Just had Bombdiggity for our Super Bowl party and they were such a hit! Food was amazing and service was super friendly, accommodating, and awesome. I'll definitely be booking them again for future events. My guests were super impressed with the set up / spread - they truly did it all, and I didn't have to do a thing! From specialty hot dogs / burgers, loaded tots, and funnel cake - it was such a success. Thank you so much for making our Super Bowl party so special!

Mike may be established in the catering and restaurant business, but he is unorganized, unprofessional, and does not do well in establishing rapport with his customers. If you are looking to book an event with him, I would steer away. Please read the story in my screenshots, but I will leave important parts in my review. My event is planned to be 10/02/22. I tried to book my event since August 6th, 2022 up until this review was posted. As someone that is careful with my card information, I wanted to not send my credit card information through email. So as the email stated, I was glad that Mike had the option to pay by phone. This is where the issues started. I called Mike on 8/21/22, but there was no response. The last time I had heard from him was 8/20/22 in email that I'm exact words stated "The $100 is to secure the date. It is deducted from the balance. We require full payment by the day of the event. You can male payments if you like." So after my missed calls I made an email stating I wanted to make $400 down payment and $100 date deposit that same day 8/21/22. On 8/23/22, I got in contact with Mike and he told me I never sent the catering agreement. I apologized and sent it through to his email, which he responded that everything is good! I then asked when is the best time to call him and he said anytime is good. I was eager to secure the date because he seemed very popular. In their voicemail, Bombdiggity says fridays saturdays are their busiest days and if we called them on those days and they missed it, they would return it Monday. So I called them on 8/23/22 a Wednesday with no response but left an email stating i wanted to put my down payment and then gave my call back number, then the next day Thursday 8/24/22 no response then the next day Friday 1106 am 8/25/22 after 2 calls I finally got an answer. I told Mike that I wanted to pay the down payment and asked if this was a an okay time to do it and he said yes. Mike got my card information and said he will get the receipt of transaction by the end of the day to my email. I waited for the email, but Mike never sent one. It worries me as a customer, that I gave my card information through the phone and Mike never processed the transaction so it made me wonder where he might have wrote my card information down. And is it possible it got lost?I woke up the following morning Saturday 8/27/22 at 10:30 am as I know Bombdiggity is busy on fridays and Saturdays so I wanted to call them before they opened at 11 hoping that Mike wouldn't be busy. So I called at 10:50 and 11:02 am. With no response. I sent a message to the same number I had been calling about the receipt of transaction and an email with the same information. I had an inkling Mike had been trying to avoid me. So I called him from my home phone only a few minutes later to his rapid response only a few rings in. I then introduced who I was which I then got an upset Mike Gaiser over the phone. Stating that he is running both a catering and restaurant business, he is short handed, he has a current issue he has to solve, he's in the process of sending out trucks to catering. And in what I perceived in a mocking sarcastic tone "sorry I did not process your card fast enough." He told me that he's never met anyone so aggressive. That my event was a month away (implying a month is a long time when I have been in contact with him for almost a whole month but not even the date deposit has been done). That he doesn't know if he even wants to cater my event because I'm so aggressive. He also said "if I'm this aggressive now, how will I be with him when He caters my event!" I then explained to Mike that I am only being aggressive with follow up because I had given him my card information. That a level of trust needs to be built between the both of us as customer and caterer. I spent a long time trying to make a date deposit already. In response, mike said that he served 7 years and is not going to run away. Mike said that he would call me back that same afternoon, but no call back was made. It is now Monday 8/29/22 2056 as I make this review, I called Mike to follow up with him earlier today. Left a voicemail about what I was calling about. But no call has been made back. No email in response. No transaction has been done on my card and Mike has retained my card information for 3 full days now but has had it since Friday 8/26/22 so technically 4 days.

I'm not one to write reviews but when you completely disrespect me when I'm planning my daughter's 1st birthday party I'm left with no choice. I booked them 5-weeks in advance and sent a prelim menu. I had to follow up multiple times for Mike to finally respond to confirm we were booked and then he told me that I needed to send the final menu 1-week prior. When the 1 week mark came I reached out and their response was I wasn't booked and they committed to someone else. After sending them proof that Mike booked me they completely ghosted me, didn't return text messages, phone calls or emails. We're having to order pizza now for 75 guests. Really appreciate your business ethic.

