Brew Story

I really enjoyed the matcha and lattes here! I ordered the corn latte and it had a perfect blend of sweetness, nuttiness, and creaminess. The line here gets fairly long on the weekends, it wrapped outside the entrance. Once I reached the front, the inside of Brew Story felt quite contemporary and clean. There are a decent amount of tables. It is possible to work or study from this location, but the crowdedness and fair amount of seating could be distracting. It's great for quick coffee chats with friends! The drinks came out pretty fast too and the baristas were all very accommodating and kind. Overall, I really enjoyed Brew Story and will definitely return!

I came to brewstory on a Sunday afternoon and there was a line, but it moved at a decent pace! The inside was a lot of seats and spacious! Minimalist design! we got two drinks:-strawberry matcha latte w/ oat milk: 4/5 I enjoyed how it didn't taste like artificial strawberry! It was a light and refreshing drink. Perfect for a sunny day!!!-decaf latter with almond milk: 3/5 -banana cream on the side: 4/5 I enjoyed how the banana cream actually tastes like real banana and you can taste the banana bits! would come back if im in the area!

I want to start off by saying the service is great and staff is very kind, patient, and helpful if you get stuck on what you want. The place is spacious and not too noisy, so it's great for working or for a little coffee shop hangout. Difficult for a space and some quiet if very busy though. Unfortunately, I've been feeling a bit let down with each visit in terms of quality of the drinks, which may or may not be in their control.Got their Banana Cream Matcha Latte and Tiramisu Latte (couldn't get pictures).Banana Cream Matcha Latte: The great thing about this latte is the fresh bananas since I personally prefer the fresh banana taste in comparison to artificial banana that a lot of places use instead. Unfortunately, that also means that it can vary in taste as not all banana cream tops are going to be 100% the same. It's been getting milder in banana flavor and the matcha tastes different each time I've gotten this. If you get this, it's best enjoyed when the banana cream is mixed well with the matcha.Tiramisu Latte: This drink was okay because I find the coffee a bit diluted and didn't taste a strong tiramisu flavor either. It's not as strong for coffee as I'd prefer, so I'd like to try the other lattes to form a better opinion on their regular lattes.Overall, it is a great place to study/meet up and get drinks, but only if there is not a huge line. I recommend going on a weekday if you only plan to get a drink as there is not a long line, also meaning a shorter wait for drinks. I've been visiting around 2pm and later, so no pastries usually by then.

Corn matchas and corn lattes are the new viral drinks!! I've been going to all the new coffee shops to try the corn lattes and matchas, which led me to Brew Story! Their corn drinks are unique because they include the corn chunks whereas other places are more smooth. I recommend getting it less sweet with oat milk for both drinks. I will be back to try their banana matcha, which seems to be one of the more popular drinks!It's really just on the weekends. I waited about 30 minutes on a Sunday afternoon.

To be honest, the first time I went to Brew Story was such a miss - the drink was so watery and not sweet. But I kept on seeing the banana matcha pop up on my feed and decided to give it another shot.Drink: 4.5/5+Banana Matcha LatteHonestly drinking the Banana Matcha Latte this time was 100% better. The matcha is rich with a creamy fresh banana pudding layered on top. Also I think most matcha lattes are too overwhelming sometimes because it can often be too sweet/sugary and you can feel gross drinking it in one sitting. But this was naturally sweetened with banana and was so refreshing that I actually drank it all under an hour! Service: 4/5I came on a weekday so it wasn't as crowded as I expected. There was still a bit of a line as I came after lunch but it moved pretty quickly. Also there was plenty of seating such as a bar, individual tables, and one group table so it was pretty ideal for studying. Although the plaza is small, I could easily find parking. The fact that this place is so close to my house also is a plus in my book. I'm going to come again and try their other drinks!

I have tried multiple drinks and I have loved every single one! They are all crafted so well and have such great flavor. The staff is always super friendly and patient, despite how busy they can get. They have a good amount of seats inside. Super cute interior. HELP! My wallet is suffering from an addiction to brew story matcha lattes. Service/Ambiance: The shop is beautifully decorated. Minimal but sophisticated. There isn't much seating plus it's always busy so I wouldn't recommend studying here. Service is friendly. The lines are long but they move at a decent pace. The wait to get the drinks after ordering takes a while.Drink Review: I understand the hype. So far I have tried the original matcha latte, the banana matcha latte, the sweet corn matcha latte, and the strawberry matcha latte. They're all so delicious that I can't choose a favorite. The matcha is most potent in the original matcha latte but the other ones are fantastic too. I just rotate depending on my mood for the day. I would highly recommend checking out Brew Story.

Banana Cream Matcha - a MUST TRY! they use real banana, so there's no artificial taste--just natural, smooth banana flavor that actually comes through. It's not too sweet, and the cream adds a perfect balance. matcha is subtle but still present, complementing the banana without being overpowered. the BEST banana matcha latte I've had so far. Service quick and friendly. Great study spot but tables are limited and it does get quite loud and busy around noon. Parking lot does get packed too but does empty out past 2ish.

I ordered the iced banana cream latte and it was so yummy! It's the perfect amount of sweetness; I don't like my lattes too sweet. And the banana flavor tasted so fresh! My fiancé ordered the tiramisu latte and it was also really tasty! We tried the salmon toast and omg it was phenomenal. It has to be the best smoked salmon toast I've ever had! 11/10!

Delicious ! The cloud coconut Matcha was delish ! The banana cream Matcha was out of this world !
