Just finished my meal of Big Rick's BBQ at their pop up at a brewery and literally licked the plate clean. The meats were saucy and flavorful and tender and the sides were just as good or even better! Honest to god, best BBQ I've had on the west coast.

Got to try Big Rick's at Asylum Brewing where he had a good stand outside. I had the tri tip, bbq chicken, along with their esquite and homemade bbq mild and spicy sauces. Flavor is phenomenal! The tri tip has the beautiful level of smokiness and tenderness. The chicken is moist and incredibly flavorful.My favorite part was meeting Big Rick himself! He's a super kind guy with great charisma and was very generous with letting us try his meats and informing us about them. All in all, it was a great experience and I'd love to get to see him again at his restaurant soon!

What a fantastic catering company !! Big Rick's BBQ catered our back yard wedding. Easy communication, he got us exactly what we wanted and my guests are still raving about the food. They showed up , set up, served the food and put away all the left over food in my kitchen. So professional and the sweetest people. Highly recommend them for any event. We wanted to support a small business and I'm so glad we found them !!
