Amazing customer service and quality of products!That's one of my favorite boba.Also the place is so comfortable.

I wanted to try this place again, I came here once before when baby girl was going to art class around the corner from here. So wanted to try it again after I got blood work done. I walked in and Jordan greeted me with a smile really sweet girl. I asked her what was good here and if the coffee was good, cause I remember trying the Boba here before. I ordered the Oreo latte. It's very delicious not too sweet. It's a little bit on the bitter side, but it's a good size cup. I love the decorations inside. They have a lot of seating. They have good parking outside as well. They have a lot of beautiful plants and they even have claw machines for kids, which is awesome and the cutest plushy's and plants all around. I love the way you feel when you walk in. It's a great atmosphere Fun for adults and kids. I'm really enjoying my Oreo latte. Thank you Jordan for excellent customer service and making my drink quickly. It was not busy at all today that no one was inside, but a couple people walked in as I left. Thank you for my delicious cup of coffee. I will be back here again. Cute shop with seating and board games! We love coming here with our friends when we have some time to hangout and play games. Their teas are not authentic Taiwanese teas, but they have delicious slushies and fruit drinks. The drinks are very sweet, so you can ask to adjust the sweetness, they won't offer adjustments. Sometimes the boba pearls are a hit or miss.

2.17.24Went to the Grand Reopening yesterday morning right b4 noon we got there.They opened at 11:30 a.m. & looks like from other customers. They had people lining up by 10 a.m.1st 100 customers gets a free drink, 1st 30 will get a free drink along w a reusable tote.When i got there. I was possibly # 50.Line moved pretty well paced.What I ordered~ Brown Sugar Latte was really sweet. I'd possibly go for 75%- 50% sweetness next time ~ Tiger Milk Tea, is a Thai Tea & house Milk combined. Also pretty sweet. Suggest lowering the sweetness level. ~ Tropical Green Tea consist of Strawberry, Mango & Lychee flavoring. My fav here. Really refreshing and perfect for a hot warm day! The green tea is really strong. Can taste it.They only offer brown sugar Boba which is sweet, good chewy.There Crystal Boba is good too. I enjoyed it w my Tropical Green Tea.They offer sweetness level and if not satisfied. Will gladly remake your drink per associate.The interior decor has been changed a bit. More vibrant.The boba lounge has some board games provided and it's pretty open space. Lots of room.We received a mini boba small keychain where when we show it next visit/s. We can get a free topping/add on or upsize up. Valid til March 18th. From a month of today.Service was really good. Associate taking orders was really nice and very calm with the Grand reopening rush.

Genuinely love this place! The portions are so large but without paying a ton more. The ube smoothie with boba is the best. The employees are always super friendly and if I don't know about a special, they always ring me up for the special anyways. It's also a very nice environment inside as it's super clean and pretty!

My go to place when I'm in the area, boba is always good and they have a lot to choose from and nice big sizes!

This place is horrible. Every time I come in here and I get a drink all it taste like sugar. And I get sick.

Agree that their service is excellent. First time coming here just to do some reading and the staff didn't need to know it was my first time to treat me superb. Their approach was not only friendly but also being patient with me and also giving me that extra special attention when I had my questions. There was definitely a different positive vibe from the staff and I could also tell even from the tours of customers that are there because it attracts them. I got the rose milk tea with almond milk as substitute. Didn't need to do any sugar level adjustment for it to be amazing. I love that I could actually taste tea. Many chain boba places are overly sweeten that the quality gets forgotten, but not this location. Definitely will be coming back

I absolutely love this place! I work in the area and this is my go-to, pre- shift treat! Jasmine is one of the nicest girls I've ever met!And everyone always has a smile on their faces! My drink always has great flavor, the boba is warm and soft. The music is great and the service is fast! I've never had a bad experience in the last 6 months coming here! 100/10 recommend if you're in the area!

Good yummy drinks , lovely music and very comfortable interior!!! they have seasonal drinks as well that vary between christmas and summer :) Will def be back
