Quick. Easy. Very little interaction. Semi clean. Came in on a Tuesday at 530pm. I ordered at one of the two kiosks. Pretty straight forward and organized pretty well. I tapped what I wanted and paid at the kiosk and didn't have to talk to anyone. There were about 7 people in the restaurant. Plenty of seating in the lobby. It's an oval shape and reminiscent of burger kings of yesteryears. There is also access to an outside playground which was dope. There are two televisions in the lobby for you to watch as well. Bathrooms are men and female. They needed to be cleaned. The workers churned out my food within 7 minutes which is nice. Parking lot is shared with other businesses. There are handicap parking right in front.

This place should be shut down. No such thing as customer service here. We ordered on the kiosk and I went to use my gift cards. It kept voiding my transaction. When I FINALLY flagged down an employee and told them what happened, I was greeted with tons of attitude and then they just IGNORED me and went back to drive thru duties. To say this place has gone downhill is a total understatement. Their food quality sucks too. It's not even worth coming here anymore. The other guests I talked to today in line agreed with me. Not to mention the dirty tables. Staff goes from retrieving dirty, used trays straight to assembling food WITHOUT washing their hands. What a disgrace. DO NOT COME HERE!

The food was ok and warm, and the service at drive through was good. I ordered chicken fries and whopper. I have heard that the buns at Burger King are too thick compared to other fast food places, and I can confirm that. Other than that everything was fine since I didn't have high expectations.

When you have a two star average, you're doing it wrong. I don't think this place is worth one star, but that's what Yelp allows me to give it.I stopped in at the drive through out of convenience. $14.00 later for a Whopper combo I learned my lesson. The word slop comes to mind The highlight was the diet coke.You can get the same combo at In Out for less than $10.00, and the food is infinitely better. Welcome to my Dead to Me list.

After not visiting a Burger King for about 20 years, we decided to give it a try because we were in the middle of moving and needed a quick meal. Big mistake. The Whopper gave me food poisoning, and the food was just terrible overall. The burger was sloppy, and the fries were so salty they were inedible. I deeply regret going back and will never be returning to Burger King again. Save yourself (and your toilet) the trouble--there's a reason this place has a 2-star average.

Ordered the #7.... Spicy Crispy Chicken Royale with fries and a drink. Went through the drive thru.... The service was prompt and accurate. The fries here are delicious, especially dipped in BBQ sauce. While the sandwich was extremely delicious... The meal was $15. The piece of chicken did not cover the bun and it was the thinnest chicken patty out of all the fast food chains. For the price being paid... It was a huge disappointment. I am actually still completely hungry. And I'm an average sized guy. I understand most food process are going up... BLAME BIDEN... But there is absolutely little value for the bite. I would not recommend this sandwich to anyone hungry. Again... Great flavor... Weak portions.

So this is my fifth time at this Burger King.I live two minutes away from this restaurant and now I know why I didn't go back. My friend and I do decided to go through drive through last tuesday , which was July 8th. Are experience was wonderful and the people were very friendly and I believe they went above and beyond.And we really appreciated that , so we decided to go back yesterday. July 15th, about 4:30 PM.We go through the drive through and I can already tell the lady over the speaker is not happy.She sounds rude already. I usually ask for no salt on my fries.And my friend was driving and I said just pull up.I don't wanna ask for anything other than no onions because i'm allergic. We get up to the window and my friend asks.Why do we have a small?We asked for medium and she proceeds to argue with us.And tell us no, you didn't in an angry tone.You asked for regular and this is regular. She turns around and starts talking in spanish to the cook and saying that we are rude and we hello are hispanic and we understand her. My friend proceeds to tell her.We're not the ones being rude.You are and we would like to exchange our smalls to medium.And then she says well you know you have to pay extra.Yes that's fine okay we will. We had asked for no onions and she asked for no pickles.And so we get to my apartment which is right around the corner rancho Mariposa.Our hamburgers both have onions and i'm allergic. Unfortunately, my friend had to leave and I have no car.So I was stuck with fries only.I couldn't eat the hamburger. This was fine.I tried to call the restaurant and no answer and no, we aren't Karen's.We just wanted what we paid for. So today I proceeded to make a comment on b.K/support something like that.Because obviously there's no one I can speak to which I think is very unprofessional. It tells you to leave your feedback and then it says thank you.Not we will get back to you or we will look into this. I definitely do not recommend this Burger King and I.Also noticed last time I had went inside that it smelled like dirty mop. I'm not saying everybody.There is rude because we did have a good experience last tuesday with the guy at the window and the cook he asked us if we would like extra ranch and catch up and we didn't have to pay l o l. So I would just say I do not recommend this restaurant.And that is sad because that's the closest Burger King to us.But my friend and I are willing to drive further.Just to not deal with those people there. Wow. So i came in the store today. The lady looks at me with a discussed faced and points at the kiosk and says mothing else. No good morning nothing. When i asked her about how do i add side of jalapeños she ignored me wtf. The kiosk did not print out the receipt so i had to ask aboutl it she said she did not know howm and said their is nothing we can do holy jesus. So i told her i eant to cancel my transaction if she cant provide with my receipt then she called the manager. Really poor employees. Not train they dont want the job. And they are making you lose your customers.Never coming back for their customer service. Reallly poor management. Food is the same i guess. Too bad for this franchise.