Do you enjoy hot dogs that are chewy enough to choke a peckish Bengal Tiger? Then you are either a hungry jungle predator or you prefer the hot dogs at Bombdiggity. These dogs are not puppies; not your typical 6 pack of fridge weenies. These are some massive beef-chix-pork-who-knows-what-else(?) hounds.I had the Cali Hot Dog. Apparently, the flux in the cost of avocados is not hurting Bombdiggity. The avocado hunk in this dish was hulking. I prefer to down dogs by hand, by sheer blur of jaw and chomp. This munching format did not happen. I had to knife and fork this colossal avocado dog into nowheresville. No complaints, no advice needed. Bombdiggity talks a good dog, walks a good dog, makes it sit, and stay fresh. I would wolf it down again. The GF ordered a chicken dish. I can't recollect the name.* In general, I have low expectations of chicken dishes at most restaurants. Chicken often gets the short end of the drumstick, if the restaurant is not fine dining or high end. Nevertheless, the chicken The GF ordered hit me with one tangy flavor after another. The cook had obviously breaded the meat properly, and I found myself wishing that...I...had ordered the chicken? I did not anticipate such a fowl surprise from Bombdiggity. I may have to revisit my opinions on chicken in the not too distant future. The MP3 jukebox matched the quality of the cuisine. Acoustics were not too bad at Bombdiggity either. I believe The GF and I got a few members of the wait staff and cooks bopping to Parliament. There is an Atomic Dog pun to be made here that I going to pass on for now. I do not want to dog the reader with a pack of quips. Sorry, I ended up jesting anyway.I raise my paw to Bombdiggity. Any man or dog would be pleased to eat at this fun establishment. Everybody needs a little dog, between a bun, between a bun, between a bun! Why must I feel like that? Ain't nothing but the hunger in me. Go to Bombdiggity for the mustard dog, ketchup dog, Cali Dog, doggy dog.*The GF informed me the dish is called The Buffalo Chicken Fries.

How do these people stay in business? I called, texted and filled out the contact form on their website to get a quote for catering (with several days in between each attempt). Must be nice if they have too much business to return any new inquiries.

Heard about Bombdiggity from one of our local breweries and have been anxious to try it out. Wow!What a great little place. Tucked away in a small row of business on Mountain Ave, this place is easy to miss if you are not looking for it. Bombdiggity is a small gourmet burger, hotdog and beer place with absolutely excellent food. The inside is nicely and simply decorated in pub style with five TV's with sports and Chive TV to watch. My wife and I tried the Frisco Burger: provolone, caramelized onions, Bombdiggity sauce on grilled parmesan sour dough and the Bombdiggity Bacon Bomb: Bacon Jam, caramelized onions, beer cheese, bacon and grilled mushrooms. Both were outstanding burgers made with Angus beef and full of flavor but the Bacon Bomb was the favorite of the two.We both ordered the House Kettle Chips for something different. Wow! They were good! Good and addicting. Couldn't get enough of them with our meal. Forget the French Fries, it's the House Kettle Chips that you want. The choice of local craft beer was great, as we do prefer the local breweries and enjoyed our Kings Juice Bombs. The only negative thing I could come up with was that the music was a bit loud and sometimes hard for us to have a conversation over. Our server Justin, was very friendly, helpful and provided great service. I highly recommend Bombdiggity as one of the best little known places here in Upland to have a great meal and a beer. We will definitely be going back very soon and look forward to sharing with our friends

We had s great time at Bombdiggity! My girl ordered the Frisco Burger and I had the Spicy Hawaiian Pig Burger. The Frisco had Parmesan Sourdough toast with a fat burger, caramelized onion and aioli sauce. mine had a thick slice of grilled pineapple, bacon and a brioche bun. She loved hers and mine was good but could have been a bit bigger. Nice beer selection including local craft options. Live music was great in an intimate setting. Nice evening for sure!!Friendly staff and free raffle on Pint Night: buy Craft Beer from Stout House and get free raffle tickets for prize drawings plus you get to keep the pint glass to take home!!!!

But to say some :They were lateThe equipment was disgusting and unsanitary. The food had a funny taste.Hamburgers were raw Bacon wrapped hotdogs were burnt There was only 2 people cooking and serving for an order of 150 people. They were rude and didn't want to serve more food because they couldn't keep up.I do not recommend this catering service.Suggestion: clean your equipment for future events.

Absolute joke this catering company is. Planned my daughters 2nd birthday party with this so called catering business. Everything was set and ready to go. Day came and was told my agreement was never received which was absolutely false; (was told my minimum amount based on my address which was on the AGREEMENT) emails back and forth confirming menu and date several times. No showed, went round and round with excuses. Finally admitted having marital issues, not my problem. DO NOT waste your time with this catering company. After reading more reviews looks like a trend. Picture posted to show "I really don't know what happened". Another pic of email communicating about the menu.
