I ordered online for pick up and they never updated that it was ready so I walk in to find it sitting off to the side COLD and they forgot my side of hash. Now I see why it's rated 3/5. Ridiculous.Update: I called for a refund and the worker was very apologetic and accommodating.

The light skinned man with the dark circles under his eyes does NOT respect the schmear. Got home and added more cream cheese because what is this!?! Never coming here again. Worst $7 spent. Should've just bought a bag of bagels and made this myself.

I love bagels!!! Was glad to find this place so close to the hospital I was visiting. Came to pick up a breakfast sandwich before heading to the hospital to visit my dad.This bagel shop is located in a shopping center that has Firestation Sub, Panda Express, Coffee Bean, Raising Canes, Rubios, Ross, etc., there's a lot. The only bad side is the parking around bagel shop. It's a tight turn into it, and when it's packed, you gotta be careful because cars will just pop out of nowhere. Anywho, I ordered a breakfast bagel (sausage, egg, and cheese) on garlic. They didn't have garlic, which is a bummer. This was at 7:30 AM, so it would be too early to run out or they don't carry it. The staff member just said, " we don't have it."So I got it on an everything bagel. Took less than 5 minutes to make my bagel. I took my bagel and drove to the hospital and ate it in the car. It was a good breakfast bagel. The cost, however, surprised me. With inflation and all, the bagel cost around $9.60. Service was lackluster. She's probably tired from coming in so early making bagels. Would come back for another breakfast bagel, if I'm in the area.

WORST PLACE EVER! PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHITHOLE! I ordered Bagels; they were not fresh, stale and full of mildew! When you work hard for your money and they give you the opposite of what you PAID for, their operation is sooooo poorly run and managed. Do yourselves a HUGE favor and go to another Bagels place for good quality Bagels made the way you asked for them!!!!!!!!!

Hard to give them a rating. They consistently put a whole egg instead of egg whites when ordered through DoorDash. Now I bought this in person and didn't open it until later in the day, and the bagel is burnt. Not toasty. Service is okay.

Got a breakfast sandwich for $12 and it's was wildly underwhelming. The service is always brief and isn't very friendly. Staff seems overworked and underpaid. Not a relaxing atmosphere if you want to sit down for a coffee. It's unfortunate that these bagels are tiny, barely have any of the chosen ingredients and are expensive. Would not recommend.

This Brueggers' is on17th and Tustin Ave. in Santa Ana. Their bagels are so good. They have a-nice variety.They are New York Style, boiled then baked. Great texture. I love their creamy cream cheese. The veggie is my favorite. The service is very good. It is clean and well kept. If you haven't tried their bagels you will be happy you did. Happy customers!!!
