employees. You can tell this operator really cares about the customer experience."
"Most times I've in California I try to stop by this place. It's located in a business strip. Parking lot is shared and free. Some spaces have time limits which are colored coded.Always greeted and seated promptly.I always get their Hainan chicken with rice combo. Fresh and delicious along with the tasteful sauces. Ginger/oil, soy sauce and sweet chili sauces are all delicious.Service is fast and friendly."
"Wanted fried chicken and heard this place was good. So, I tried four different flavors. Got the honey garlic, soy garlic, gang nam style, and original wings along with 2 curly fries, 2 corn salads, and a side of white rice. I have to admit, all were so flavorful, saucy, crunchy, juicy, and perfectly fried. Can't go wrong with curly fries. I could have done without the corn salads. It was like a cold coleslaw.Want to give a shout out to AERIEL and KHOA!!! Both provided amazing service. Super helpful, friendly, personable, and fun. Made dining there an experience. They definitely deserve a raise. Only writing this review because of my experiences with the two. I would definitely come back."
"My husband and I basically choked from inhaling this meal too fast, it was too good. The chicken was steamed well, the sabaw (soup in Tagalog) was CLEAN, and we ATE this up.This is such a homey meal that reminds you of when your grandparents made you a bowl of chicken and rice to show they love you. The rumors are true - this place is amazing. My husband was especially pleased...."
"Great food always a must ! They close at 8:30 I believe but we love this place my son always gets the nuggies and man that chicken is so good . 100/10 you won't regret anything on the menu highly recommend!!"
"Service is kind and fast! The chicken pollo bowl and family meals are delicious and hearty. I love their salsas, esp the avocado one! Chicken is so tender and juicy!"
"First time trying Dave's Hot Chicken and I am impressed. They have fried chicken sandwiches, chicken tenders and fries. New to their menu is fried cauliflower which you can get as a sandwich or as bites. They have 7 heat levels from no spice to reaper. We got the two sliders with fries combo and a side of the cauliflower bites and it was perfect for two people to share. We got mild which was perfect my partner who can't handle much heat. Fried chicken was tender but a little salty for my taste. Would have been nice to have a little more slaw in the sandwich to balance it out. This location has indoor and outdoor seating and is smaller compared to other locations (according to our friends). Overall very clean and cashier was friendly. I would go again."
"I keep seeing Dave's Hot Chicken everywhere in the OC so it got me so curious. I finally decided to try it with my husband when my brother said he was going to DoorDash Dave's. I got the combo with 1 slider and 1 chicken tender. First bite of the slider was delicious! Loved the bread (I normally don't like bread), the chicken was surprisingly juicy (I 'm very picky with chicken because they tend to be dry). The cheese sauce was just OK, I prefer Fudruckers cheese dip (if they're still around) haha! The chicken tender by itself was just okay. It's better as a slider. Fries were seasoned, so I didn't like that. I'd go back to Dave's and actually eat at the restaurant to experience it fresh and maybe there's an option to do plain fries. Overall, great chicken sandwich!"
"I just wanted to write this quick review because of the nice girl with the blonde hair and wearing glasses coming up to us and gave us a free shake! Made our day she should get a raise for that"
"Ordered thru the app.Easy peasy. Clean restaurant and restrooms. Angelina was very courteous. Will definitely return soon ! Our Bowls were great !"
"Wow I think about this chicken everyday. Chicken sandwiches are my favorite fast food, since Chick-fil-A raised their prices and lowered the quality of their chicken I haven't been able to find a place that I crave the same way I did pre covid chick fil a. Zach's blows them out of the water in every regard. These strips are comically large think half a chicken breast freshly butterflied made to order. Nobody has as fresh ingredients or as generous portions as Zach's. As for the technique you know these people see food as an art. They aren't just making fried chicken with all the teenage against or midlife resentment that you'd get from any other fast food joint. These are made with love. They let the oil drip off instead of soaking in so be patient they can't make these as fast as mc nuggets. But here's the kicker for me the reason that I'd give them 100+ stars for if I could. Their service is unmatched. I was out with a group of 20 people they all decided to go to Buffalo Wild Wings cause they're ignorant or maybe they hate themselves or their mothers didn't love them. That's beside the point. I could not bring myself to get anything from B-dubs when Zach's is right across the street calling my name. So I call Zach's and let them know I'm in a rush so I'd like to place the order over the phone. Jordan, God bless your soul, let's me know they don't take phone orders, but starts my order anyways in good faith without taking any payment info. I get there in 5 minutes and my order is ready within 1 minute of getting there I pull up to BWW and the boys haven't even had their order taken before I introduce them to the hangry Zach Risky (mild spice I think it's dipped in chili oil).I converted the sinners that day and needless to say given the option no one in that group will choose 2.5 star Buffalo Wild Wings over Zach's again. I'll update my review with pictures next time I go."
"Been coming for the awhile but this is going to be our last. Came here on Thursday around lunch time with our family who came to visit us. What we ordered: 2 lunch specials. (Caribbean spice, honey garlic). Small 8 chicken wings soy garlic. Small 8 boneless chicken soy garlic. 2 gyoza. The reason why this will be the last because it looks like there wasn't any sauce on the chicken and we had to pay extra to add more sauce. Who does that...as you can see from the pictures...it's just a small drizzle. Which was really sad. I love to eat the picked radish and we also had to pray extra for more of the picked radish....it seems this place is money driven...not customer service driven. The server didn't seem to help us. Wasn't kind or friendly. Also one of the Togo boxes had a dead bug in it.....so yah...no thank you."
