Super yummy bowl of bun bo hue dac biet! The broth was super flavorful and had the perfect level of saltiness. It also comes with a plate of veggies, herbs, and limes on the side for you to dress your bowl to your liking.

Bun Bo Way is one of my most favorite Bun Bo places in OC. The Bun Bo broth is flavorful, yet less greasy than other store in town. Their banh nam and banh bot loc are great, but the dipping sauce (nuoc mam) is a bit light for my taste.Plus the store is always clean, service is fast, and the servers are friendly.

I ordered Banh Beo and Bun Bo Hue. Banh Beo was excellent--it was served in small bowls that kept it warm until the last bite, and the texture was perfectly soft. The fish sauce was well-balanced and complemented the dish nicely. As for the Bun Bo Hue, it was above average but not outstanding. The meat was a bit too chewy, and the portion of steamed beef (Cha Bo) in the soup was quite small, with only two tiny pieces. The service was fast, and the restaurant was clean, but I didn't appreciate the waitresses gossiping about their coworkers within earshot of customers.

Our go to place for Bun Bo Hue. Very authentic and never fails to hit the spot. Like a lot of Viet place, could use an interior upgrade.

My go to BBH in Westminster! This spot is OG. Their broth is piping HOT and flavorful! I love their fresh veggies, and we always get their banh beo, so chewy and good.Everyone's tastebuds are different but I think this place is SOLID. Service is fast and good.A little small inside but good enough for a party of 5/6.

This bun Bo is one of my favorites. I think I have been buying it from them for 16 years. It's always pretty consistent. It's a mom and pop family business. The parking lot can be congested.

This is one of many bun bo hue in Little Saigon , clean and well organized for a Vietnamese restaurantBun bo hue broth was smooth and flavorful. However, the beef was not tender & portion size falls short of what you get for a $14.80 bowl you get else where. Service not friendly

My dad and I have passed this restaurant many times and finally made the effort to try during the week. A good local Vietnamese place in Little Saigon for a quick and easy eating. Ordered bun bo hue (lemongrass beef noodle soup) and bun thit nuong (thin rice noodles w/ lemongrass BBQ pork, veggies, and fish sauce). Both dishes were good. Service was good. Clean place. Overall good. Even though food was good, not enough excitement for round two.

Someone who is actually Hue recommended this place to me. She said her family is very picky with their Bun Bo Hue and they only like it from here. So I had to try it out. It was definitely delicious. The flavors were all there, and you can definitely smell it as soon as you walk in the door. I really liked the Hue Cha Lua which you can tell is not just regular cha lua. I also got the Banh Beo which came in the little dishes and the topping was good and fresh. The fish Sauce was a little plain for me, but I think that's how it's suppose to be. My only complaint is that it definitely has a ton of MSG. I woke up multiple times that night gasping for water, so make sure you drink a lot of water after your meal.

Solid bowl of bun bo hue. Make sure to eat the greens with it to fully enjoy the dish. You should be getting a plate of greens for every 2 bowls so make sure to ask if they don't.You will need to ask for napkins, they are not readily available at the tableThe vibe is like your typical Viet restaurant where they play Viet music shows. There is a man who works there who resembles a blobfish who will stare at you creepily while you eat but it's part of the charm. Sometimes he'll say snarky things for no reason but unless you speak Viet you won't catch it. We denied ordering any drinks once and he smirked and told us we could just order boba across the street then if we're thirsty. A group of 2 came in and said they were a group of 4 and he muttered, "Are the other two sitting at a different table right now?" Then the other 2 people in the party walked in to meet the first two.Beware of the chili flakes they leave on the table! A little goes a long way!
